They were great!

Ok but they left the leaves.

I purchased the deal through Angie's List. I'm not sure how well of a job was done, but I do know that the debris filled only about a quarter of a bag of trash. So either my roof and gutters were not very dirty, or something was missing. There isn't a way for me to check the job that was done unless I see my gutters overflow during the rain, which they haven't, so that's a good sign.

All good gutters seem to be clear now

They arrived on time and did the job well. I will hire them again in the future.

Service provider showed up on schedule and was very mindful of my flower beds and surrounding areas. Very meticulous and took his time cleaning windows and skylights. I would hire him (and intend) to again. My neighbor already asked for his contact information!

Everything went fine. They selected a day I recommended, arrived and were gone without any fuss. They tidied up after themselves. I like to have help because I don't have a tall ladder and it's a bit dangerous crawling around on the roof.

It went ok. They failed to remove tape that was on one window and another window that had some paint splatter. They made no attempt to scrap off any residue that could have been easily been removed with a scraper,

There was a mix up (probably mine) on the address - we have two places. The crew showed up at the other place, and there was no one there. Vlad called and was incredibly nice about it. They ended up cleaning the outside of the windows and the gutters - at a price much less than stated and were simply terrific. I cannot say enough about how well Vlad and his crew handled the situation. They would have been perfectly justified in charging me fully and leaving, but they bent over backwards to be professional, do what they could. Hire these people!!

It went very well. They were prompt, professional and informed me about what was found. They corrected all of our problem areas with ease and even assisted me in correcting an area of downspout that was loose. I was unaware this section of downspout was loose prior to their work. I noticed it after they left and called them back thinking they were responsible. They informed me it was like that when they arrived but they still actually took the time to return and correct it. They went above and beyond the call of duty.

Vlad and crew always do a good job. I have been using MiraClean for years..at least four or five years to have my windows cleaned and screens replaced when I had a cat. They are always responsive when I call and if they need to, will redo a window where a streak may show up at a different time of day.

We've used Miraclean for a few years for gutter cleaning and didn't realize they were on Angie's List. We used them again this year to clean our gutters and the outside of our windows. They were punctual and kept in contact as thunderstorms were predicted. We will be using them again next year.

We purchased a home last year and were in desperate need for a thorough cleaning of our windows. Vladimir was very professional and reliable. He arrived at the agreed upon time and was amazingly efficient. He even cleaned the storm windows which we did not think were included in the price quote. He also fixed two of our screens at a very reasonable additional fee. We would use his services again.

My phone call to inquire about an estimate and to schedule an appointment was returned immediately. Date was set and the gentleman arrived at exactly the scheduled time and he was very pleasant. The work performed was excellent and there was no mess involved. Of course it rained the very next day, but you wouldn't know it by the appearance of my windows....they remain spotless. I will definitely use this company again....in fact, plan to do so in the Fall because of the great job and the great price. My only suggestion....while the sills were cleaned, had the windows been opened by the technician, the one remaining dark line (where window made contact with sill) could have been wiped up as well.

They were great. Better than any other window cleaners we've ever used. They have also done our exterior Christmas decorations (hang lights, etc.) the past two seasons, and they did a great job!
