I felt very good about the experience. I am way more knowledgeable about plumbing, especially the pipes in my own basement than I was before.

I called Monday for an appointment to fix a leaky kitchen sink. Marc answered promptly and scheduled the apppointment for two days later. At the appointed time, he called to say that the plumbers were running about a half hour late. About a half hour later, two plumbers arrived. One asked to see the work that needed done, then they set about doing it. The lead plumber (Paul) offered excellent advice about keeping my drains and toilets clear, and they showed me how to replace the soap dispenser in the kitchen sink on my own (I hadn't realized it was leaking until they showed me the mess underneath). Paul also looked at two other places where I'm having problems with drainage and offered advice, and that was after he'd written up the invoice. I intend to call M.D. Plumbing again so they can tackle these bigger problems. They billed me for 1.5 hours, which was right in line with Marc's estimate. It was the best experience I've had with a plumber.

Whatever mess was made was cleaned up like they were never here! Great!

Mark was very nice and told us what the problem was right away. He fixed the problem and now there is no leakage. I recommend MD Plumbing to anyone who has plumbing problems. MD Plumbing was booked when we called to repair the pipe, but found time to do this, so we could use outside water over the long holiday weekend and for a unit showing. Their flexibility on this we greatly appreciated! They offered to talk us through shutting down the outside water in fall to prevent problems, whenever we choose to call them. Work is done quickly and cleanly for reasonably prices. Their staff have always been willing to answer our questions fully and provide us with good information about how to "care for" our internal and external plumbing. I think what I appreciate the most is feeling that when we hire MD Plumbing for regular maintenance and repairs, we do an ever better job of preventing the need for emergency repairs. Yea!

Had problems with the basement drains backing up. I live in a house that is 100 years old and feared I had problems with my drain pipes. Mark and a partner came out and routed out the drain. There work was efficient, thorough, and they knew what they were doing. They cleaned out some rags and tree roots all the way to the street sewer. Gave me recommendations on how to take care of my pipes and left the work area clean. I absolutely felt that I got my monies worth.

Plumber identified the problem but cleared out wrong part of drain. We called him and he returned that evening to fix.

Very prompt on appointment time. First visit was to survey the job. Returned the following day with necessary parts to make repair and did it quickly and efficiently. I definitely plan on calling him again when we have future needs. He's competent, neat and easy to do business with.

They did a very good job, they were very nice workers. They were very polite, very prompt, and had a very reasonable price.

Cleaned up well after themselves. Couldn't even tell they were there. Everything has worked well since.

Very good. We tried to fix this ourselves yesterday and only succeeded in making things worse. Time to check the list for a professional! I called this morning and they were able to fit us in today. I was at work and let them know that I could be home with 20 minutes notice. They called me at about 1 pm and I came home. They arrived at about 1:25. I explained the problem and they figured out the fastest, easiest way to solve it. They even used the parts that I bought yesterday at the hardware store, so I wasn't out money from my attempt to fix it. They offered to take off their shoes, were very good about keeping the front door closed to keep my cats in and they cleaned up afterwards. Very good experience!

The second floor toilet was leaking water through kitchen ceiling. We had this problem before and knew that the likely cause was the wax ring. Called several places and got an idea that this problem can be fixed in 1/2 hr. Pick M.D. Plumbing because they had a reasonable first 1/2 hr. rate; like other companies they charge for the first 1/2 hr and then at 15 min increments. Mark and an assistant arrived, replaced the wax ring and steadied the toilet to prevent rocking. During the time they were here, Mark took two phone calls and his assistant went twice to the truck to get material. They were here for 35 minutes. The $112.00 was for 45 minutes labor and parts.

A great experience. I had trouble getting other companies to show any interest in the repair of an unknown and fairly old faucet, but Marc was helpful and knowledgeable throughout, explaining my options clearly and, once we had opted for the repair, doing what he could to make things as fast and affordable as possible. The final cost was over $50 lower than another estimate I was able to get. I can recommend MD Plumbing with no hesitation.

Marc came on a weekend and fixed the problem in 15 minutes. Marc was professional, pleasant, and thorough. We will use him again and would recommend him to others.

Marc returned my call the same day and recommended that I shut off water to the house (why didn't I think of doing that vs. my bucket method?). Two men worked for over an hour: $75 service call + $30 labor + $90 additional. plumber labor + $9 clamp = $204. But HERE'S the important part: the response was quick, the solution was relatively painless and the men were courteous and professional. This is the second job I've called Marc in for, and I trust him and his crew to do the job efficiently and sensibly. And with a 100-yr old house, I suspect I'll be calling him again!

I asked for a proposal. Mark came out and I walked him through the job. He took notes and said he would get back to me within 5-10 days with his proposal. I did not hear back from him, so I sent him an email to follow up and received no response either by email or phone. I would not recommend him as his follow up is not good.

Went well. It appeared the previous owners of the house had not rodded out the stairwell for quite some time so it took a bit longer than expected. However the price estimate was not changed, which pleased us. Mark also inspected and made some good suggestions with respect to our sump pump maintenance, but in a very low pressure manner. We were overall pleased.

Called them on a Monday morning & they were able to come out the next day. The repair was completed efficiently & without making a mess. At my husband's request, he also gave us an estimate on a water heater replacement (suggested by the gas company) & we have have scheduled them to do that work as well.

Good overall. The appointment was set up quickly (within two days). Marc was late on the morning of the appointment & I had to leave. He went ahead & did the work, after calling me to talk through it & left a bill.

Marc promptly came out and gave us an estimate for the work. After receiving 3 estimates, we went with Md Plumbing. We are very happy that we did! Marc and his crew took the time to answer all questions we had. While doing the work, they were extremely professional, on time, and clean. In the end, they finished the work and made sure that everything was in working order, we now have hot water and great pressure. We'll call MD Plumbing back any time!

Fantastic. The plumber and his apprentice were very clean and courteous, and they came up with several possible solutions to the problem, which had previously stumped another plumber. They worked quickly, and the cost was very fair. I will definitely hire again!

Marc and Sean were both great. Sean came back 3 times because they had trouble finding the correct parts for the toilet and wanted to be sure it was working correctly.
