Craig was very punctual, arriving at precisely the agreed-upon time. He completed all the requested tasks in a highly professional, and competent manner, with excellent results. He has a very pleasant and easy-going disposition, even while doing the most tedious and complex of tasks. He is careful to take all precautions to ensure the work areas are as clean as possible at all times. His rates are fair and reasonable, and he uses excellent judgment in determining the most efficient and economical means of accomplishing each job. When finished, he leaves all work areas in spotless condition.

Craig is an excellent handyman. He fixed three major leaks we had. He knows what he is doing and he does great work. He came out in a timely manner. He showed up when he said he would. It is a great relief to know such a great handyman!

Craig is the best and most professional contractor I have worked with so far. He promptly returned my call when I was inviting bids and gave an honest estimate while answering all my questions. He arrived for the job on the promised date and time and was willing to accommodate changes I proposed for a reasonable cost adjustment. He handled everything, from plumbing to tiling very thoroughly and professionally and the new shower looks very elegant ( better than I imagined) and functions properly. He also made follow up visits to ensure that the shower was working smoothly. I will not hesitate to hire him again.

The job took longer than estimated but he billed only what he estimated. Furthermore, he made an extra followup trip to tweak a minor problem. We highly recommend him.

Not many people said they had the equipment to do such a job but Craig did and he did a great job. He was very friendly, reasonable with pricing, and did a fantastic job. They were excellent. We have used Craig 3 or 4 times. We've referred him to 2 or 3 of our friends who have also loved his work. He did great work and I was happy with how everything went. He also took time explain to me how to utilize his services in order to get the most cost effectiveness of each of his visit.

Craig arrived right on time. He noted that the ceiling was over 15 feet high so he advised that he would have to go to his storage facility to get scaffolding in order to do the job. He retrieved what he needed, put it together and completed the job in a timely manner. I was happy with his work and would recommend him to others in need of a handyman.

Craig was a qualified professional from start to finish. He was extremely competent, paid attention to details, did exactly what he said he would (and more in some cases), and cleaned up thoroughly when he finished.

Craig was a pleasure to work with. He came out right away to look at what needed to be done and give me a quote. After we hired him he came within a week. Our fence had sections that had fallen or were about to fall. He replaced the weather stripping on the bottom of our garage door to help keep the chipmunks out and nstalled a new mail box. We are very pleased. He is a keeper!

Craig did a great job at some tough jobs. Some were quite a challenge but he did a great job. He was courteous and pays attention to detail. We needed an adjustment on something so he was out the next day. We know he stands behind his work.

He freed a garbage disposal that had rusted shut, replaced drawer guides to allow a kitchen drawer to once again become operational, tested the burners on our electric stove and discovered we were mistaken in thinking one needed to be replaced, and tightened the legs of our kitchen table. He adjusted the neck of a floor lamp, tightened our front door latch and lubricated our dead bolt lock. He tighted the knobs on various bifold doors in our condo unit, and installed push pads under our extremely heavy TV cabinet. He cleaned our clothes dryer vent and checked the outdoor vent as well. He cleaned the bathroom ceiling fan, replaced the aerator in the sink, and tightened a towel rack. He turned our mattress and installed our new bedskirt. He replaced four bifold doors in the master bedroom, and leveled the bifold doors in our computer room closet. He discovered the reason our long bulletin board was leaning forward and put it back in alignment. He closed the two ceiling vents closest to the electric furnace so the warm or cool air would circulate better thoughout our unit. The labor totaled $550, and the new materials $125.

My tenant left plenty of damage and the property manager obtained quotes for me. The price was reasonable, the work done quickly. On the estimate Craig indicated that the electrical panel was a known fire hazard. After researching the brand (Federal Pacific) I found he was correct. I was impressed by the thoroughness since the electrical panel wasn't on the list of needed repairs and in the 10 years I've owned the property no one else has ever noted that. Also I have had a problem with recurring water leak from the 1st floor bath to the basement bath that multiple handymen/plumbers have attempted to fix that has stopped by simply replacing the shower cartridge.

Excellent job. Craig was on time and ready to go. What I appreciated the most was he explained to me as he fixed each door why it was not closing and what he was going to do to fix it. He took his time, was meticulous in his work, neat and made sure each area was clean before moving on to the next. He projected it would take a total of three hours and he finished in just under that time. His final bill matched the estimate though he had an extra door that we originally didn't count. I would highly recommend him and his services and would defiantly call on him again should the need arise.

Went extremely well. Craig came to my work site to give me an estimate for cleaning the gutters around the building. The gutters in front of the building were clogged from leaves, but the back gutters were not as clogged. Craig' s estimate was $150 to clean all the gutters to which I agreed. When he got up close to look at the gutters, he said that the back of the building gutters were relatively clean as there were not many trees in the back yard. As a result, he felt that his initial estimate of $150 could be lowered to $100.00 and he gave me an invoice for only $100 instead of $150.00. I have never come across some one so honest. I paid him the $100, but he earned my business for cleaning the gutters at home. His estimate was $125 to which I agreed right away. It turned out that his estimate was too low as he had to spend many more hours to get them cleaned.However, he did not ask me for more money and kept his original estimate. He came back a couple more times to clean and them finally flushed them with water to ensure that everything was clean. I offered to pay him extra for the unexpected extra time he spent on the job which he reluctantly accepted. Overall I was extremely pleased with his honesty and dedication to the job. I was not at the job site when he was working, but I could tell his job was clean and left the site without any debris.

Overall it went extremely well. I did a search on Angie's list for someone close to the job site and had a good rating.Found Craig. He answered the phone within 2 rings. Was very courteous. Gave me an estimate of $325 to do the job and also gave me a time and date when he would be there. Completed the job as planned.

Mr. Craig was the one who came over to our place for the estimate. He came on time and was very polite, professional and organized. Every detail of the repairs was presented with a fabulous quote. He made extra trips because of the weather at no extra charge. He did a perfect job.

Craig from the company did a nice job in cleaning the dryer vent and installing the screen door.

He did a great job, and my dad really liked him. Craig Durgan really focuses on little handymen stuff, and he doesn't do stuff like replacement of roof or flooring. He is very professional. He really cares about the people that he works with as far as what he is trying to achieve and what customer wants. He puts a lot of hatching in what he does. He has always been doing things to make sure that the customers are happy. He cleans up. He is very detailed. He really tries to make sure that when he is done, no one will even know he was there. He actually gave $20 back.
