Description of Work: Our disposer was stuck - I thought it was broken. They agreed to come in and replace it. They fiddled with it and found a piece of glass had wedged under one of the blades immobilizing it. They fixed it without needing to replace it. They also fixed our kitchen faucet.

Description of Work: They did a good job of clearing my sewer line. Also did a good job of communicating.

Description of Work: I had a toilet that was loose, and needed to be reset. Mark was eager for the business, unlike several others that I have contacted who had high marks. He and his associate arrived early, was pleasant and professional.

Description of Work: I had a very bad clog in my kitchen sink. Before calling MD plumbing, I contracted another guy, who was cheaper, to come in to resolve it. He worked on it for over an hour and could not clear the drain. Though he did not charge for the service, he left a bit of a mess afterwards. I called MD plumbing and the same day and they came the following Monday. The two guys that came were very professional and courteous. They worked on the drain for awhile making sure that the cog was gone and even recommended a trick to keep the sink clear. I used them again to fix a rotted pipe in a small bathroom in April. They do quality work and tidy up after they are done.

We had another company come three times before we contacted MD Plumbing & Sewer. Not only did the other company fail to fix the leak and the slow drain, they made both worse. MD Plumber & Sewer came out and had it fixed in two hours.

Description of Work: We awoke to water GUSHING into our basement from a broken sump pump pipe. We needed help FAST. Marc arrived in under 2 hours after first instructing us via phone how to turn off the sump pump and how to look for part of the problem and solution. He showed up and in less than one hour and had us functioning again. He replaced a broken pipe, cleaned out the sump drain and hole, unclogged the outside drain pipes and we have hired him to return next week to install a back up system. He was the second plumber we called because the first one was too busy to come today and I am glad things worked out the way they did. I recommend this business.

Description of Work: Tried auguring through toilet toward ejector basin. Removed ejector pit lid to find discharge pipe was blocking basin inlet and a large paper mass had formed. Cleared obstruction and reconfigured pipe away from inlet. Installed new seal kit. Tested.

Description of Work: UNCLOGGED THE TOILET AND CHANGED THE CORE OF THE BATHTUB FAUCETS. TWO VISITS REQUIRED. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK, AND I BELIEVE THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE, THOUGH I DON'T KNOW EXACTLY WHAT IT SHOULD BE.
