I hired Window Concepts, Inc. to replace 11 double hung windows in my home. I also wanted the two double hung windows in my kitchen dinette replaced with Angle Bay double hung and a picture window in the center. In addition I asked for a Hip Roof over the Angle Bay window and the same Hip Roof over my Backdoor overhang. Each roof to be covered with Copper. Window Concepts, Inc. Completed the project but replaced the Hip Roofs with Shed Roofs. I did not want the Shed Roofs and made it very clear. The men who worked on the project changed my Hip Roof to a Shed Roof and completed the project. I'm not happy with the results. I believe the workers made the change because it was easier and less of a challenge. I would not recommend Window Concepts, Inc. for any project other than replacing windows!

Mike Blumenthal the sales rep was knowledgeable and informative. He answered all of my questions, was pleasant, not pushy. I enjoyed our conversations and would invite him for coffee. Very pleasant young man.

Pleasant workers. Clean. Biggest disappointment was management not installers. No followup call. No thank you for your work. Nothing. Bad business. Bad ownership and sales in follow up. Disappointed.

The men who came out to replace my window did it without wasting a lot of time The job was done well.

Window Concepts use their own employees and do not use sub- contractors. They take pride in their work and easy to work with. I am very pleased with their quality and attention to detail.

Great small business! Did an excellent job changing out some very inefficient windows. Their owner, Bob, is very kind and walked me through our schedule and expectations.

Prompt and thorough. Windows were replaced in the spring. Followed up after a summer hail storm to assess damages to roof and siding as well.

This contractor team arrived on time. They were hired to replace 11 windows, install a hip roof over the new angle bay window, and install a hip roof over my back door. The roofs were to have copper in place of shingles. The carpenters installed the windows and in place of the hip roofs I requested, installed shed roofs. I do not like the shed roofs but they left everything and left. I believe the carpenters did not know how to create a proper hip roof and installed the shed roofs to save time and money. They did not give me or offer a refund for their mistake.

Product quality and craftsmanship were outstanding. The ProFoam vinyl siding with 1.5” (R5) insulation has resulted in a six degree reduction in our thermostat setting. Window Concepts has a good selection of siding products. They will install any color fascia and trim as long as it is white. They need to learn how to hang house numbers. I have a two digit address and they left enough space between for two more digits! Getting them back to fix it was like pulling teeth, so I finally gave up. Over all though, they did a good job

The work started earlier than expected. The contractors were professional and courteous. The best part is they cleaned up after them selves which is a huge plus.

i did not have any work done so the four star is not accurate and this is because they refused to give me estimate due to fact my wife was not there or would not sit in on the estimate and they kept saying that it was a company policy .
