Description of Work: As usual, I was very happy with the cleaning of my Berber carpet. Again, after the cleaning, one of the owners, Al, called to make sure I was satisfied. I have used Assured Services for years and they have always done a wonderful job and I told Al that I was satisfied, but I forgot to use my coupon that I received in my monthly newsletter. Without hesitation, Al offered me a credit for the next cleaning or a check. I chose the check and had it within days. Now THAT is customer service!!
