The movers from STI were not only skilled but also friendly and courteous. They made moving day much less stressful with their positive attitudes and willingness to go the extra mile.

I moved to another state with kids and spoke to all the concerned and I made sure that my items would reach their destination by the date I mentioned. They took a month to deliver my items and I called them numerous times in between. I had to buy many things all over again as they did not deliver them on time. On top, getting the invoice was so much pain! It took me another month to get the invoice for the service I paid. Never going with this mover again!

Good community, they came on-time, very professional with packing and loading, no hidden costs. We would definitely recommend then to others.

They packed all of the furniture with grest care. There were four men who worked very efficiently. They had to move furniture from Illinois to Virginia. They kept me posted on the progress of the delivery time. They arrived the day they promised. When they arrived they had to backup their truck in order to get up my steep narrow road. Amazing! The furniture was in perfect shape. They put the furniture where we wanted it. They even moved existing furnishings to get the new furniture to fit. Wonderful!

Customer service was excellent and the team who came to wrap and pack went above and beyond. I had an additional stop to pick up more items to move and despite the long day to pack up all was done professionally.

They did everything that was required including switching loads because of truck size.

STI was great. We were moving a small load of furniture and storage bins from Illinois to North Carolina. The large respectable moving firms were not interested in handling the job. Other moving services like U-Haul were too expensive even with myself handling the move. I did not know of STI till googling and reading some customer reviews and going on the Better Business Bureau. They communicated well, came on the scheduled day and delivered on the scheduled day. They treated the merchandise with respect and were professional in every way. I would use them again.

They were easy to work with. Our belongings arrived safely and quickly.

Dealing with the office in Chicago was not pleasant, But the guys in the field that did the packing and unpacking are truly professional! Which almost makes up for it.

Great job. Punctual, efficient and reasonably priced.

If I could, I would give them zero stars. Worst experience in my life. . They picked up our things on 9/3, told us we would be delivered by the first of the next week. Never heard anything nor did we receive our things. On the 8th I was told that we were not able to be on the truck. They said according to the contract, they had 2-14 days or by the 24th of September. But they had no plans currently to deliver our items. The 24th came and went nothing. On the 25th Adam told me that October 4th was the worst-case scenario and he would call on the 30th, guess what no calls. I called today and left a message about the delivery for Monday, and crickets again. He told me that our belongings are housed in some warehouse in Carrollton Texas. But who knows, they have lied and lied. Honestly, this experience feels as if my things were lost in a house fire I have nothing, no photos, no clothes, no shoes, no plates, no pots, but more importantly the items my grandkids made me for gifts, framed artwork that my deceased mother painted when she was alive, hand made oak tables that my husband crafted. And so many other things that I can never replace. Just like a house fire. We have nothing and this company does not respond to any of my correspondence. I have cried and shouted out of desperation. They do not care. They have everything we own along with $1800 to cover half of our moving expenses, but nothing has moved. BEWARE.

Nick was so responsive, as was the entire STI team. Always made me feel they were there for me. Moving overall is a pain but Nick and STI made it a lot less painful

Max, my representative was very professional. Whenever, I would start freaking out about something, he would always try to assure me that my move will go as planned. He was right. The Movers were very professional and respectful. They arrived early and wasted no time in packing and loading the truck. Delivery was a couple days later than expected, but I was compensated for the late delivery. All my delivered items seems to be in good condition, I will not know if anything was damaged until after I remove them from storage. Over all, I was very satisfied with the service I received.

STI was able to provide us with quick service and that was great considering our time frame. The customer service was excellent. Every detail is explained is explained. I would refer STI to anyone moving.

They were a broker and hired S & M Relo for my move. The experience was not good. I would run from both companies.

Movers were very professional, polite and efficient. Customer service stayed right on top of the status of the move.

These guys really hustled. The move went fast, no dawdling, nothing broke, extremely polite and customer service was totally professional and communicated well. Estimate was right on par. True professionals. I've moved about 12 times and by far this was the best experience. Shopped pricing and they were the least expensive for a Saturday that I could find. I wouldn't hire anyone else!!!!

Rene and his crew both packed us in Evanston and moved us into Indianapolis. They gave us a full service move, packing everything including our basement t and storage space and we were out by 6 pm. The move in was fast and efficient and they reassembled all of our furniture correctly. A great job overall.
