Description of Work: Serviced my AC unit.

Description of Work: They were supposed to do scheduled maintenance on my AC. I have used them for years and prepay for fall and spring checkups. They checked the AC and I asked them to help with my hot water heater. He relit the pilot and left. It kept going out so he came back and sold me a new pilot assembly for a ten year old water heater. It went out again and my laundry room flooded with water. I called him back and the tech said it was my well pump. I mopped up the water and could see that the water was coming from under the furnace. When he came back for the third time that day he was angry, surly, and very unprofessional. I still had no hot water. He tried to blame the leak on a poor arrangement of PVC pipe leading from the AC and told me to prop it up. When I said that they had installed all the pvc he did not respond. I tried to keep it pleasant but he was visibly put out and angry and made me feel unsafe. | |When I reached the manager of the local company he was apologetic and assured me that that tech would never be sent to my home again. He arranged for a private plumber to come and install a new water heater which should have been done in the first place. He deducted the cost of the pilot assembly from the new heater. Everything is working now. I have one more checkup paid for in the fall and I do not want that tech back at my house. I had never had any problems with this company before. It was very unsettling.

Description of Work: They serviced our furnace and humidifier. The are coming back to replace the ignitor since it looked like it was starting to show wear. Very professional and spent a lot of time explaining everything.

Description of Work: Service Experts installed two furnaces and air conditioning units ( one in 2010 and the other in 2015). The sales effort by Bob Cooke was outstanding and options and benefits were explained completely so that we could make an informed decision. The installations were done on time without any mess. As evidence of my satisfaction, I signed a three year service contract for the semi-annual equipment tuneup. Today was the fall tuneup performed by Josh. He is a very competent and professional service technician and I always feel that the ubits are in tip-top shape when he leaves. I highly recommend Service Experts for furnace and air conditioning work.

Description of Work: They provide great service, but the only issue that I have is that they always try and up-sell you.

Description of Work: We had our annual checkup for the air conditioner. We had an appointment scheduled, but the technician had some problems with an earlier appointment that took extra time. I appreciated the fact that someone from Golden Seal kept us updated as to arrival time of the technician so I was able to run some errands instead of just sitting and waiting. The technician was very professional and did a great job.

Description of Work: We have a yearly contract to inspect the heating and air conditioning. We did our water heater one after thirty five years. They put in a new one for us. The last time they came in for the heating in September. They do come after a couple weeks for the air conditioning.
