Nick called and said he could arrive early if convenient and that was perfect. He quickly identified the source of a leak in a drain pipe between a second floor bathroom and basement. In less than two hours he replaced a section of pipe in the wall that had been damaged by a nail. His work quality was excellent and was very efficient. I now prefer paying an hourly rate as opposed to most plumbing companies that charge by individual services that keep being added after the initial estimate.

I had called two other services, one that is a heavy presence on TV, and both of them quoted prices over $600. I spoke with Tina and she told me that it should be around $350. Nick arrived on time and made the repair. All work was done within an hour. Work area was clean and the work was done professionally, Nick gave me a final bill of $315, half of what the other two companies had quoted. Will use them again and have already recommended them to a neighbor.

Nick did a highly professional job of removing my old toilet and installing the new one. Everything was completed quickly and cleaned up. This plumber is really good and very personable.

We called for a routine Furnace and Humidifier Check and Nick noticed our Water Pressure Tank wasn’t working properly and very old which could become expensive if not replaced. He also recommended that we replace the Hot Water Heater because it too was worn out. All the work was done when promised. The work area was clean when the job was completed. I would recommend them to anyone needing service.

Nick came in and adjusted the pressure and changed out the check valves and the problem was sorted out in no time. I couldn't have been more pleased. Also, I called in the morning for an appt and got an afternoon appt even though it wasn't an emergency. Tina always kept me updated as to when the plumber was coming... Great job guys!!!!!

Amazing!! When I first called and spoke with Tina it was evident that she knows plumbing. I told her what was happening with the faucet handles and she understood the issue. She located the particular parts, scheduled an appointment for the work to be done and let me know the name of the plumber coming to my home. Nick, the plumber, called to let me know when he was on his way and was right on time. I was able to secure my two dogs before his arrival. He was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He used booties over his shoes, placed a towel on top of my bathroom counter before he place any heavy tools on it and cleaned up after his work was completed! One of the faucet handles was difficult to take off, as our well-water is full of minerals, he knew exactly how to get it off without delay. My hats off to Complete Plumbing Services, Inc. I will absolutely use them in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs.

Everything went well. Technician did great job all around. not sure of date of service.

Late at night we heard water running into the downstairs area of our house and found what looked like a rainstorm coming through the ceiling. We turned off the water and called Complete Plumbing the next morning. Nick came out in the afternoon and fixed it. He explained what the problems were and replaced the corroded lines. Everything looks really good and dry now (it will probably take about a week or so for the area under the floor to dry out- it was a real gusher of a leak).

It went really well. Service was great. Nick, the plumber was really prompt and helpful. Glad I found a new plumbing service!

Nick arrived on time and got right to work. He hooked up my laundry tub/cabinet and it works great! I will hire him again in the future.

I called the office at 7:30AM and Tina said they would be able to do the job today or tomorrow. She called back to say they were just finishing a job and would be at our home soon. They arrived just after 11:15am and were totally done by12:30 with everything working well. After dealing with the other plumber who had returned twice to correct the leak and failed, dealing with Complete Plumbing and Nick was a great pleasure. They arrived promptly and went to work. They were neat, efficient and pleasant. More importantly, Nick was extremely competent. He is very experienced and really knows what he is doing. This was a great relief to us after dealing with someone that did not know what he was doing. When Nick finished, he explained in detail exactly what he did and why. There was a parts charge of the bolts and washers that had been stripped and not correctly attached. It was a job that was finally done right! I highly recommend Complete Plumbing Services, Inc.

Called Tina on a Sunday night and asked for a replacement water heater as mine was leaking and we had no hot water in the house. She was extremely helpful in getting me the exact heater I wanted and scheduled an installation appointment first thing the next morning. The next morning, right on schedule, Nick arrived and proceeded with the installation of my new heater. He was clean, courteous and knowledgeable. In and out in no time. About 2 hours after he left Tina called to follow up on how the install went. You can tell this company really cares about their customers. That sets them apart from others. I will not hestate to use them again for any plumbing needs and I will definitely refer friends and family to them.
