The company was very responsive from the start. The work team was professional and efficient. I am very happy with the quality of their work.

I called Assured Services and they came out right away. They were extremely professional and courteous and did a great job shampooing the basement carpet. Whenever they have come over to remove stains, they always have the right materials with then to do the job properly and the stains just seem to disappear without ruining the carpeting at all.

They were very professional. They came here on time. They did an outstanding job cleaning the rugs. They brought back everything, carried it in, and laid it out for me. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Rugs varied in sizes from 2'x3' to as large as 10'x12'. Cleaning results were excellent and really helped me realize how much better rugs look when cleaned (for example, a very dark patterned rug was noticeable brighter and more vibrant in the color it does have--I had not realized that it was that dirty as there were no visible stains). Al at Assured was highly consultative on all aspects of the work done and was kind enough to use some remnants of rug pad for the two small rugs to save a few dollars. Communication was excellent throughout the work performed and I appreciate that Al coordinated with the carpet binding company I was using to create the larger area rug from a very nice piece of wall-to-wall carpet. I was going to only list 'good' on price because I think the price of getting rugs cleaned really surprised me; however, I really can't argue with the results or the level of service provided (you get what you pay for), and Al sensing my 'surprise' offered me a discount/promotion he was running to bring the price down, in addition to using the rug pad remnants referenced earlier on the two door mat size area rugs. Please note my spend on this project included rug pads for all area rugs. I will use Assured/Al again, and despite the cost, will have my area rugs cleaned every couple of years to properly maintain them, as 4 months after the work being performed, I am still very happy that I had the rugs cleaned!

Assured did a great job Cleaning the carpets in the home.. They were on time and even moved some furniture they didn't have to move.Tech told me he could get out all the stains and he did..better than I expected.Assured took the time and make the home look great !!! Everything went perfectly. He even offered to assist me with changing a light out. The company they recommend was outstanding.

Two service people arrived to do the job. They were very professional, quick and though. I had two bedrooms and a living rm/ dining room combo on my to-do list. There were significant pet stains on my light colored living room carpet. I don't know what magic was involved but I am very impressed with the results. They also sprayed something on the clean wet clean carpet that absorbed the urine buried in the carpet. (I should mention, the technician said this was a new product he was unfamiliar with. He made a point of calling his manager to confirm the product was pet-friendly.) When the carpet was dry there was a powder present, which I was instructed to vacuum thoughly. Hokey smokes, what a difference! I can without reservation encourage you to use this firm. They addressed all of carpet cleaning concerns and the price was very favorable.

The two technicians arrived right on time - did the job in under two hours - you could eat off the floor right now! I was using reward points because I referred a friend to the company and received a large number of reward points for the referral. They treated me like I was paying for the service , got me in as soon as possible - very polite. I HIGHLY recommend this company and will use them again in the future for any cleaning needs. They do EVERYTHING!

The work was fine. I got the original estimate over the phone of $171 and about two hours. In actuality it was only an hour and one of the technicians told me "it took a lot less time then we expected". I think the price was a little high @ about $171 an hour or $85.50 a man hour. The total area cleaned was conservatively no more than 500 sq. ft. so on that basis cleaning was $3 a square yard. Pretty pricey but I relied on the estimate and the two hour time so my bad.

They moved some of the furniture and we moved the little things. They vacuumed first. They did it the way we wanted it and were good.

The job actually turned out to be less money than estimated over the phone. The two guys who came to the house were right on time and made time to add the other room of furniture to the job. The furniture wasn't terribly stained or anything but it looks good. There were some pet spots on the rug that they couldn't get it despite their best efforts.

The repairs went very well. He got the carpet upright away and cleaned out the paddind. The carpet was cleaned and sanitized and fans put in place. He left the fans in longer than he had quoted for to be sure everything was dry and didn't charge extra since we found the repair was not going to be covered by insurance.

Selected Assured Services based on the recommendation of our neighbor, who has used them for 15 years. I called on a Friday hoping for an appointment the following week. They returned my call the same day, and we were able to schedule an appointment at a convenient time the next week. The cost was a little higher than previous cleaners I've used, but I'm happy to pay a little more to get actual results. They were quick, professional, and got my white carpets very clean, including stained areas. I'd use them again.

This was the third time that they have done work for me and the rugs always turn out very well.

The basement dried out in two days and the men checked for mold. They did a very good job, and replaced the pulled up carpet. We talked about new carpet in the basement and they had a very good price and I am pleased with the installation. I also had Assured clean my carpets and the owner came out to give me an estimate before hand. The only thing I mark them down on is the cleaning cost, they do a very good job and pre-treat any spots and put cones down next to wood and doorways to prevent damage, so maybe I got what I payed for.

Time frame seemed to be a problem. Rugs were picked up, I was given an approximate time for cleaning. At end of this time, I called, and the rugs had not been cleaned as yet, which was ok in our situation, but someone should have called to let us know about the delay. Clean rugs were delivered, and look beautiful.

They were great and did a nice job. They were very professional. I would use them again.
