I have numerous superlatives regarding my review of Window Concepts. My mobile home had $8,000.00 in hail damage. Window Concepts replaced siding, skirting, and the entire roof. I contacted numerous other contractors and was entirely frustrated with them all. Among other things, I was told the following by them: -They donâ  t do work on mobile homes. -One Company made an appointment to view the damage & provide a quote & never showed up. -Another Company sent an adjuster out and he said there is minor damage to the roof. He arrived at this conclusion from a ground level view. (The entire roof needed replacement) -Several other Companies didnâ  t even bother to return calls to me. My experience with Window Concepts was fantastic. The owner, Brian Murphy has 40+ years of experience. He is knowledgeable, patient, professional and the kind of man I was very pleased to work with. Two different crews completed the work. Both crews were timely, thorough, and know their stuff. In closing, I can say without any reservation that this is the Company you should hire, when you are in need of the services they provide.

They were very good to work with good price helped with finance both Brianâ s Weâ re great to work with installers were great they did excellent work they protected all areas they worked. In and cleaned up you would have never known they were there when they got finished I have no complaints and would definitely use again

Great communication, demo and install went smoothly

The installers were pro's at their craft. Did a quality job all the way around. They had enough experience that nothing slowed them down. Also were personable and welcomed any questions or comments.

Patio door and 2 windows were replaced. The quality is excellent. I live in a condo and appreciate that Window Concepts got the necessary approvals from the management company. That saved me extra work, hastened the approval time, protected Window Concepts and ME. VERY SMART BUSINESS for Window Concepts which was more work for them, but better in the long run for everyone. Customer service was extraordinary from start to finish. Installers were courteous and clean. I will request them again when doing future work. I cannot thank everyone enough for making this project a very positive one. I love my patio door and windows.

They were very professional, performed an excellent job, the insulated sliding glass door is of superior construction. The door was perfectly installed, no complaints of any kind. I would use them again for any project, I highly recommend them. Great job at a fair price!!!

Company Full of false promises. Contractors Greg and Mike are good people.

Everyone at Window Concepts was very nice and professional, from the salesman to the installers. I would have liked a reminder call the day before to know when to expect them, but not a huge deal. As for the value, window installation of 10 windows is so expensive with every company. But I feel Window Concepts offered a better price than the rest. They did good work and cleaned up afterwards. They also worked faster than I expected.

This was the second job for which they were hired by me. They went out of their way to correct some concerns from the first job and when there was a hold-up with the permit, their representative was wonderful. She went to village hall herself to pick it up and hand delivered it to my home. The two gentlemen who did the actual work were on time, worked quickly, were friendly and left the area spotless.

They resided my back porch and did an excellent job.

The workers arrived on time. I never saw them take a break. The quality of the work was excellent and they left everything clean before leaving.

Our experience with Window Concepts was outstanding from start to finish. They installed two windows, a new sliding glass patio door and a kitchen garden window. Garrett Rosenberg gave an honest, straight forward, no pressure quote for our project. He answered all of our questions and was very helpful. The delivery of the windows was well within the estimated time frame, and the installation crew was very polite and professional. Their installation was clean and had no issues and their cleanup of all material and waste was flawless. During the final permit sign off of the city, the entire staff was involved and the owner of the company called to ensure that everything was taken care of to our satisfaction. Overall I would highly recommend them to any of my friends and would use them again in the future.

Highly profesional company. Installers where amazing lead by Tony they took care of every detail from removing all windows, installing new ones, to touching up all exterior details! All this in about five hours!

We called 6 different window companies for estimates to have windows replaced and a sliding door installed. Window Concepts had a great quality window and came back with the best pricing of them all. They just finished the installation and all we can say is WOW! We are extremely impressed with the completed job. The owner Brain and his son Griffin were great to work with, Yonni and his crew were incredibly meticulous and precise with their work. It's very rare to find a business that is the complete package. We HIGHLY recommend Window Concepts to everyone that is looking for windows.
