Nermin & Sons do it all. I cannot tell you how good they are. They worked within my schedule and budget. The quality of work was amazing. I would recommend them to anyone. Contractors don't get any better than this. If you need quality work, and beyond (when he saw that additional work would be needed, he just did it). For your peace of mind (I''m 70 years old and have been dealing with Nermin for at least 15 years), please consider Nermin and Sons to meet your construction issues.

Nermin was timely in bidding, starting and completing the project. This project was large and required working around a very strict work schedule as imposed by my condo association. He was informative when explaining why certain planned design options would have to be modified to accommodate an unknown issue discovered during the demolition process. Was accommodating when materials needed to be picked up, often offering to retrieve them on my behalf. Also, he made himself available to meet contractors when needed to perform specialized work outside the scope of his bid. Work site cleanup was great. No residual damage was noted upon project completion. I really enjoyed working with a Nermin and Sons.

Nermin came to my property to scope out the work needed and provided a vague estimate. i explained that I was waiting for some of the parts needed for the repairs to arrive (they were late) and that when they arrived, I'll call back to set up time to complete the work. About 2 weeks later with parts in hand, I called and left a message. A week goes by with no return call so I call again and get his assistant live on the phone and leave a detailed message asking for an appt to get the work completed. She affirmed that he'd call me back asap. Never heard from them again.

I have used them before. They are very reliable and professional. I was very pleased.

Nermin and Sons completed the work to perfection. They were prompt, professional and courteous. They also were extremely focused on making sure that I was happy with the process every step of the way. In addition, they worked very well with my designer. I could not be happier with the outcome.

We hired Nermin for a kitchen and bath remodel and couldn't have been happier. He is extremely thorough, honest, and reliable in his work. There were several unforseen glitches in what we had planned, and Nermin was able to troubleshoot and come up with solutions to make the final remodel much more thorough and well done than the work we were replacing! He not only does high quality work, but has a good sense of style/aesthetic. Everything he did was thoughtfully planned and expertly executed. I will be hiring him again for any future work in my condo.

It was easy to set up an appointment, and easy to work with Nermin and his associate. It was a weird little job, but I am very happy with the results. I know neighbors who will work with no one else.

That went fine. They were very professional. They got the job done pretty quickly.

The relationship was pretty much doomed from the start. The dialogue back and forth just to set a date took close to 2 weeks. Once we figured out a date for Nermin to come out to see the work and schedule it, they had high expectations of what I was supposed to do, even though I was the customer! The assistant was rude and demanding in her messages to me. She used exclamation points at the end of nearly every sentence, which improper. So I tried to establish a phone relationship in hopes of removing ambiguity and misinterpretation that can sometimes arise out of back and forth emails. But she did want to it that way, they just kept on emailing me. But they didn't tell me when he was coming. I sent an email to them asking if he is coming on x day to look at the work. He just showed up. Afterwards, she said she sent me a note confirming. But it's not in my Angie's list message trail. The end was when she asked me how we was supposed to start work when I don't have all the materials, after I had already tokld her that it was coming the very next day after he started, and that there was plenty of other things for him to do without needing the materials at question. So I figured that they are just too set in their ways of how they want to deal with customers. So I told them it wasn't working for me, and that I would like to request a refund. They agreed. I think they need a different person as the face of the company. Using emails and exclamation points at pretty much every end of the sentence makes them appear to be demanding as opposed to accommodating. Arranging to speak in person over the phone with the customer would also go a long way to a more successful client and contractor relationship. Berating the customer about not having materials ready the minute he showed up even though it was clear that I would have them the very next day and there was plenty of work on day one that could still be done is not good business.

All work was done extremely well. Nermin was very quick to come up with solutions to problems...he installed led lighting in the top cabinets in my kitchen and replaced a screen door with a much more durable material among other things. I am very pleased with his work and will definitely use his services again. I highly recommend him.

I hired Nermin & Sons for wood work projects in my kitchen. I called them after seeing positive reviews on Angie's List, but being price sensitive, I included them on one of 3 estimates. In the end, they gave me a very fair price, the work was excellent, and I am going to call them again for additional work. Nermin's work was detail-oriented, he was easy to work with, and I'm absolutely happy with the price I paid. Well done.

Great. Great work, great communication. And his wife worked with me to get the proper documentation with the contractor license number on it to meet our insurance company requirements for the safety rail. He even noticed that the screws were loose on one of the hinges of our back door when he came to do the estimate, and promised me he'd fix it when he came back. I wasn't home when he came to do the work a week later, but he remembered and fixed it, much to my husband's surprise. The door opens so much more smoothly now. I highly recommend and will use again.

He made an incredible mess when capping the sink. Otherwise, he did a good job.

They were amazing. They had the old ladder down in 15 minutes. They took the time to trim the new ladder and build up the opening. to make a perfect fit.

Great communication. All is good but the provider is busy and I need service earlier.

Nermin was great! Very professional. We have three lights all on the same single light switch. We wanted a fan to be installed where the middle light is located. It was tricky but Nermin ran some more wire and got everything installed in a timely fashion. He was organized and left no mess. I was worried he wasn't going to be able to do the installation but he put my mind at ease as he figured out the best solution. I will be using him for other electrical jobs in the future.

This was the second deal I had purchased as the one with the other company did not work out. The technician arrived an hour and a half late to the appointment time. I had to call to learn that he was in traffic and they did not contact me. The technician was very nice. He completed all of the work and left no mess behind.

Mr. Nermin did a great job. His company replied to my on-line inquiries immediately and was able to come out and evaluate what was wrong on that same day. He went an extra mile in creating a makeshift fix until he could come back with the proper tools and equipment. Mr. Nermin was highly professional and excellent at what he does. I would hire him again in a heart beat. The price was very reasonable.
