Nermin was great. Everything you could ask for in a provider. He or his wife Dana returned phone calls and emails promptly. Very professional, punctual, very reasonably priced, responsible, clean. Absolutely no headaches. Did I say clean? Nermin and his helper cleaned up as they went from room to room. We were very happy with the results and with Nermin's work and his great attitude. He's a pleasure to work with. I'd have no hesitation recommending him or using him for other projects around the house. Thanks Nermin.

Nirmin did a very good job with the multiple tasks that I needed performed. He was very professional and explained everything that he would do and showed me what was wrong with the faucets, windows and the ceiling fan and how I could fix them in the future, if necessary. He answered all my questions and performed all the work in a timely fashion. I was very satisfied with all of the work as well as the price. I will definitely be using Nirmin again. I have found a handyman that I can trust and can be confident he'll do a good job.

We had old kitchen and bathroom in our apartment and we were amazed by our friends kitchen that this provider did so we had him come and give us an estimate. He was very helpful and gave us a great ideas as well as advice how to save some money. We hired him right away. He was done in the promised time and he made my kitchen beautiful, I cannot believe it is my kitchen. Nermin did new floor, new cabinets, new appliances, tile, back splash and paint. He helped us choose design and colors and we are very grateful. My new bathroom was old and we had to basically do everything from scratch. New drywall, tiles, new appliances, painting and new fixtures, OMG it looks so great now! I am so happy. Nermin did also fixed many little repairs throughout our apartment and I plan to do more work with him in the future.

He showed me some things that I hadn't seen on the fence before then. We decided that the Big Deal wouldn't be as beneficial with those extra costs. I plan to use him in the future.

Nermin did everything in the time frame as promised. All the work was done very nice and Nermin made sure he didn't damage any of my belongings. Nermin is very respectful and handy man that finds solutions for every customer and all your needs. I would like to tell all the customers that you can call Nermin and never worry about anything. I was very happy and will always call him with anything I need for my home. My home is now beautiful and safe for me.

He did a wonderful job in my apartment i am very pleased with how professional and detailed he was. the estimate was very close to the final price and overall i would recommend Nermin to a friend.

Nermin was very professional with his service and even ended up saving me money. He had creative suggestions that saved time and were considerably less costly than my original idea. He worked diligently and quietly throughout the whole project; I was always forgetting he was in the backyard! Nermin's craftsmanship is exceptional and his sense of style is both elegant and contemporary. He came totally prepared and never asked us for anything. All the wood work is still in perfect condition and the gate locks have yet to falter. I highly recommend Nermin's services to friends and family for any important home projects.

Nermin was able to make recommendations for a gate replacement. We love the way it looks and the customized locking mechanism that he installed. We have been considering installing the privacy gate around the back of the yard and would definitely use Nermin again. He also made repairs to the existing gate which has been great.

Nermin was extremely accommodating, especially since we had to ask him to refigure his original estimate. His prices are very reasonable (I did comparison-shop), and he was very good about explaining what the problems were -- or why he wouldn't be sure until he looked further into things what the exact nature of an issue. His estimate was very close to the final amount, which rose slightly due to materials costs. He was punctual, completed the agreed-on work in very good time, and we'll be contacting him again.

This was my first experience with remodeling and hiring a contractor so am not sure how much of my disappointment is because of unreal expectations. I had made the assumption that I had hired him as the contractor but found that I was having to be the go-between for the vendors from whom I purchased the materials and him. While the bathroom looks updated, I was very disappointed with the quality of the work. The delivery of the tiles took three attempts because he didn't want to be responsible for having to bring them up to my unit and the company only delivered curbside but ultimately he did it. There was also a tear in the drywall from where they removed the original plastic floor molding and they just painted over it initially. When I brought it to his attention, he threw some mud over it and then repainted but there is still a noticeable bump on the wall. I didn't have new drywall installed on a couple of walls so expected minor visible imperfections but was surprised at the number of places where there had been grout or spackle used and it wasn't smoothed out well out before it was painted over. When he initially installed the medicine cabinet and lightening, it was a little lower than I thought it would be and the light was off center over the cabinet. When I asked if the cabinet could be raised a little and the light centered, I was told that it couldn't be done. So I checked with a friend who ensured me that it could be based on what I wanted done and told me what to tell him. When I provided that info, I was then told that it wasn't that it couldn't be done but that it would take a little longer to do and came by and did it. The tile work is okay but some of the tiles are uneven and the grout is heavier in some places than others. Also, as he was wrapping up the job, I noticed that he had decided to use three pieces of the bath tiles to complete the molding on the wall between the tub and sink which was different than the floor tile. When I asked why, he mentioned that he had run out of the floor tiles but didn't think to tell me when he had me order more of the bath tiles so that it could be finished correctly. I also noticed that because the molding tiles that run along the wall with the toilet and sink weren't measured correctly, the cabinet for the sink does not sit flush against that wall and the caulking that he used around the sink has started cracking and it has only been less than a month. Overall the bathroom does look better than the old one but I am wondering if this one will last as long.

Nermin is professional, reliable and very reasonably priced. Not commonly found in this service area.

Nermin and his assoicates are very courteous, punctual, and professional, from the first appointment to do the estimate to actually performing the work. Nermin has a wonderful can-do attitude, and he figures out a solution for every problem with keen intelligence. He takes pride in his work and attends to details. He did an excellent job from start to finish. I would recommend Nermin highly without any reservation.

Our request for an estimate was met with a prompt response. Nermin and his co--worker spent much time listening to our ideas and desires for built-in book cases and crown moulding in our family room. They also made helpful suggestions. They allowed time to do a rough design on the spot and took many measurements. There was a responce within two days with a detailed estimate and a proposed start date. Upon agreement, a date for beginning was set with an estimated completion date given. Both workmen arrived on the date agreed upon and reviewed the plan with us. They were very professional and respectful of our property and that of our neighbors. Each day, the work space was left in an orderly manner. They completed the work in the time frame predicted. Time was allowed for our inspection and questions. We were extremely pleased with the work done and would highly recommend Nermin and Sons services.

We needed crown molding & painting in 3 of our rooms, dining, living, and den. Nermin came to the house and took measurements. The next day he emailed us a quote for material and labor. We then agreed to terms and a date to begin the project. Nermin brought his crew on the agreed date and they were able to complete the project in one day. Our house is old and the ceiling/walls are uneven. Therefore, Nermin had to do extra work to acheive the right fit. The end result is gorgeous...paint and all! My wife and purchased this home for several reasons, but one thing that attracted us the most was the kitchen. It had recently been remodeled and we fell in love with it. After working w/ Nermin, we learned he had actually done the remodeling w/ the previous owners. New cabinets, tiles, appliances, insulation, granite counter tops, etc. The kitchen is an attraction to all of our guests. It is where we host all of our social gatherings. Nermin has done many projects for us in the past and will continue in the future. He is extremely trustworthy & dependable. The first time he did work for us he had me come to his home to see the beautiful word work he had handcrafted in his living room and kitchen. He has also done work for our neighbors and friends throughout Chicagoland.
