Prior to hiring this company we had a home energy audit done. Forwarded the report and the infrared images to Wayne and we worked out how to address the two leakiest areas. The company sent one employee to remove a whole house fan and replace with drywall and also to add foam-board insulation to a bedroom wall from the attic side. We are happy with the results. The employee, Eric, did quality work and it took approx. 5 hours from start to finish. This included buying the needed supplies and vacuuming up after-wards. The picture is simply the infrared scan of the whole house fan with a blower door test. This resulted in having the fan removed.

I felt very comfortable with Handyman4Hire from my first contact with Wayne Pierce. He listened to the work I needed done, made recommendations on making the job cheaper and easier, and was able to send someone out the next day. Eric arrived on time and worked quickly. He was very personable and professional. What impressed me most about Eric's work ethic was he was careful not to make excessive noise, especially since my daughter was napping across the hall from the bathroom.

Wayne was excellent. He came out to the house and had many good suggestions. He was very professional and very prompt. We did not select him only because his schedule did not meet our needs.

Very positive, called them, and they came out the same day. Told them about hanging the mirror and he asked if there was any other work to be done to make good use of the time they would be there. The guy was very professional and efficient.

They showed up right on time as scheduled, surveyed the damage and list of repairs and prioritized to make the best use of time. Everything was fixed as requested in a professional and efficient manner. Eric took the time to show us the condition of our flooring (our primary concern) and reviewed general causes and issues he's seen with similar construction. He left all work areas clean and was considerate of surrounding areas. He had to use the kitchen sink to rinse his brushes and equipment and rinsed it out afterward. Our only regret is that he didn't mention this to us because we didn't see him do it, but we realized this fact on our own and were able to properly scrub the kitchen sink before using it for food and dishes.

Two workers arrived on time. Removed old storm door. Task took about 2 hours. We are very satisfied with the results. New door is level, tight, smooth, and quiet.

WE HAD GOTTEN ESTIMATES FROM TWO LARGE COMPANIES. HANDYMAN 4 HIRE GAVE US A HIGHER QUALITY PRODUCT AT LESS COST. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL - NO IDLE CHATTER, NO RADIO, QUIET, NEAT AND PUNCTUAL. WHEN THEY FINISHED, THE KITCHEN WAS BEAUTIFUL.

MEN DID NOT DO A LOT OF CHATTING; THEY WORKED. FINISHED ON SCHEDULE, CLEANED UP, AND TOOK AWAY WHAT HAD BEEN REPLACED. WHEN FINISHED, THE OWNER WALKED US THROUGH, MADE SURE EVERYTHING WORKED, AND WE WERE SATISFIED. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEIR MOTTO "LARGE OR SMALL WE DO IT ALL."
