Description of Work: Sean did a great job sanding my screened in porch floor. Under many layers of paint (a few lead based) we ended up with a beautiful fir floor. I have had several hardwood floors refinished in the past and was amazed that there was so little dust! I would use them again.

Description of Work: I called City & Suburban to get a quote and was very impressed with their service. Bill Showed up 15 minutes early for his appointment and explained everything to us. We were on the fence about carpeting and hardwood floors, and ultimately decided to go with carpeting. If we decide to get hardwood in the future, we'll give Bill a call again. Very happy with the way he handled the whole quote process. ($8,700.00)

+ -1 moreBILL KELLY AND HIS CREW ARE THE EXPERT'S EXPERT WHEN IT COME TO REFINISHING WOOD FLOORS. THEY HAVE COMPLETELY CHANGED AND IMPROVED THE LOOK OF THE HOUSE. SO MUCH SO, WE ADDED WOODEN BLINDS TO THE WINDOWS, NEW HOUSE!!! (TOOK 2 DAYS BUT, HEY)
Description of Work: CITY AND SUBURBAN ARE FIRST RATE FLOOR REFINISHERS. WE HAVE BEAUTIFUL WOOD FLOOR THAT HAVE HAD NO CARE FOR 40 YEARS. THEY SANDED AND FINISHED KITCHEN, DINING AND LIVING ROOM WITH ALMOST NO TRACE OF DUST AND WE CAN HARDLY BELIEVE HOW BEAUTIFULLY THEY TURNED OUT.
