Craig was a pleasure to work with. He kept me informed and kept to the schedule. This is the second project he has done for me, the first being a bathroom remodel, and after the holidays he will hopefully be back to work on a few more projects that I have lined up for him. I would highly recommend Craig.

Perfect...able to lock it now We have used HTHA many times over the past 4+ years in our current home. From simple things like replacing toilet shutoff valves, to more complicated electrical issues. The work is always done in time frame promised, fairly priced, and excellent professionalism with the plus of being extremely conscientious about cleanup. We are seniors and very relieved to have found a trustworthy, competent handyman and have referred him to many other friends who are totally happy as well.

Craig did a great job. The bathroom turned out beautifully. He kept with the schedule and was always there when he said he would be there. He completed the job within the time frame and budget that we had agreed to. He was very neat and always cleaned up before he left for the day. After seeing his work I have hired him to do a significant remodel of my kitchen, dining room and living room. I would highly recommend him.

Excellent! Craig completed all the work, cleaned up and fully explained what hi did. He also found a leak erroneously diagnosed by a previous handyman. He advised what needed to be done and recommended to hire a plumber to get it done tomorrow! He gave up billable time by simply diagnosing the electrical problems and took interim corrective action, rather than replacing the fixtures.. He also replaced the hose in the kitchen gooseneck faucet...no more leaks! I highly recommend Handy to Have Around Inc, and yes I have hired him again! We have scheduled a second appointment to address some electrical issues and other matters that need to be done.

During the install damage was done to the surrounding drywall and paint. Contractor stated it would be repaired at a later date, but that was more than 8 months ago. Had to hire another contractor to do the repair. I have included pictures of the damage. All these issues that I'm reporting have taken place the first half of the year. I had started to hire this contractor for many of my home projects with a number of them running in parallel, but will no longer hire.

Hired to reface fireplace which was not completed during the first visit and was to return to complete the job. He never returned to come complete the job after being paid in full.

Contractor was hired to install floor tile. This was after all the old tile and carpet was already ripped out and concrete board already installed. I purchased all the material, tile and paid for daily saw rental. This contractor decided to quote me one price and charged me 40% more than the original quote. Was supposed to return to complete job, but never did. Will never hire again.

They are excellent, professional and courteous. Highly recommended.

Craig was busy, but was great to work with. He worked with our schedules (as we are very busy and not easy to reach during normal business hours). The job done turned out very nicely. We are very pleased.

I used Handy to Have Around. They were here about a year ago. It took them a couple of weeks to finish the work. They left the area very clean when they were finished.

He did such a great job. It went so well. This is my 2nd time to hire him. I will hire him again.

This is the 4th or 5th time we've had Craig do work for us and I just can't say enough great things about him. He responded very fast to my email to him and we scheduled a time that worked for everyone. Craig arrived on time and we walked through the various areas of the house where we needed work done, and then he got started. When he needed to go to the store to get the baseboards to install, he told us he was leaving and what time he'd be back. Craig completed the work that we asked him to do, he cleaned everything up around the areas he worked (as he always does), and gave me a detailed invoice of his work. Craig is the first and only person we consider when we have needs around our house and I am happy to recommend him to everyone.

It was great. He was wonderful. We're setting on having him back.

Craig likes to start early, about 7:30 a.m. We discussed what needed to be done, and he provided an estimate for labor. He has strong communication skills and a friendly engaging manner. He came when he said he would, and addressed each item on my list quickly and with precision. The chair rail, picture frame moulding, and crown moulding all look spectacular in my living room. He did a beautiful job with precise measurements. He caulked and painted, completing the job in a detailed fashion. Craig also hung a Dining Room light fixture while measuring to ensure it was the right height for the top of the table. Overall, Craig did a great job and I high recommend him. I plan to call him again soon for some additional projects.

Fantastic! I've never used a handyman service before, but I had a unique project that required some time and skill and decided to give it a shot. Craig was helpful, reliable and did great work. Every time someone enters my home, they comment on the finished product. I've asked Craig to return for a 1-week job when I move to a new home - I can't think of a better excuse than to have a talented pair of extra hands around!
