The purchase was easy - they were very helpful in listening to my needs and recommending a door. There were many selections from which to choose. Prices are competitive - certainly better than some I looked at. The door had to be ordered and once it arrived installation was done quickly and professionally. Response to phone messages was a bit slow, but that is my only negative feedback. I would use them again.

The were very nice to work with and the salesman was very easy to work with when he came out to measure doors. They did a great job and they were very pleasant to work with.

They were good. They were very punctual, courteous and very good on staff friendliness. There were bubbles with the white lining that they had done outside the door. We said that it did not look good at all. They came and fixed it. We said that we will varnish it by ourselves. They did not varnish our shelves. Of course, the wood wasn't pretty good and I think it is the standard though. I guess that's not their fault.

They are awesome.

Southern Builders from Carterville,Il. was contracted out by Wilke Doors & Windows to install our door. They were prompt, very professional,the quality of work performed was great.We are very pleased, Would highly recommend these companies.And would use them again! They gave me some information, but their prices were higher than other estimates. I ended up hiring someone else.

It was fine. They just got right to business and didn't have a big sales pitch. They e-mailed the estimate first and then sent us a hard copy of it in a couple of days.

I received the estimate and gave the company the go-ahead to order the windows needed. There was about a 6 week wait between the order and actual installation - my only issue. I had to follow up with them twice for status during that period. However, I got prompt replies from the store manager when I requested status. The installers were experienced (40 + years) and made it look easy. They cleaned all debris and actually polished the windows once they were installed. I am very pleased with the overall service provided, and am recommending them to my friends.

The repair/adjustment went very well. The technician was quite competent and efficient.

I am in the process of converting a 4 family apartment into a large house and shopped around at the big box stores for windows, doors and cabinetry , Wilke beat Lowes and HD for quality and price , they have professional staff that in my opinion was more interested in what you wanted rather that what they wanted to sell you , they also have a bargain barn that I imagine sell factory overruns as well as orders that weren't filled , I did alot of research on this project and Wilke came out on top I would recommend Wilke products to any of my friends ,

The quality of their work was good. I would suggest planning ahead if you plan to use them because they are very busy. I will use them again in the future.

Quickly! It required only some lubrication but the technician did a thorough inspection which took about 20 minutes just to assure that nothing else was wrong. The price was the basic service call which I was told would apply when I made the appointment.

Overall I think this business is not good. We chose this company because Lowe's and Home Depot had to order our door size special and it was going to cost double what Wilke had it for. Wilke had special colors (other than white) which was nice. We ordered our doors and waited, Wilke said it would take 4 weeks max, so we waited. After 4 weeks we called to check on the order and the staff were rude on the phone and took months to get our doors in. When we finally were able to pick up the doors the people at the dock were very rude and not helpful. I would only suggest this company if you cannot get a good deal any where else and don't care about how long it takes to get your order or customer service.

The salesman was prompt and courteous. The windows were delivered and they called to set up an appointment for installation. The installers arrived at the scheduled time and installed the windows in about two hours. The installers removed the old windows and construction debris. I am quite satisfied with the whole experience.

They are very very efficient. We have used them before and are always happy with their work. They're prompt and we recommend them highly.

During the last three years the shelves have literally fallen apart. They tried to repair several times, but I finally had to replace the original pull out shelves with stationary type. I don't even use my kitchen very much!!!!! We travel, have no kids, etc. So it was NOT a matter of wear and tear: they sell inferior product. JUNK... Don't go there. At least I got the stationary shelves for free, but still had to install myself. A disappointing result.

Aside from the rain presenting major problems with the installation... What was supposed to be done all day Thursday and Friday morning took two days over several weeks, due to other previously scheduled obligations and extremely poor weather. When the installation did take place, my installer was on time and did a very thorough job caulking around the windows and took time to show me how and why he was doing what he did. Not that I'll ever install windows myself, but it was nice he took the time to show me why things had to be done a certain way and why he did a certain window a certain way. They did a great job cleaning up the glass and debris that had to be broken from two huge windows in order to get them out of the wall. The finished product looks amazing and I'm already noticing a difference in the way the house holds heat.
