We had our patio door and all the windows replaced in our condo. The job was done in 2.5 days! The installers were very professional and cleaned up after each day. Having work done in a condo building has extra challenges especially having to share an elevator and keeping everything clean. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Company is beautiful and very professional! During the sliding doors installation they were careful with my furniture, floors and ceiling. Working quiet and would respond to any my questions. Left after clean vacuuming my living room floor. Highly recommend this professional company

Efficient, pleasant and clean

I had siding, gutters, soffits & fascia installed by this company in December of 2018. Fast forward to 2024, I am having mold in my attic due to poor ventilation and insulation issues. One of the factors contributing to the issues is due to the fact that there is no ventilation in the attic. During the inspections/estimates, all companies noted that there are absolutely no holes directly under the vented soffits. I called Window concepts and spoke to the owner, Brian Murphy, he was very rude and condescending. He stated that I do not know anything about the industry or its common practice. That they donâ t normally make holes as what they do is purely cosmetic so I guess as long as it looks good I shouldnâ t expect it to function. I told him I would make some calls and follow up. I called other companies in the industry as well as the companies that did the inspections and they all agreed that they either remove the old soffits before installing the new ones or if they are in good condition they add new holes so the vents work. I called Brian Murphy again to let him know that I need them to come and fix the issue before we can proceed with the other work we need to get done. I told him I spoke to other companies and they all agreed it should have been done. He said I can call a million companies and it wonâ t matter. He said he refuses to send anyone to fix it because the work was done properly and that we weâ re misquoted for the work done in 2016 and that they actually lost money since my work should have been more expensive. He stated that I can go ahead and contact a lawyer because they will not come out and fix the issue. All I am requesting is for them to make holes in the old soffits to solve this problem that should have been done 6 years ago. He said the company adding insulation can do that but why should I have to pay for something that should have been done by his company.

We had siding, windows and doors replaced. It was a big project, and the entire process was professional and well done - from the initial sales call, install, clean up and follow up to insure we were totally happy with the results. We had a Manufactures defect issue with one of the widows a year after the install and Christine from customer service did an outstanding job getting it resolved with the window manufacture. (she deserves a 10-star rating for her customer service!!) Window Concepts were easy to work with and delivered everything as promised. Two years after completing we are totally still happy with their work. If I could give them a higher rating I would.

Right from start I felt comfortable with Window Concepts. The owner himself came by to take a look at my sliding glass door project. He was upfront about the cost and told me exactly what I would need without a long drawn out sales process. The quote was so good I didn't even waste more time getting more. The work itself exceeded far beyond my expectations. The crew was on time, polite, and very skilled. I had no idea they would take the time and materials to custom fit all new trim and weather proofing both inside and outside the door. These guys had to cut stones out of the wall of all things. Let's just say I was amazed. I received so much more than a new door. I'm very happy and will be using Window Concepts for all my future door and window projects.

Had casement windows replaced. they were on time and replaced 4 windows in one day. here at 8 am and were finished by 3 pm. Cleaned up after themselves so you would not even know they were there. On a follow up i had problems with three windows, one would not close all the way and two were difficult to crank open and shut. they contacted the manufacturer and they were here and repaired the next day after i called. They are beautiful windows and a great improvement from the ones the builder installed in the 1970's. Highly recommend for any work you need to be done.

This was my first time shopping for windows. I had 4 different estimates and presentations. Garrett, General Manager, was amazing and made the process very easy and comfortable. He was very direct and honest with me through the whole process. As well as provided a great knowledge of the window industry overall. The level of trust and comfort I was provided was top notch. They have a great product and can't wait to work with them moving forward! If this is your first time looking for windows give Window Concepts a call for an estimate I know you will feel the same.

I had Window Concepts replace my siding and cap my windows. They installed insulated vinyl siding (Loving the outside noise reduction this siding gives) and capped my windows with aluminum. The install was done about 5 months ago. I wanted to live with the finished product for a while to allow any flaws or imperfections to be noticed before leaving a review. I'm happy to say time has just confirmed that I made the right choice in hiring them. The whole process was outstanding. From the owner Brian explaining my options to the team that did the install to the finished product on my house. John who led the install is a true craftsman. I could not be happier with the final results and I give the their whole team my highest recommendation.

Window Concepts resided our house, installed a couple new windows, and replaced our gutters. They did an AMAZING jobâ our 133 year old house looks brand new! They replaced lots of rotted wood, installed two new beautiful windows, and saved our collapsing porch. Brian Murphy and Brian Fabbri are straight shooters and great collaborators; they went out of their way to make sure everything was finished right and we were satisfied, keeping costs down without compromising the integrity of the project. I recommend wholeheartedly!

If you buy now, you may get your order by the year 2024. I needed to replace my old patio door since Im moving to a new state and wanted to make some updates before I left. I ordered a patio door August 2022 and was assured that the installation would happen in November. In December I called and was assured January. In February I was told I could not get my money back and would just have to wait. Someone finally reached out to install the door in late February, then canceled the day of saying his work partner has COVID. Totally understandable but it took three long weeks to finally get this door installed. Its a beautiful door but I will NEVER use this company again. I understand that delays happen but they never communicated with me to let me know what was going on.

Window Concepts did a wonderful job from start to finish. Brian was quick to get back to me with a quote and he respected my time. My biggest concern was that the new windows would not look any different from the current windows. He listened to my needs and the new windows look beautiful without compromising the style of the house. I would definitely use this company again.

These guys do a great job from the beginning with Brian and the sales person who happens to be the owner to his crew John and his assistant did a great job very satisfied looks beautiful like a new home! Enough so that I am asking them to do two more windows to make it look really bright now and at a fair price!
