Description of Work: Annual heater tune up and replaced filters in two heaters. We have one heater in the basement and another in the attic. The company was professional and gave me an estimate before their arrival. The estimate was exactly what they said it would be. Since our house is new to us,I asked the technician to show me how to replace the filters and explain the air flow. He took time to discuss and educate me on the process. We feel more confident in our heating system since their evaluation and tune up of the heaters.

Description of Work: We discovered the ac was not working about 8:00 pm. We were scheduled to go out of town the next day. We had someone scheduled to come over to house-sit. The forecast was for upper nineties for the whole weekend so we really needed to the air fixed before we left. We contacted Elgin Sheet Metal around 8:30 pm or so. He came to the house around 9:30 pm and was able to have the unit running within about an hour. AND the price was completely reasonable. The serviceman was friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely use them for all our future HVAC needs.
