STI Moving & Storage

We needed to move only a few items - they were very clear about the minimum charge. I was ok with the pricing. They arrived on time and were quick. They did not take off their footwear and left dirt and snow on our new wood floor. The dispatch team and promptness was impressive!

Fast, efficient and nothing was broken. And all this and very friendly too.

The guys arrived on time and were done in exactly 4 hours. Nothing was broken, and everyone was friendly and professional. I would use them again.

The person that scheduled our move was Nick. He did a good job of getting our moved scheduled last minute for the next day. And, the two men that came and moved the furniture were pleasant to work with and did a great job and did not damage any of our furniture. Thank you!

They were on time and efficient. They had 4 men on the crew. We made some late changes on site, and they had no problem accommodating these as they came up. All beds were set up correctly. One minor scratch which was documented. The only comment is this..I made the reservation about 2 weeks before my move. Yes, I signed the forms and made the deposit. As it had been 2 weeks, I wish that they had called to confirm before the Monday 7:00 am pickup. Yes, they were on time when they said, but a Friday confirmation call would have been nice. Having said all of that, its in the end a minor issue, and a recommendation to STI. I would use them again without hesitation.

The service was punctual and efficient and they took care to prevent any damage. No complaints except for two tall items that I need that were left at the former residence...otherwise, excellent.

accommodated me by making my moving experience a cheaper one day event, by using the same truck to pickup all my stuff from two locations. Apartment and self-storage locals close by (1/2 mile apart) .Thankyou Nick

Very poor communication, especially on delivery to final destination. Just showed up at house with 25 minutes notice. Demanded final payment even before I was able to check if all items on truck Pickup was good. Would not use again.

The crew was quick and professional. No dings or scratches on anything, moving heavy, bulky furniture and a big elliptical out of my basement.

Very courteous, respectful, professional, timely, and honest. I can't say enough good things about the quality and customer service of STI. They are awesome! If you want an honest, reliable and courteous moving company, I highly recommend STI, they are the very best!

They were very careful with all of my belongings and took extra care to ensure fragile items were wrapped correctly.
