Description of Work: Neil came out to fix my 13 year-old Speed Queen Washer and he quickly identified the problem as a motor and belt. He reviewed the problem with me and ordered the parts. The office called a few days later to verify an appointment and Neil returned to complete the repairs. He was concerned that the washer was not working quite right so he told me to keep an eye on it and let him know if it acted up. A few weeks later the machine started to make noise when it tried to spin out. I was going to call them but the next day I got a call from them saying that Neil had a start capacitor and since he was going to be in our community the next day, could he come and install it free of charge. I agreed and when he arrived the next afternoon, I told him that the Dryer heat control button was stuck. He said that was good timing and corrected the problem with some lubricant. He also installed the start capacitor in the washer and now it works like a charm. When he was all done he handed me an invoice that stated NO Charge. Neil is always helpful and if he is delayed, he contacts you so that you are not left hanging. I would highly recommend their quality and professionalism as top rate.
