They responded to my initial phone call in 3 or 4 days. They came to the house and gave us a complete and professional estimate for the work that I had requested. We agreed on a price, and they came out approximately one week later to do the work. Their crew was on time the day the work was performed. Crew members were very polite and professional. Work was done quickly, and they cleaned up the yard afterwards to the point where you couldn't tell they had even been there. We are very happy with the results. It was great to work with Graf Tree Care. They are very thorough and very professional from top to bottom. This was our first experience with tree removal, and we couldn't have asked for more.

I called and left a message. Within an hour, I received a callback thanking me and promising a call from Phil that evening to make the appointment. That evening, Phil called to arrange the meeting. As the appointment time approached, he called and apologized because his last appointment had run long and he would be a little late. I appreciated the courtesy. He arrived shortly thereafter and thoroughly inspected the tree, answering my many questions. He concluded the tree was healthy and needed only pruning and trimming to increase air flow through the branches. He also mentioned Ash Borer bugs seen in the area and included a preventative treatment estimate along with the pruning cost. But he did not use high pressure or scare tactics to sell the treatment. The work crew arrived on time and did their work courteously and professionally. They cleaned up the debris and fed it to their chipper. The tree looks much better now and the site is clean. Graf did a good job.

Service was excellent--initial meeting was on time and pleasant to work with. When actual service was performed, tech rang bell and explained the process. We were pleased.

Phil was extremely prompt in returning our message and was friendly and helpful on the phone and in person. He is a certified arborist and clearly passionate about his work. We had his crew do the work, while we were on vacation and when we got home, we were amazed at the work they did. We could not tell, where the stumps even were! They did a professional job and left no mess or evidence that they were even there. Nothing, but great things to say about Graf. Highly recommended.

I received excellent service and great communication. I called and left a message about needed a tree removed immediately, and received a phone call the same day. They inspected the tree and gave me a quote later that same day, and removed the tree and ground the stump down the next day. All debris was removed, the area was left impeccable.

Phil returned my phone call almost immediately. He came to give us an estimate that same day. After getting two more quotes, we decided on Graf Tree Care. We had confidence in the specific recommendations that Phil made for our trees. (Other companies were way too vague). Graf Tree Care came and did the work that we discussed, plus removing more dead limbs that they found on the willow (for the same price). They left our yard immaculate and our trees looking great. We would definitely hire them again ... and recommend them to our neighbors.

Phil was very personable, explained challenges, looked at other trees on lot and suggested other work. Probably would have used him but bid came in 50% above the winning bid and 60% above the lowest bid.

I called Phil Graf at Graf tree services to look at a Willow tree behind but near our house. Phil said he would be out the next day to evaluate the situation. He arrived promptly. He recommended that the entire willow be removed, but he did not have the equipment to do the larger job. He recommended that I contact Kramer or B. Haney tree services. He did give me a price for cleaning up the tree section that had fallen. His workers came the next day and completed this clean-up quickly and efficiently.

I got a call quickly from Phil (on Monday). He said they do not service downtown, and he didn't have any referrals to anyone downtown. It was disappointing.

Phil stopped by to look at one tree that was scraping against the side of the house. We discussed cutting it down vs. trimming it. I started asking him about other trees, and he ended up giving opinions about several other trees and pricing out some options/packages for me. I ended up taking his recommendation as far as saving the tree I'd called about but taking down others that I'd put off dealing with. Overall, he was very knowledgeable, came when he said he would, completed the work as promised, and cleaned up.

Phil and his team did an amazing job. Phil was extremely responsive, his prices seemed fair, and they were very neat. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

The representative was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. The work was done on time and they cleaned up all the debris from the site.

They did everything in their proposal, plus some additional trimming on the silver maples, at no additional charge. The yard was left cleaner than they found it. Overall, a very professional job.

OTHER ARBORISTS TURNED DOWN THE JOB BECAUSE THE TREE WAS SO CLOSE TO OUR HOME. PHIL TOOK IT DOWN AT A GREAT PRICE (FAR LESS THAN NEIGHBORS HAD BEEN PAYING). HE WAS ALSO THE MOST RESPONSIVE SERVICE PERSON I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH (AND I DEAL WITH A LOT!) HE WAS ON TIME, ON BUDGET AND VERY SERVICE ORIENTED.
