Called and was very friendly from the beginning. Came the next day. Fixed my four issues in under two hours. Would definitely call again.

The provider was polite and professional, did the job quickly and was kept the job clean. He was exactly on time. Most importantly it was done right! The plumber showed me what he was doing and why-before he did it, and then did exactly what he planned to do. We have had no issues with the toilet since the fix. Hiring them again today to fix outside hose faucet.

My sump pump install went smoothly even with some modifications because the original installation was so old. The faucets were a bit more problematic because one of the shut offs broke off and the space under the sink was very tight. When they were working in my kitchen, they used drop cloths to prevent any damage to my hardwood floors. When they needed to enter another part of the house, they removed their shoes. They cleaned up very carefully after themselves leaving the spaces in the same condition they found them. I had a minor leak in a second faucet, which they repaired even though it was not on the list. Communication with this provider was excellent. They answered all of my questions and I was always greeted cheerfully. In their bid the details were clearly outlined; there were no surprises. This was the middle of three bids, but the lowest bid did not take some details into account. My plumbing is aging and based on this experience, I will be calling Complete Plumbing Services again. After calling several plumbers, Tina's estimate to move the gas pipe was by far the most affordable. She was able to provide an estimate using photos I texted her. This prevented the need for a separate visit for an estimate. Matt the plumber arrived on time, and called on his way as a courtesy. He completed the job in less time than estimated. Consequently, the best estimate turned out to be even cheaper. I experienced the same great service after purchasing a battery back-up sump pump. Once again, Matt completed the job in less time than estimated. He made sure he left the area cleaner than when he arrived.

They coordinated with the city for water shut off and worked very efficiently. No wasted time or motion.

My wife called the shop and talked to a lady...she explained the situation and we gave a ball park estimate so she made the appointment for the following day. He showed up on time.... introduced himself as Matt and went right to work. Upstairs bathroom sink wouldn't drain at all and tub was very sluggish. I had tried to fix this problem myself and had no luck. I was frustrated... he said I'll get it taken care of.... I left him alone and an hour or so later he had me inspect his work and try both the sink and tub. They've never worked better. He cleaned up everything gave it one more inspection and said to call if I have any issues. I'm very satisfied and will use them in the future. No fear, very efficient friendly and fair.

She acknowledged that the kitchen sink is important and needs to be fixed right away and she even reached out to other customers to see if she could re-arrange the schedule so she could send someone over same day. Unfortunately that was not possible but Jason the plumber arrived right on time the next day. Jason was polite and punctual. He wore foot protection. He fixed the sink quickly and and neatly and took the time to gather the necessary information for additional work I would like to have done in the future. The last time I called a plumber in an emergency situation I had the opposite experience. Complete Plumbing reinstated my faith in the profession. I will absolutely have them back for more projects. I needed to replace the cartridge on a bathroom sink faucet, which was hard to turn on and off, and replace the hot and cold water shut off valves under the sink, which were leaking. I also needed to have a bathtub drain connection removed to repair rusting under the drain connection. Since I needed time to repair the bathtub rusting and allow the epoxy to setup, I had Complete Plumbing return after a couple of days to replace the drain connection with a new one since the old drain connection was beginning to corrode. Since Complete Plumbing was returning, I decided to have them replace the shut off valves under both sinks in the master bathroom since I had been having problems with other sink shutoff valves. Complete Plumbing did a quality job on both visits. They were professional and completed the work quickly in a minimal amount of time. Complete Plumbing?s pricing is based on time and materials, so they charge by the hour ($140/hr). Each visit was 1 hr so the total labor cost was $280. Complete Plumbing has a $55 dispatch charge, but they also offer a $55 Angie?s List coupon for $55, which essentially waived this fee.

Excellent. Tina's crew did a great job. Very informative and the finished product is wonderful. We went with the model they carried and recommended so we'd get the full warranty and guarantee on the work performed. I think we got a better machine then if we were to purchase one from a retailer. The plumber installed a joint, sorry I don't recall the name of it, that is ideal for our sink situation. We're very happy with the whole experience and we'll use them for any water related services we may need. Complete Plumbing Services is our go to company. We will recommend their services to anyone who is looking for help.

I called TIna when another plumber fell through and didn't keep the appointment we made. Tina was able to work me into the following work week schedule with no problem. The team showed up exactly when they were supposed to and didn't even mind me watching to understand what they were doing. Both of the gentlemen who arrived we hard at work from the time they arrived to the time they left. They talked me through all of the things they were doing and what to do in the event the other hot water heater stopped functioning. They charged me a fair price for the installation and even were able to fix a problem I was having with an external frost free spigot. At the end of the appointment I showed them a tub I was looking to refinish and they called back to the office and had Tina follow up with an email for some contacts in the business to start with. I really appreciated them going the extra mile. I was very pleased with their service and would absolutely call again!

Not only did they do a perfect job, they also coordinated work with an excellent sump pump company, for the work that I needed in that regard.

I discovered, by chance, that my garbage disposal was leaking on a Monday morning. I immediately researched and came across Complete Plumbing and called Tina who immediately got me onto Jason's schedule for that same day. Jason showed up earlier than expected, which was a great thing, and was extremely caring, professional, informative, and so very helpful. He took the time to locate the exact problem as I thought it was coming from a flange and he was able to locate a hairline crack. He quickly went and procured a new disposal and changed it out quickly and efficiently. Not only did he exchange the disposal, but he also removed and replaced the drain to the sink, insuring that all was secure and safe before he left. I would absolutely call them in the future for all my plumbing needs. Tina was extremely helpful and made me feel confident in my choice of plumbing companies. They are a terrific group of people to work with and I appreciate all they did to help me in my time of need.

Today was the first time that we used Complete Plumbing Services. They are true professionals. Within one hour, Jason identified both leaks and repaired the shower. My only complaint if I had one is the calking job that I asked for was not completed all the way around the tub like I asked and paid for. I would still call again for service!

I had a list of large and small items that I wanted repaired or checked. Jim and his assistant were excellent, did not try to do more than was absolutely necessary, and completed all five of the items on my list in a timely manner. Prior to having the work done, I talked with Tina in the office. She is outstanding, knowledgebale, and always follows through in getting necessary information if she doesn't know the answer. She can orchestrate multiple workmen on any give day, without any hastle, and her follow up is thorough. She indicated that is was perfectly all right for the men to complete their work and leave the bill for me, since I had to leave before they were finished. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANY PLUMBING WORK. This company was originally Swissler Bros. Plumbing. The Swisslers had an excellent reputation, and I am happy to report that the company is now owned by their daughter and son-in-law.
