Excellent service. Courteous and professional and would highly recommend this company.

They required a year long contract, when i knew that a one time application would suffice, They insisted that they spray outside for "other pests" I do not have. The one time application did work, the remaining visits would be to the outside for 'other pests". I wanted to take the chance for a one time application. I have lived in my home for over 25 years, I know what pests I have. I felt the spraying outside was for show. They require a $150 cancellation fee. So I paid $300 for one application, which if that is what they had told me it would cost, while I think that is too much I probably have still considered them. And their insistence to be paperless, funny I never got a email receipt for the cancellation fee invoice. Just feel like they were less than honest. Ants gone so whatever they put in the sprayer worked.

Weeks after I first moved into my (first ever!) house, I found the ground floor infested with darling little carpenter ants. Turns out they had been living in some nasty dead trees in my yard and had made a home in the floor as well. Proactive got rid of them and has kept them from coming back ever since. I haven't had an ant in here for 3 years now.

An excellent company staffed with professional and knowledgeable people. My particular technician, Derek, should be called “mouse busters” because he solved my indoor problems. I’m now on a maintenance plan where they place, fill and check bait boxes on the outside once per quarter. No more mice problems!

Took a few treatments, but after that we never saw another ant. And they were EVERYWHERE prior to starting a 1-year pest treatment plan with ProActive. They came 4 times a year plus any time in between that we ever saw any ants (which we never did after about the 3rd treatment). We are signing up for another year.

Information and explanations were extremely detailed and scheduling treatments was easily done. They were extremely knowledgeable and always picked up the phone and/or provided additional information by email. The appointments were punctual and treatments were thoroughly completed with further explanations and answers to all my additional questions. I received feedback with a list of timelines and expectations to get the best results. I found it beneficial having one technician doing all the treatments for continuity and my mother's peace of mind. I highly recommend Proactive, and technician Frank P, for their professionalism and outstanding customer service.

My service technician, Derek, is a master mouse hunter! He knows where to look for crevices where mice can enter the home. Eradication is fast and final when Derek is on the case! Outstanding technician and very responsive company. I highly recommend.

Great. As usual. And if anything does not seem to work or if a re-treat is needed for any reason, they come out and take care of it quickly and at no cost.

Services delivered as expected, results exceeded expectations

Within a day of signing up for their services via Angie's List, I received a call to schedule a technician to come to my home. My service technician, Derek, came to my home and found several potential points of entry. He placed bait boxes throughout the basement and returned in two weeks to check which bait boxes had activity. As expected, the bait boxes in the areas of potential entry were emptied. After removing the insulation in the areas around the emptied bait boxes, Derek sealed the points of entry. He then went outside and sealed potential entry points (such as the area around where the gas & water lines come into the house). After sealing the entry points, Derek re-baited and came back in two weeks. Bingo! Only one or two boxes showed signs of a "nibble" which Derek said may have resulted from a "straggler" caught inside the basement prior to sealing the entry points. So, Derek re-baited and is scheduled to return in two weeks. The expectation is that the bait will be untouched...... I highly recommend my technician, Derek, and Pro Active. Derek is well qualified, professional and has excellent customer service skills. The Pro Active staff is also very responsive and professional!

Excellent, he was very nice and very well informed of what he had to do. Had used them a few times and one time I had to have them come back before they was supposed to . Came with no problems 11

Contacted ProActive Pest Management, explained the problems, and they sent Anthony out to see us. He was great! He was very knowledgeable, very professional, and seemed very passionate about his job. He took care of the bee problem on that first visit, and did the initial ant treatment which improved the problem. We did have to call for an additional unscheduled ant treatment (this is not unusual, they are very persistent) and were very satisfied with the response. If you are having a pest problem, CALL THESE GUYS!

Office staff and technician were always very thorough, nice, professional, and helpful

They're awesome. They charge $100 quarterly. I've been with them for a couple of months. They got rid of the critters.

Technician was thorough and spent significant time inspecting the interior and exterior of my home for all types of pests. Basement, crawlspace, attic, garage, shed, and perimeter of property were all included. There was no pressure to purchase unneeded services and was even offered professional do-it-yourself solutions to prevent potential future issues. Would highly recommend this very professional service company.

I had had a wasp nest in my soffits the previous year and purchased a special deal through Angie's List to deal with the problem. A representative from Proactive called me the next day and when I explained the situation he informed me that wasps don't return to the same nest the next year so I didn't need their services. I thought this was very professional and this would be the company I called if I have a new pest problem.

Derrick was extremely professional and offered great customer service - explained everything he was doing and did it well. Hopefully the bugs stay away but first visit/impression I'm very satisfied.

I have owned my house now for 21 years and just had the house redone two years. Anthony West from Proactive Pest Management was a gentleman. He called before he came, was very nice when he came to the door, explained everything and did his job. The service, by far was the best of any pest company we ever had!!!! If you want a good company, who explains everything, nice and friendly call these guys and ask for Anthony, good man.

ProActive is wonderful! Their quarterly preventive service includes additional visits for any issues that might arise. And let me tell you -- they follow through! They have made innumerable visits to address our mouse issue - far beyond what they or we ever expected. They are patient, deliver great service, and are a pleasure to deal with. Derek and Anthony arrive with smiles on their faces and a dedication to good service. Ryan is incredibly helpful on the service team and always spends the time to discuss ideas or potential solutions with us. Thank goodness for ProActive!

They have been very good. They come out every month. Three month package. I did buy additional. They were so good at what they did that I bought a special event item and spray for bugs on the house. It is working out really well. They come on time every time they are suppose to.
