They are awesome. They follow up. Price side was a little on the high side. Quality was fulfilled.

Brad was in contact with me throughout. I needed to change the original date and he worked with me. Then weather got in the way of that date and Brad kept me informed of a new date. He called 60-90 minutes before he and his crew arrived. They arrived when scheduled and did an excellent job. These guys already had a good reputation in our neighborhood; it should continue that way.

They have done an excellent job. They are a bit more expensive. They are about 25% more than another provider. I got a bid from them on the same job and another provider. The other provider bid was $3000, and theirs was $4000. Its also for less work. They do great work, but it cost more.

Follow up from my previous review, it turned out to be isolated to a single individual. The company reached out and did more than expected to resolve the issue. Pricing is still higher than the guys that throw ads on your driveway, but the responsiveness and communication and customer service (post-review) is what you pay for. I would likely go back to them when my driveway is at a point to need a full redo.

Thank you Brad!!! Damico paving did a beautiful and professional job on our driveway. Brad the project manager kept me informed throughout the entire process. The new gravel was leveled out and packed down nicely. Then the rain started. It took a week between the tear out and replace thanks to the RAINY WEATHER and holiday. Brad checked it every day. He told us the base has to be solid or the job would not be done properly. We were thankful that they cared about their workmanship. They showed up on time and worked very diligently to get it done but the right way. The crew was very professional and were even training a new worker. Their attention to detail is amazing the angles at the side of the driveway are perfect. After they left you would not even know we got a new driveway (except the beautiful black pavement) there was not anything left. They cleanup was unbelievable. We are so pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend Damico.

The driveway looks great, nothing on the concrete or in the street. Nice thick coating uniform across the entire driveway(s).

Damico did a complete tear out of our old asphalt driveway and replaced it with a fresh new one. The work was exceptional. I dealt with Jeff Shultz and he was super responsive and kept me informed every step of the way. They were extremely punctual and pleasant to work with. They were very clear that we needed to get permits to ensure that we were in line with city codes. The driveway came out perfect. The edges were chamfered at a perfect angle and look beautiful. The price was competitive. I highly recommend Damico Paving!

It looks absolutely perfect and it has held up beautifully for a couple of months now. Jeff was my contact person and he was very helpful and fair while we planned the work and while doing the work. He even took time to explain all the trucks and equipment to my VERY curious and persistent son. We are grateful for his kindness and professionalism. We highly recommend Damico.

GREAT! Damico's bid was the lowest but also they provided the most detail about what they would be doing to put in the new driveway. We were going on vacation and wanted to get the driveway done before we left (since you can't drive on it for 5 days). They were able to accommodate the exact dates we requested and called to follow up about when they would be here. They had a large crew, all very professional. The supervisor was there through most of both days. Our new driveway looks amazing! Better than when we purchased the home new. I would absolutely recommend Damico to anyone needing a new driveway,

Excellent. Work crews were meticulous and their attention to detail exceeded my expectations. They arrived on time and performed their work and completely cleaned up. No damage to the lawn and they explained exactly how they would complete the project. An overall excellent experience.

I had to forgive them, they did not cover the damage because they had some protection in the contract.

Everything went smoothly without any issues or problems. Brad was very helpful throughout the whole process. The workers showed up on time. They were a team of about 6 or 7. Work was completed with lots of attention to detail. They worked quickly but not rushed. They have the whole process down really well. Overall very pleased with the new asphalt driveway.

There was the usual uncertainty as to the day when the work would be done, but they did call two days before and once the crew showed up everything went smoothly.

Left a voicemail and a company rep called me back within 2 business days, and their rates were beyond reasonable (lowest among 3 companies I called). They performed the work while I was at work, and the results were excellent. They took great care getting call the corners of the driveway covered, without extending into the landscaping. Will definitely use them again, and would highly recommend them for sealcoating.

Drive way work was done as scheduled and completed on time. Brad the project manager was exceptional to work with. Kept me informed throughout the entire process. Even walked me through the permit process.

We have some cracks in driveway and we understood that cracks cannot be completely fixed. Salesman came out and looked driveway over and said that all cracks would be addressed by them filling in with a crack sealer. We know that it is not a complete fix but our issue is that only some of the cracks were addressed. We can clearly see where they applied their product and where they did not. Where their product was applied the cracks are sealed. We would be satisfied had they attempted to fill all the cracks. We contacted them and the reply was they did the best they could and they do not warranty crack sealing. We were not interested in warranty but we are interested in all the cracks being addressed.

Not good. They say they are coming out to fix and no one has showed up??

As a realtor in the Naperville area - I was familiar with Damico and their great reputation in my area. I'm super happy with the outcome of the newly installed driveway at my rental house. Their schedule is crazy busy so if you're in the market for a driveway you will need to prepare to wait. They work pending weather and won't schedule if there is pending rain in the forecast & their business is at the mercy of the asphalt plant that supplies the material to do the job. With that said, scheduling can be tricky. Just prepare to be flexible, that fact that I'm impatient made this a struggle for me. The crew came and tore out the driveway the day before & on the day of the install a large crew came for the install. The crew was incredibly skilled & worked in perfect unison & had my small driveway installed within an hour. The end result was fantastic!!! An added bonus is the City of Aurora subsidized the curb-cut which was $400 of the job. Thanks Brad - the driveway is perfect!
