The work was done well and corrected the problems we were having with the original electrical panel (1960s). As with most remodel projects, there were problems that we did not anticipate, but Craig stood behind the quote he had originally given us even though it cost him more supplies and time to get us through the inspection. We appreciate his "treat-them-like-your-mom" ethic.

Excellent! Electrician Craig Durgan is most accommodating and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose my strangely flickering can lights and fix the problem and he also reconnected an outlet that had somehow been disconnected and replaced an outdoor outlet. He got everything back in working order. Very pleased to have his number!

Craig was efficient, timely, and kind. He diagnosed the problem with my front door right away, and it’s fixed! Then he replaced an outlet in my basement (which I hadn’t even mentioned when scheduling the call), and was amazed that he could fix it while there for the door. If you have something that needs to be done, Craig is worth hiring. He is able to look at something and recognize what needs to be done to make it work right. In a friendly way, he provides helpful information about what you can do to keep problems from happening or recognize them when they start developing. He kept us informed about when he would arrive and did so in that time frame. He gave us the senior discount and the bill we paid was for less than he quoted. We are grateful to have found him, would definitely use his services again, and highly recommend him to everyone. (We just hope he doesn't get so busy that he can't work us into his schedule!)

Craig was very punctual, flexible and charges reasonably. I initially hired him for recessed lighting installation in living and dining areas. I ended up giving him basement lighting, bedroom ceiling fans, all switches and outlet replacement, TV mount. He accommodated all of this in his schedule and finished it on time. Thanks to him, I was able to move into the my house on time.

Mr. Craig Durgan is the handyman that owns and operates this business. He is a versatile handyman with many valuable skills. He is a particularly talented carpenter and plumber. We’d recommend him for plumbing, electrical and carpentry jobs. But we cannot recommend him for painting projects. We hired him to repaint the largest, most important area of our home, and to change the existing medium-dark color to a very light color. The first step of any professional painting procedure is to begin with a base coat of primer. However, Mr. Durgan completely skipped that step, so the new paint that he applied did not adhere evenly. The newly-painted walls are now extremely glossy and have an unpleasant mottled look. More coats of paint will not solve this problem because a base coat of primer was not applied in the first place. The job was rushed and the end result looks amateurish to our great disappointment. We’ve had excellent experiences with Mr. Durgan’s carpentry and electrical and plumbing work in the past, but his painting work failed to live up to the standards that we’d come to expect.
