Having had a good experience with them the first i called agaian and they came out quickly and fixed the washine machine; luckily they had the small part i need with them at that time. The money i have spent on Angie's List definitily paid off by finding these folks! They seem to be instantly available, i left a message Sunday night and the 1st thing Monday morning they were calling me back. I had the owner come out this time and he was a very friendly man.

As I mentioned above, all three appliances work beautifully and I am very pleased. I felt like the cost was definitely very reasonable. My oven stopped working right before my extended family was to come and stay with us over New Year's. I called on a Saturday and the nice scheduler from Allmake Appliance made some adjustments to the Monday schedule and Dave came out right away Monday morning. I thought that was incredible customer service. I will definitely use them again!

The guy was excellent. He was prompt and on time. He worked as quickly as he could and we had everything he needed.

Neil arrived in the time frame quoted. He was professional and friendly. He ran the dishwasher and in the meantime also cleaned under and behind our refrigerator and cleaned out our dryer ducts. He did all of this without me asking and told me that he would like to make himself useful while we were waiting for the dishwasher to run a complete cycle. I feel he went above and beyond what was expected! He eventually found the cause of our dishwasher drainage problems and fixed that, as well.

I called Allmake last Monday to schedule an appointment for the early part of this week (I wasn't available to be here most of last week, otherwise they would have been here the next day). They said they could be here Monday between 1PM and 6PM. Dave showed up around 2:45. Very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. He replaced the igniter. He provided information about my stove and some tips on maintenance. He also looked at my 20 yr. old refrigerator as I mentioned it was noisy. Said it is the freezer fan and is operating OK. He was here less than 45 minutes. Removed his shoes when he entered, cleaned up before he departed.

Company responded and scheduled appointment promptly. Came a day early. Repairman removed shoes and was careful working in the home. Was very knowledgeable and worked quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend them. Reasonably priced.

They came when they said they would and finished in 30 minutes. He was polite and already had the part. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Overall they did a good job. It works just fine now. We would use them again.

They were on time and did what they said they were going to do. They were knowledgeable.

I've used Allmake three times now and they always do an awesome job at a reasonable price. This is a small operation so you can't always get them right away, but if you can wait a day or two it's worth it. They are honest and they clearly know what they are doing. I always feel I get more than my money's worth as Neil takes time to do the job right and usually looks for another problem he can help you with as part of the call. Plus, they always clean up after themselves.

The part for our old refrigerator was not available anymore so they repaired it and I cannot say enough about them, they are wonderful. They saved us from having to buy a new refrigerator. They will try to fix anything to avoid buying a new part or appliance. They are very reasonably priced. We have also used them to repair the washer and dryer, dishwasher and stove. They are competent and dedicated.

We have had Allmake out to do a number of things for us over the years including working on our refrigerator and dryer. This visit proved to be like the others where he was courteous, clean and prompt and came in about a day of our call to service us. He spent a couple of hours cleaning the knobs so they would work again.

Mike was very professional and thorough. He tested the refrigerator for other possibilities before replacing the water pump. He spent considerable time looking for the cause of a one-time over-voltage problem in the microwave oven and determined that the microwave oven had no defect. He also removed the socket of a broken light bulb before I had decided to have him replace it. He improvised a solution to a problem with the new lid switch, which came without fastening screws, because it was different enough from the original (of the same make and model) that the original screws were too short for it. He was here longer than the labor charge covered. We ll call this company the next time something goes wrong, and we highly recommend them.

HE IS VERY RELIABLE. WE HAVE BEEN USING HIM FOR 10 YEARS AND WOULD NOT CHANGE. HE IS ALWAYS UP FRONT AND GIVES YOU A HONEST ANSWER. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. SUPERIOR WORK.

Technician Mike was friendly and helpful; attentive and diligent about his work. He went beyond the call of duty to perform an unrelated job fixing another leak in a furnace humidifier. I found the work performance to be what I expected at a reasonable price. There is a flat rate for diagnostics plus the labor and part involved.

The service was excellent. Neil knew exactly what to do. Did the job quickly and neatly. He even cleaned under the oven for me. Then proceeded to fix my leaky kitchen sink without an extra charge.

It was very good service. He was extremely through. He was the third person to take a look at the dishwasher and know how to fix it. Everything works great now. I was very pleased.

Allmake came buy the same day and fixed our dishwasher and refrigerator in no time at all!

The tech showed up within the prearranged time frame, He checked my old fridge for an intermittent noise. He found out the problem was a water valve. Since I mentioned that the icemaker never worked and had no intentions to use it in the future, he suggested to remove it so the valve won't be active anymore and therefore it won't make more noise. I agreed and he proceeded to remove it and tape the icemaker connector. Since then, the noise was gone. He did a good and neat job and I only had to pay for the visit. I would hire them again.

The technician was prompt, pleasant and knowledgeable. I have called them several times in the past and I would not hesitate to recommend them again!

I wish I could given them an A+! They do such a great job, and have done various repairs for us in the past. He actually rebuilt a part for our washer that would have cost a lot of money to repair.

The service was performed in a timely manner,very professionally. The cost was in the same rang as the estimate.

They were excellent. Efficient repair was done. They cleaned my dryer lint trap area that I am not aware of also without my asking. They had super service!! The rep. was great! They gave me great tips on taking care of my machines.

The whole team of Neil Ott was nice. The receptionist Rita was nice. She took all the details. Gave me appointment of the same day. Explained to me how things worked. Gave some historic background of the company, its people and how they fix things. Neil who came to fix my gas stove was very efficient. Out of my 4 burners one was not working. The other 3 did not ignite automatically. He tried to open the unit but it was stuck. He could open two of the burner and was able to replace the spark plug on it. So now we can start the burners automatically. We will replace the gas stove soon. I asked for recommendation on which make to buy and he gave me that. He fixed a kink in my washer pipe and he cleaned my dryer and refrigerator which had lot of lint and dust. I was very satisfied by his work. From my experiance I would say this that if you call him for appliance repair get him to check all the appliances to make sure you do not have problem in future. That money is worth it.

I thought that Neil was very professional and that he did quality work. I would definitely hire him again.
