They came while we were not home and did work that was not on the quote and then charged us almost double the agreed upon price. They left a big mess, as they cleaned the gutters they dumped all of the contents on the ground below, including covered outdoor furniture and our air conditioner unit. When we contacted them they only came down a bit on the price and offered only an empty apology for the mess and didn't offer to return to clean it up.

It went well, the gutters were cleared.

Excellent. The windows had not been cleaned in 20 years and were filthy. He did an excellent job. He also cleaned storm windows which cost extra. Those were filthy too. There was leaves and debre in between and he cleaned that out too.

I am still waiting for a lot of rain, so that I can better judge how well the gutters were cleaned. The worker removed a birds nest from gutter and cleaned the downspouts, some of which were clogged.

The cleaning was promptly scheduled and nicely done.

The work was first rate. The problem was communication, They did not call when they were running late and I wasted an entire day waiting for them. I had to call twice to get an ETA, they finally arrived hours after the appointed time. The price for the work told to me over the phone was to be no more than $80, depending on the house. The bill came to $100.00, which I still felt was fair based on the work and how well they did.

Great customer service. Appointment scheduled very quickly. Outside of gutters were kind of dirty after job was complete. But otherwise good.

He was early , worked diligently and finished before I had expected him. The windows look great.

When I saw the offer, I couldn't believe how reasonable it was. I was contacted right away and they said they would be out the next morning between 8-12. And they were. Came home at lunchtime and the gutters were clear, everything was cleaned up. I would highly recommend them.

I've used them twice, they were very responsive and communicative, showed up on time, did the work as promised, and very reasonably priced.

This company had a AL deal for gutter cleaning. We thought we'd buy it to test the quality of the service. Vlad was very professional. He reached out to us unlike many other companies who do deals on AL to schedule a date to come out. He came out as planned and did a great job. Afterwards he gave us a thorough report. We plan on using them for other services.

Okay,but I was conserned for their safety the way they worked on the roof. I don't know if they had insurance. If not the liability is on the homeowner, me.
