It was a good experience.

He does a great job. I had a basement flood once. I had used another company before, but I felt his prices were much more reasonable. The owner is very professional. His name is Al. He even gave me the name of the company that took away the larger debris in my basement. He is very nice to talk to. His company is very courteous. They are prompt about calling back. They make an effort to get in there. If you need them, they will never tell you that they are busy. If they know you have a problem, they make sure they come out immediately. They are all the things that you would want in a company. I have used them twice, when I had two floods. I recommended them to a friend, who also had a basement flood. They were very nice and wonderful. They were really good. I will use this company again in the future.

During the recent bad storms, the music room in our basement had water damage due to a blocked window well drain. As our house is currently under contract for sale and closing very soon, it was important that we have the situation remedied immediately. After calling 7 companies from Angie's List, only 3 called back, and only Assured Services said they could get to us before three or four days had passed. They called back and came out the same day - a Sunday - did the work that day (after saying they would probably only be able to give an estimate), and came back to check the drying over the next two days, setting the appointment times with our housekeeper in my absence. After hearing from me that our buyer wanted to come in that week to check the damage and repair, Assured moved us up in the schedule and had an installer there on Wednesday to finish up - installing padding, relaying carpet, reinstalling baseboards and caulk. After the job was finished the company followed up by phone. The entire experience could not have been more positive, and I would highly recommend this company.

They did all they could and got a good amount off. They communicated with me very well and came out twice to try and clean it off.

Did not go with company. Took a couple of calls to get owner to respond; denied having received messages, not my fault. Angie's List had mixed reviews but pursued this company because of proximity and need. Most service providers were inundated with work due to storms. He asked if I was going to file an insurance claim and then asked me how much I was covered for. It just didn't feel right to me. It felt that somehow the estimate would come in at the coverage level, not a penny below. I would be charge for the estimate; the company that I eventually went with did not explicitly charge for the site visit/estimate. In any event, the rep. that followed up took a couple days to do so in which time another contractor won the business. I did receive a nice follow up letter from the rep. which detailed their full services for potential future needs.

It's not easy to find quality area rug cleaning. This company does a great job, and their price was competitive with others I called. The company representative, Al Gozzola, provided a thorough explanation of the cleaning process they use. The price stated above includes the pickup and delivery charge; I believe if you bring your own rugs in and pick them up at the plant, you could save a few bucks, but my rugs were too large and heavy for me to handle. I would definitely use them again.

Company representative Al Gozzola quoted a price and that's what he charged. The initial cleaning was handled well; the technician showed up on time, worked steadily, and left everything immaculate. However, there was some soil remaining on the tile. Al called me the next day to say that the technician reported back that he wasn't able to get the shower stall completely clean, and Al himself offered to come over within a few days to work on it again. It now looks perfect, and there was no charge for the subsequent visit. When was the last time you used a company that stood behind their work this way?

As it turned out, the project was not in his company's area of work. The information he provided when coming for an estimate was very helpful and above and beyond what I would expect at a consult.

The rug looks great!! No more cat urine smell and the ScotchGuard is the best thing I could have done. It caused anything that spilled on it to "bead" so I could wipe it up! Awesome job!

Company responded promptly and gave estimate for carpet removal and rental rates for fan and humidifier. Workers came next day to perform job as promised. Job was performed well. However, final bill was nearly double what I expected. There were extra charges for removing the wood strips, disinfecting, moving furniture and inspection. Since I had asked for an estimate for the job upfront, I believed all these tasks were included in the estimate. When I questioned the bill, my sales rep simply said that if I had made an insurance claim, the insurance company would have covered these charges. He added that the company was so busy responding to calls after the flood that it didn't have time to give out estimates. In fact, he had given me an estimate. It just didn't cover all the extras, which turned out to be standard charges. In the end, he agreed to deduct $200 from the bill.

All contacts very professional, courteous, and friendly. Explained what was needed in detail, then did the work as agreed. They were at my house within a half hour of my initial call.

I was very pleased with the service. This is definitely the best cleaning my carpets have ever had. The service is not inexpensive, but is well worth the cost. The company representative who gave me the initial estimate was knowledgeable and professional. The two carpet cleaners who came to my home were courteous enough to alert me that they would be a few minutes late due to heavy traffic. When they arrived, they were polite and professional, and listened carefully as I walked them through the house pointing out areas that needed special treatment. The cleaning brought some of the dog odors back up through the carpet, and when I called the company representative who had given me the initial estimate, he dropped off a product sampling for treating stains and odors free of charge. I consider this going above and beyond. I would recommend this company without reservation.

AL THE OWNER WAS GREAT, FRIENDLY, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HIS STAFF THAT PICKED UP AND DELIVERED WERE FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY WORKED VERY HARD AND SMELL WAS GONE.

I CALLED AROUND TO SEVERAL COMPANIES FOR QUOTES, AND THIS COMPANY WAS ONE OF THE HIGHER PRICED. I DECIDED TO USE THEM B/C I HAD A CAT URINE ISSUE IN PART OF THE CARPETING, AND A FEW DARK STAINS IN ANOTHER ROOM FROM A LAVA LAMP THAT BROKE. THERE WAS ABOUT A WEEK WAIT TIME FOR THEM TO COME OUT, WHICH I WAS WILLING TO WORK WITH. THE SERVICEMAN WAS ON TIME AND VERY POLITE. HE ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS AND WAS VERY EFFICIENT. THE SALESMAN, AL, WAS ALSO VERY COOPERATIVE AND HELPFUL. ALTHOUGH THE LAVA LAMP STAINS, AND A PAINT STAIN COULD NOT BE REMOVED, THE ODOR FROM THE CAT URINE SEEMS TO HAVE DISAPPEARED, AFTER THEY TREATED THE AREA WITH A SYRINGE TECHNIQUE WHICH FLOODS/FLUSHES THE PADDING CLEAN. WHEN THE SERVICEMAN LEFT I THOUGHT HE HAD FORGOTTEN TO GIVE THAT AREA SPECIAL TREATMENT AND CALLED AL. HE HAD THE SERVICEMAN COME BACK AND HE VERY NICELY EXPLAINED IT WAS TREATED BUT I WAS SMELLING THE DETERGENT. HE APPLIED A MORE PLEASANT SMELLING AGENT, AND LEFT. OVERALL, VERY NICE.

THEY WERE ABLE TO CLEAN MY RUG QUICKLY, EVEN THOUGH THE HOLIDAYS WERE APPROACHING. THE RUG LOOKS AS GOOD AS NEW!

THE GUYS WERE ON TIME, PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONABLE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY BEST FRIEND! THE CARPET LOOKS BEAUTIFUL AND NO OVER-POWERING CHEMICAL SMELLS. THANKS TO ANGIE'S LIST FOR THIS RECOMMENDATION.

THE OWNER ALWAYS CALLS BACK THE NEXT DAY TO MAKE SURE YOU'RE SATISFIED. I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY TWICE. THESE PEOPLE SPECIALIZE IN BERBER. YOU MIGHT WANT TO MAKE SURE YOU TELL THEM THE LEVEL OF CLEAN YOU NEED BECAUSE THEY USE DIFFERENT CHEMICALS FOR DIFFERENT NEEDS.
