From start to finish the quality and care of the product and installation was second to none. I had several quotes from national name brand companies and felt pressured to purchase on the spot, this company didn't pressure me to purchase. Also the windows are beyond my expectations and a fraction of the cost of the competition comparing apples to apples. I would definitely use this company on future projects and highly recommend this company

My installer was Vince and he and his crew did an exceptional job. They are neat, professional and got the job done to my satisfaction. Customer service was also a positive experience all the way around!

Beware. Contracted them to do work and then they called me a week later and said they unbid the project and backed out. Very unprofessional.

The windows I ordered and had installed are fantastic! I absolutely love them. Great company, office personnel are friendly and professional. My only criticism is that they did not call the day before to confirm the install. Because of that, I was not expecting them and went to work only to leave 20 minutes later

From our first meeting with the representative to our finished job, we can say that this was a wonderful experience. Everyone was friendly and extremely helpful. Because we had a time limitation, the crew worked extra long hours to complete the job. The quality is outstanding.

Working with Window Concepts made the purchasing of windows easy and smooth. They gave me the best price out of all the quotes I received and liked their windows best out of the others. Maria in the office was fantastic to work with, always upbeat and cheerful. Their sales person Griffin was great to work with, very nice a pleasant to talk to. Window Concepts even handled all the paperwork for my HOA. The installers did a great job installing the windows. They were on time and completed the work in a reasonable amount of time actually ahead of time. I really like the finish of the windows. They added nice framing that my old windows didn't have giving them a nice finished look. Standing by my old windows I could feel the cold air blowing through, now I feel nothing even on those below zero days we were having. One thing I would recommend is for them to talk more about the different measuring performance such as U-Factor, SHGC, Visible Transmittance, Sound reduction and whether their windows were energy star. After the windows were installed they did have some of the information about the windows which did meet the different measuring performance numbers but not sure why Window Concepts didn't talk about that more where other vendors did.

Working with Window Concepts was a very easy going experience from the start, the salesman didn’t pressure me, just asked me what I was interested in and took it from there. Totally love my windows, professionally installed no complaints, the installers took their job seriously, making sure all was completely taken care of, from inside out. Definitely would hire them again.

I have never had any home improvement project go as smoothly as this one. The building permit was in my hands three weeks before installation. The day we set for installation had inclement weather and they arranged to come the next workday. The people with whom I dealt were pleasant and respectful. The installers worked around my home situations and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them without reservation.

I had new siding installed by WC. The sales process went smoothly and they able to get material in very quickly. The siding installation went very quickly and my wife & I are happy with the product and work. Brian was very helpful in answering my questions. I would recommend this company.

Everyone from the salesman to the installers were excellent. There was a slight problem with the work order but the crew foreman called the owner and it was cleared up immediately. They made sure that we were happy with the work before they left. My husband and I are very pleased with our new windows. We would definitely recommend Window Concepts.
