Description of Work: They encapsulated/insulated all 16 recessed lights and insulated one of two attics with blown-in insulation and sprayed the crawlspace sill plate area with 2-inch closed cell foam. Nicor subsidized some of the cost, so I can't complain about price, but when I looked at the itemized cost before the discount, the price looked competitive to me. The boss Eli seemed knowledgeable and the workers were friendly and professional.
