everything went perfectly. They where in and out in under three hours and my sliding glass door looks great.

The quality of work was excellent. The completion of the project was delayed due to the short-order of siding. Staff was very professional in handling this issue.

Great product, loved the efficiency

There were some things that initially made me skeptical of the company but I ended up speaking to the owner after I called to cancel. He seemed very straightforward and put my mind at ease about the company and brand of patio door they use. I ended up using the brand they install most, which is Alside (model 6100). The door has been installed several months now and we have had quite a few heavy storms. No leaks and everything seems installed right. I was amazed how easy the installers made it look. The Alside door itself is very nice quality and is buttery smooth to open and close. Far superior than doors I looked at in the big box stores and a HUGE improvement over the original builders grade door my house had (built in 2000). Time will tell if the glass and everything holds up, but the company (and installers) assured me that they take care of any problems and Alside stands behind their product. Thanks Window Concepts!

Efficient, reasonable, professional.

They came out the same day and the sales person was very courteous and attentive to our needs. Straight and to the point. Did not pressure us into buying from them. Explained thouroughly the process and what is included with the windows.

Brian was great in the selling and information process. Totally flexible on time for in-home estimate. No hard sell, just honest and fair expectations and pricing. Vince and his crew on the install were total pros. They did the entire house (19 windows and a door) in just three days with all new trim throughout. Everything looks great. Would definitely recommend.

Didn't seem to know what they were doing. I had to point out two problems that needed attention which made me nervous to leave them alone. They were about to put trim on and I showed them where there was a large void that needed insulation and on the lower level, they put the drywall on and forgot to install the shoe wall insulation that was sitting right in front of the window! He had to move it to be able to install the drywall. They toook way longer then the supervisor expected them to, and he upcharged us for that extra time. Really not good!!!!

They charged me $700.00 more than the estimate. I asked several times if the estimate was the final amount. He said it might be another $100.00. He was wrong.

The work was completed in a timely manner, the price was fair. This was the second time that I hired this company and the work was done professionally both times.

Vendor was great in accommodating existing window treatments.

I had several window companies quote my 8 windows that I needed to replace on the front of my house .They were most competitive price with the absolute best product. Customer service was outstanding and Garrett was very easy to work with as he took his time with my wife and I and didn’t pressure me to purchase more than I needed. Will use them to replace the rest of my back windows. High quality windows.

EXCELLENT!!! I hired them to install vinyl siding, soffet, and gutters along with some window headers. Everyone was professional and responsive from start to finish. My brother who is a carpenter stated that you don't find the quality of work that they performed anymore and was really pleased with the work that was performed. Every day when they finished their work they left the site clean and secure. I had received lower quotes for a lower quality of siding and feel the quality of work, service, and product was worth the higher price (you get what you pay for). The owner actually contacted me at the end of the job to see how things went. My house looks like a totally different house. I would highly recommend them for any exterior work you are considering doing.

We wanted to get an estimate on the cost of doing our whole house. It was far outside what we could afford now, but there were a couple of windows we wanted done sooner rather than later. Window Concepts worked with us to ensure we could get the more “urgent” windows done ASAP, and did a great job installing them. They look great and now when we have the money saved for be rest of the windows we will be going with them!

Just went with Window Concepts. Mike Blumenthal did a great job explaining all the details so we felt comfortable putting this in our budget. He was patient and answered all of our questions. We really feel good about this company!

They were professionals and did a good job cleaning up. Once they started, they stayed with the job until it was done.
