He's dependable, I think he's very honest. Does good work. I use him all the time.

The guys were great. They came over the same day I called, identified the problem after a detailed exam and scheduled a date to do the repair. They were on time on both occasions, worked quickly and quietly, and cleaned up completely after they were done. They also took the time to explain exactly what was going wrong, and show me what they were going to do to fix it. Also, MD Plumbing gets extra credit points for putting in an additional drain cleaning access for no charge. Very cool. The guys were friendly, professional, and I would recommend them to all.

Called Marc and explained the problem. He said he could come out the next day around 2. The next day he called around noon and asked if his men could come around 1 instead. I said ok. They came, looked over the situation and decided what had to be done. They unplugged the drain. They noticed that the hot water faucet was leaking and asked me if I wanted them to take a quick look at it I said ok. They then quickly identified the problem and fixed it. They were very professional, polite, and answered all of my questions.

Great! There are lots of things that can go wrong with a really old house and these guys made sure all issues were addressed and all problems fixed. They explained what they were doing and got everything installed properly and then hauled away the old appliances. I only gave them a B for pricing because it wasn't cheap, but there's probably no such thing as a cheap plumber. Their estimates were accurate which is a LOT more than I can say about most contractors.

It took a little while to schedule, since we both had some unexpected circumstances, but Marc was conscientious about getting back to me. Our problem was water in the basement independent of rain. Marc explained how a blocked sewer line was a likely explanation for our problems. He and a colleague worked steadily in the basement about 3 hours, stopping periodically to show me what they were encountering. It was a big job and they were careful to clean up their mess. A couple of weeks later, still no water.

MD Plumbing & Sewer which is owned by Mark Duvall is a fair and honest plumbing service. For this repair he came the same day I called him. This is very professional and sound business sense. I was expecting a much bigger bill for this and he really could have snowed me, but he's too much of an upstanding businessman for that.

Two reps from MD arrived at the end of the time window during which I was told to expect them. One of the two was the owner's brother, Sean. The two reps worked consistently for about 45 minutes, during which time they cleared two clogs. Then they took about 10 minutes to clean up and wrap up their work.

I called Marc to come fix 2 problems: 1) There was a leak at my in-laws house when they used their new hand-held shower. He said to check and see if any of the tiles in the tub was loose, because it's common for those areas to start leaking when a new hand-held is directed at them. Sure enough, that was the problem, so he didn't have to come for that. 2) We wanted to attach a hose from our new dehumidifier to a basement drain, but were concerned because there was water in the drain, so we wanted him to unclog it. He told us that there is always standing water in the drain. He said we should dump a few buckets of water into the drain to see if it is working. We did it, and sure enough, it was working fine, so he didn't have to come for that. So Marc saved us a total of $180, the cost of two different house calls. He did it all over the phone. How about that for an honest, helpful, and highly competent person! Wow!

The gentleman I talked with on the phone were very congenial. He indicated that they could come out the same day, and quoted what I thought was a very reasonable price for the work. They arrived very promptly at noon as promised, and again were very polite and focused on the job. I watched them replace the sump pump, and was some what comforted to note that the location of the pump was, as I thought, in a place that was hard to maneuver (certainly could not have replaced this myself). Needless to say they had the pump installed in an hour, and heavily tested to insure that it was seated properly and did not cause any leaking in the tubing.

This company does excellent work. They arrive on time and respond right away when you call with a problem. They answer any questions you have and are extremely knowledgeable. They made sure everything is working properly and cleaned up before they leave.

Marc called me to tell me he was running a bit late. When he did arrive, he was quick at installing the new toilets, cleaned up well, and took my old toilets and disposed of them for a fee of $15.00 each

I found them on Angie's List. They have come to my house several times. They are prompt, reasonably priced and knowledgeable. They are very friendly and do a great job. They also do a nice job of cleaning up after they leave.

M D Plumbing & Sewer were professional and prompt. We had the sump pumps put in and then we had torrential rainfalls and a power outage. We had thought there was a battery backup already in place and when we asked them about it they said they hadn't installed one because it wasn't standard practice. They did come on a Sunday to install the battery backup and that is what the price stated reflects.

We have used their services for three years. They always show up on time and do a good job. I have not had any problems with the work they have done for us. I will call them in the future for my plumbing needs.

These guys were professional, courteous, and willing to take the time to explain what is needed and what was done. Marc returned my original call with an apology for not getting back to me sooner (roughly 24 hours after.) Then I spoke to him twice before the toilet replacement was complete, as I attempted to understand what was involved with the replacement and what kind of toilet I was to buy (purchasing the toilet was my choice, as I had a small window of which to get the job done on my end.) Marc never became frustrated while explaining the basics to me. He didn't even flinch when I changed the repair date; a real pro.

MD Plumbing came promptly when they said they would. They checked and repaired most of our plumbing problems that day, including going out for a part in order to fix the toilet in our guest bathroom. While they were able to increase the water pressure in a number of our faucets, they were unable to fix the outside water pressure in our yard because the pipes are so corroded. We will discuss with them possible next steps. We are pleased with their work.

They were punctual, clean and efficient and very reasonably priced. We will definitely be calling them again.

They were super punctual and responsive. The price was for 15-20 minutes of work.

They were fantastic. I called them up because water was leaking underneath my sink. They misunderstood over the phone what the problem was, and originally thought I had a clog, and so they did not bring the right equipment. They determined that my kitchen faucet needed to be repaired, and they picked up a Delta repair kit, which they tried to install. When they were unable to repair the faucet with the repair kit, they told me that I needed to buy myself a new faucet. This all took place on a Friday. They made an appointment to come back on Monday to install the new faucet. They were at my place a total of three times. They did not charge me for the 1st visit, and they did not charge me for the repair kit since it did not work. They did charge me for the 2nd and 3rd visit, but treated them as 1 visit, so I only got charged for the 1st half hour of the second visit, plus all additional time spent on the project. The only complaint was that they were 2 hours late the 3rd visit.

My second call, to get an estimate, was returned in 48 hours. He said he was flexible that day and suggested a lunch time appt. at my house. We set it for 11:30AM and I gave directions. I left work and arrived at my house at the apptd time. Waited 25 minutes. No show. No call. I went back to work. Waste of 1 hour+.

They came when they said they would and tried their power snake, it wouldn't go through but then tried their air blaster and that did it. They had to run out to get a replacement part which they did immediately and returned quickly. They put it everything back together again, cleaned everything up, even adjusted the sink handles. Total time took about an hour and a half. Very satisfied with the work. Price was very fair for the time and work.

They did the best job, I've seen so far! They tapped into the water lines that we had in our basement. They did an excellent job putting soder on the copper. They also, put a little hole in the brick and did a very nice and neat job. The faucet they installed was very nice. They did such a great job! I've hired them several times and they continue to do wonderful work.

I called on Monday and was told they would call be back shortly to see how soon they could accommodate me. They called back promptly and said they could come the next day at 9:00 AM. On Tuesday they arrived before 9 and went down to the laundry room. They used an air charge gun to clear the drain and then some crystals to make sure it was clear. I asked questions about how to maintain the drain so it would not clog again and they were very professional in answering all my inquiries. They checked underneath where the pipes were to make sure there were no leaks and checked to see that the water was draining easily and freely several times.
