Assured services came to clean my blinds. The job was okay but not great. Assured Services also repaired my mini blinds MANY times. Although the blinds are opened or closed rarely, if ever, the repair never held. I went to pick up by blinds from the last repair on two separate occasions and the company forgot to leave them. Al, who is difficult to get a hold of, said he would deliver them. He did not and my blinds are gone/missing. I have been patient to wait and resolve this issue, but Al refuses to make good on losing my property. I would not recommend this company ever again. I'm STILL without my blinds.

Worked with them previously to have carpets and window treatments cleaned after a construction project. At that time, work was very good. I hired them again on 4/14/2017 for similar services. However, this time, they called me at the last minute to cancel. They didn't have enough service personnel to handle the work schedule. Very disappointing; especially since I took the day off work.

The stretching took a while and they did miss a spot on the carpet but they came back and fixed it. I would recommend that to others and they were very thorough.

They were so helpful. Every complication that arose they were able to deal with.

They were extremely professional and courteous. The work was done on time and as promised. The results were great. No surprises.

They were very knowledgeable about what they were doing and why. They explained that some spots on the jute rug would remain due to my using other rug cleaners on them myself. They did a good job with the rest and laid the rug under my iron bed for me. They are pleasant to work with and were right on time.

I contacted them by phone for a quote and. Ken explained the different option in detail. I opted for a bath for a larger oriental rug that had the most 'traffic' and top cleaning for 2 other wool rugs. A few days later I dropped off my rugs and was told I could expect them back in about a week. They called when ready and I asked that they not be wrapped Iso I could inspect the rugs before I took them home. We set up a time and they looked and felt great. There was not a trace of dog hair on any of the rugs, which was great! They feel so clean, not grimy or matted.

They were professional. We were most pleased with the results and would use them again WITHOUT hesitation.

The crew arrived on time and was very helpful/honest. However, for the price (nearly double what the other competitors had quoted me), I expected the pet odor to be removed a little better than it was. I do think the problem might have been so bad that no one could have fixed it, so I would probably still use this provider again for non-pet odor issues.

Everything was good. We got a coupon for 10% off for Angie's List members. They got rid of the smell on the rug. They were friendly and professional.

It went very well. The results were great after they did the job and everything had dried. Their price was good. The turnaround and the time of service were quick. I was just very happy overall. They were very good and I don’t mind using them again.

An excellent job. They did a super job... Removing some stains that I thought would be impossible. The technicians were great as well as Ken who gave me the estimate. The entire process was great!!!

Assured Services was excellent. The carpet needed an annual cleaning, but beyond that, I had recently spilled a large glass of red wine and there was also an older grease stain. The wine spill prompted emergency service, and the carpet company from which I had purchased the carpet recommended Assured. I was about to leave town for an extended period, and was anxious to get the work done before leaving. They were fully booked, but worked me in when they had a cancellation. The technician spent a good part of the day, and was successful in removing both stains, as well as doing a good overall job. I am located in the city, far from their normal service area, so I was especially pleased with their extra effort.

They did a good job. Very little furnitutre to move. They also did the stairs--12. Two heavy traffic ares had to have a 2nd job--the owner came to do athat area.

They are outstanding. They were professional, on-time, and were great to work with. I need to get back with them because they had recommended someone to do duct cleanin for us as well. I would highly recommend them.

The provider worked very well from inspecting and estimating to the final cleaning. I would definitely use them again. We did not get any other estimates as I liked them so well that I did not feel I wanted to try others.

Have used them before for cleaning vertical shades. I took the rug to them and picked it up again. It took several calls to get a time when I could drop it off. Was told I couldn't drop it off on the day I asked for because it was his son's birthday. When I brought the rug in, I was told the estimate they had given me was too low after they measured it. I understand they charge by the inch, but they put they didn't use an exact measurement with the tape measure, and then they rounded up on the measurement. I understand they have to charge for what they clean, but I wish I had understood that their original could go much higher. The work seems to be good, but the professionalism is less than I hoped for.

I was very pleased.they removed stains that I was not sure they could. Very prompt arriving.

They were wonderful. We will definitely use him again. I'm going to have them do some grout work for me. The professionalism was top notch. He came out and just didn't do the service to get it done because we had some water damage. He told me what he would charge to have it done and that it was not really worth the money. He shared his total feelings. They did a wonderful job. I have nothing negative to say.

So I contacted Assured Services and described what I was looking for. I gave them and approximate sq foot of each of the bedrooms for rug cleaning and approximate size of kitchen floor that needed a deep cleaning.They quoted me a price of a little over $500.00 over the phone based on my dimensions I had given them. I thought the price sounded pretty good so I scheduled an appointment. The serviceman called when he was about 30 minutes away. Once here he remeasured the two bedrooms and kitchen floor. The first shock came when he told me that there would be a price change. To my surprise the new quote was $368.00. The fact that the price dropped was astounding. He could have easily told me that the price quoted over the phone was it and over charge me by $130.00 or so and then ask his boss for a piece of the pie. That didn't happen. They started with the two bedrooms. They went flawlessly and came out great. Next the started to tackle the porcelain floor. We have had trouble keeping this floor clean from the second day we installed it. I was out working in the yard and occasionally checked in to see how things were going. They seemed to be going all right at first. After a couple hours the tech came out back and told me that they had a problem. I went inside to see what the problem was. The tech showed me where he started cleaning the floor and explained how he thought he had cleaned the floor. Then he showed me another spot that was cleaner than the first spot. He was totally unhappy with how the floor was coming out. The next problem was that he was out of supplies. He had tried and used everything on his truck that he had to try and clean the floor. The tech told me that he needed a bigger commercial grade machine and some other supplies to get the floor clean. I stopped him there and said well how much is this going to cost me? His answer was not a dime. We said we would clean your rugs and floor for $368.00 and that's what we are going to do. Later that day the owner called and we discussed what he and the tech thought needed to happen and we scheduled another appointment. The same tech came out for the second appointment and with the larger machine was able to get the floor clean. After that the owner Al and I discussed what steps can be taken to keep this floor clean. He has suggested sealing the floor. He has done this before with this type of floor with success, but also said all floors are different. He suggested trying it on a 4 square section of the floor in a high traffic area and see how it holds up for a 5 to 6 month time frame. I have not scheduled this yet but my wife and I have discussed this option and agree that it sounds like the best plan moving forward. The communication and honesty of Al and his team was awesome. I think there are a lot of companies out there in all lines of business that would have taken advantage of me and my finances in this situation. I highly recommend Assured Services.

Great service! Scheduling Called Assured on New Years eve and left a message that we'd like a cleaning before 3:00pm on Jan 2. They got back and told me that they could do it, but they'd have to get back to me as to when the crew would arrive. The group we were adopting the dog from got back to us twice on New Years day and changed teh doggy pick up schedule. Both times I called Assured and left a message on their answering machine. In the second message I told them that we'd have to leave the house by 11:30. I figured that we would not get the carpets cleaned the next day. On Jan 2, they called at 7:00am and told me they could get the crew over at 8:00am... outstanding!!!! The job 2 techs came in. One scoped out the place while the other got the specifications for the job and measured the rooms. They asked which pieces were to be moved (I did not want the bed, dressers or China Cabinet moved) and got right to work. When finished they raked it smooth and applied the special doggy deodorant (we both a greed that this would not fool the new dog, but it made me feel better). The traffic wear in the hallway seemed to disappear. Pricing They charge by the square foot, not the room. That's great.

The service was excellent. When I first called, the process was explained in detail. The quote seemed somewhat high, but when it was explained to me how thorough the process is, I understood. I received a detailed email, confirming all the details of the scheduled job. After I received the email I called the company with additional questions, which were promptly answered. On the day of service, the technicians arrived within the time window I was given. They were pleasant and explained what they were going to do. They did an excellent job cleaning the shades - they look great. They cleaned up before they left. The cleaning solution left a clean, pleansant smell, which I really appreciated. They have many services available, which I may use in the future.
