Neil was very punctual. He diagnosed the problem immediately and performed the repair in a friendly, highly professional manner. He had to replace the microwave's magnatrometer which is the essential part for microwaving. He even went out of his way by calling his office to see if our dishwasher had a recall (It didn't but the overall experience was reassuring.). The cost given above is the actual total price for parts, service and labor. Compared to other service repair providers we consider the $166.00 a very reasonable charge for services rendered. We would not hesitate to use Allmake again; they are highly recommended.

Neil actually was in my neighborhood and came a few days before the repair was scheduled. He knew exactly what I needed and had the parts with him. He was a great guy and did the work quickly. Before he left he said, " I see another problem that you probably have here in this house". He opened my dishwasher and pulled out a worn bushing from the sprayer arm. He replaced that too! I bet if I gave him the whole day he would have fixed many more problems I didn't know that I had. Great guy!

Well. I already diagnosed the problem using the toll free number in my manual and talking to customer service. They confirmed the diagnosis and got parts and installed them.

I have used ALLMAKE 3 times in the past for a Amana refrigerator and an old Kitchen Aid stovetop. It was critical to repair the stovetop because replacing it requires a kitchen remodel. Kitchen Aid repair person took 3 appointments and their repair cost more and did not last. When I called ALLMAKE for the first time they amazed me by having replacement parts and fixed the problem in one visit. It still works. I have had very good luck with ALLMAKE. They are friendly, professional, reasonably priced,prompt and get the job done.

We called and they were able to schedule an appointment for 2 days later. They arrived on time and quickly fixed the worn belt. The cost seemed reasonable to keep a 10+ year old washer from having to be replaced. It's been 2 weeks since they did the service and it's working great.

Nathan arrived and immediately diagnosed the problem with the dryer. He repaired the dryer but on top of that, he disassembled the drier and lubricated the moving parts. The motor does not have oil ports and so he drilled those and lubricated the motor to make it last longer. I also mentioned a problem with our refrigerator and so he handled that job at the same time. It saved us a lot on the service call charges by combining both repair jobs on the same visit. We have also had Allmake repair our dish washer on a previous visit and have had no problems since. They replaced the motor and pump unit on that visit.

Neil from Allmake showed up within the 1.5 hour time range. Little rocky start as he switched on the ice maker and made a comment that the ice maker works best when on (his sense of humor takes some warming up to - no pun intended). After his initial assessment, he methodically isolated various items that needed correction. He explained step-by-step what he was doing, which was helpful in understanding the overall picture. We were certain that this would not be a cost-effective repair and that we would have to shell out big bucks for a new refrigerator. The total bill was just over $300, which seemed very reasonable for the time spent working on the refrig, as well as replacement parts. Allmake's invoice header indicates "We Welcome Watching", which is indicative of their practice to let the customer know what they are paying for. Overall, a very positive experience with a very knowledgeable professional.

I'm very pleased with the service provided by Allmake, and the price was fair. I believe my serviceman's name was Dave, and he was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He identified the problem almost immediately, and did some extra preventative work to avoid future issues. If I am in need of appliance repairs again, I will definitely use Allmake again and will refer everyone I know to them.

Our freezer door had been accidently left slightly ajar during one night and the next morning all the items in the freezer were thawed and the ice maker was no longer producing ice. There was liquid in the holding tray for the ice. We closed up the freezer and waiting 24 hours as the manual suggested, however the ice maker would not re-engage for 4 days. The freezer got cold but never below 20 degrees and each day kept getting warmer and warmer by a degree or so. I called Allmake and they came out within a day to fix the freon leak in the back of the freezer. They were great and thorough!! Super friendly too! Now we've got ice and cold frozen food in the freezer again.

Last night I realized my dryer was blowing cold air. I phoned Allmake this morning and the repair is already done (it is 2PM)! They arrived early in my appointment window, quickly determined that a fuse needed replaced, and fixed the problem. They were friendly and professional. When they left I felt that I received great service at a low price! Thanks again!

I knew ahead of time the exact part that needed replacement, and that's exactly what they did. We've used them before for our dishwasher. The repair tech in both cases was knowledgeable and thorough, giving advice for maintaining other appliances as well. Will probably call on them every time.

Dave looked into the situation and immediately knew what the problem was. He pulled the thermostat and breaker and described in detail how these parts work and described why there is no heat when these items get old and no longer function properly.

I had some problems that weren’t their problems, per se; it was a problem with some of the parts that were installed - they were defective. They came back and fixed the work, and so, ultimately, I was very happy. The price was what I had expected it to be and the quality of work was better than I had expected. I would rate them highly and I intend on calling them very soon for some more work.

This company always responds promptly. They have given me tips on the phone to see if I can fix the problem myself. They are very reasonably priced, professional, courteous and in general amazing. I have used them for over 20 years and they have come to my home as late as 10PM if need be. The people work hard and go the extra mile to satisify their customers. I'd never ley anyone else work on my appliances.

Our clothes dryer stopped drying and started making a racket right before Christmas when we had a house full of visiting relatives. Dave came a day and a half after I called, arriving at the arranged time. He fixed the dryer promptly, explained what was wrong and showed us the worn-out part. He was pleasant and professional and even answered some questions about a problem I was having with my refrigerator! When my visiting grandbaby became ill over Christmas, and we were doing laundry around the clock, every load that went into the dryer was accompanied by a fervent "THANK YOU DAVE!"

I called on a Monday and Dave came out that Wednesday, on the dot of the scheduled time. He saw right away that the motor had become corroded from a leaking seal and told me it had to be replaced. Naturally I thought this would mean ordering the part from somewhere else and a return visit who knew how much later. But, he actually had a replacement right on the truck! He explained that these motors were used in three different brands of dishwashers, and they went bad with such frequency that he always carried two with him, just in case. He asked if I had the purchase invoice, because the motors of the brand I had are warrantied for 5 years. I did have the paperwork, and he was able to replace the motor at no charge to me. I paid only for the service call. Dave said that these motors had been redesigned so the new one should not fail in the same way. He answered all my questions, including some about problems with my wall oven, and even went downstairs to show me where the little screw was that regulated the temperature on the water heater (we could never figure out where it was, it's not obvious!) Dave was competent, knowledgeable and extremely polite. I was delighted to have the dishwasher back in working order so quickly, and very much appreciated his help with the other appliances. I will be calling Allmake Appliance to repair the wall oven. Of all the appliance repair people we have used since moving here six years ago, these people are far and away the best. I will be using them from now on.

Dave was supposed to come out between 2 and 6 pm, and he arrived at 2. He replaced the lid switch on my broken washer. Then, since he was next to the dryer, he said he would show me how to clean the lint inside the bottom panel of my dryer because that type of dryer collects a lot of lint. Yes, there was a mountain of lint behind the front panel, so he cleaned it out and showed me how to do it myself in the future. He didn't charge me any more for that, but he prevented a future service call on the dryer.

They are fantastic repair men who are very knowledgeable. Two or more men work together as a team. They have 100% integrity and honesty. If they can’t fix something they will tell you about it. The quality of their work is superior too. They are very busy because everybody knows they are good through word of mouth. The three employees consult each other before fixing the refrigerator. It is like a team work. They came out on time.

Had another repair service out ... they said needed new part , but part no longer available. Told me "to live with it" or by new fridge ( $6000 ) Nathan from Allmakes came out for a 2nd opinion. He dilingently studied the problem and said the part was fine but only needed the proper lubricant. No more squeek! This is a family company and they are complete and honest professionals. I would not think of calling anyone else again.

Oven began displaying F7 code and beeping, was unable to use. Found Allmake on Angie's list and scheduled an appointment for the next day. The repairman, Dave, was punctual, knowledgeable, and very professional. A new keypad had to be ordered and about 1 week later, Dave installed the new part. I will definitely use this company again.

Our refrigerator was not staying cold, while the freezer compartment appeared to be fine. Scheduled an appointment for 6:30am. Repairman (Neil) was just slightly late (15 minutes), but the company called to inform us of this, so that was no big deal. Neil was able to diagnose the problem very quickly, showing me the defective part, and explaining how it should be working. Neil was nice, friendly, professional--would definitely use this company again.

Took the time to explain why the motor burned out and offered advice on how to remove the stains and keep dishwasher running optimally.

Another company tried to repair the freezer last year but had not been totally successful. Called AllMake on Tues. 2/24 and scheduled service for Thurs. 2/26. The service person was on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, replaced the part and demonstrated the success of the repair. Also, before he replaced the thermostat, he demonstrated that the other components in the defrost cycle of the freezer were working porperly. That gave us confidence that his repair was necessary and that it would solve the problem.

Excellent experience. I found this company on Angie's list and my experience matched what others had reported. I called in the morning and Neil came over the same afternoon. He fixed my washing machine in about an hour, replacing the gears with a part he had on hand. He also did some needed maintenance work on my dryer, and did a good job cleaning up. My total fee was only $116, including parts. What really impressed me was that Neil also looked over some of my other appliances and gave me some good information on each. When I showed him my broken shelf (inside the door of my refrigerator), he knew exactly how to order the part. He delivered the part the next day (only $7) and did not charge me for either delivery or installation. I will definitely call upon this company in the future.

Over the last few weeks, the dishes just were not coming out clean-spotted and scummy. Sometimes, undissolved detergent was left in the dishwasher after a cycle. Dave arrived shortly after Allmake called to let me know he was on his way. Dave took apart, inspected and cleaned all the inside parts. He also cleaned debris out of the pump body. Then he removed the lower panel and inspected the valves, connections, etc. He quickly identified a problem with the intake screen on the water valve, which was clogged with rust and debris. After putting everything back together, he adjusted the latch(which had always been hard to release). Dave was pleasant and professional, and cleaned up after himself. He also answered some questions about other appliances. Bottom line: This morning I found Allmake on Angie's List and called to arrange an appointment. It is now the same afternoon, Allmake has come and gone and my dishwasher works better than it has in a long time.
