They are really professional. They are friendly. Actually they are quote number two and I chose another company because these people did not have all the services that I needed. I would have chosen them if they had all the services that I wanted. The owner seems to be a really knowledgeable person. I will use their services again in the future.

David Arroyo came out and asked about our plans for patio. How we would be using it etc. He came back with a plan and then we adjusted it slightly and he then came with another plan.

It was beautiful. It was efficient work. They were on time. They had their own supplies and did good work and cleaned up after themselves.

We absolutely loved David from the moment we met him. We were so unsure of what we wanted him to do but he listened to our ideas and ran with the challenge! He came up with awesome ideas that he computerized so we could see his vision of our project. We asked David lots of questions, tweaked a few ideas to suit us and hired his crew. What a group of guys! They were so precise all of the time. If they didn't like how a brick looked, out it came and another one went in. A flaw did not go unnoticed and their cutting was done perfectly. Every day the guys cleaned up after themselves (even swept) and were always super polite. All of the concrete and other debris was hauled away by the crew daily. I really missed them when they left as it felt like they were part of the family. Our "patio" project became a reality for us that we never dreamed could come true. We interviewed two other companies and knew David and Strictly Stone was the best option for us. We would hire them again in a heartbeat and have recommended them to everyone we know. The city inspector even took down the company name and number so he could pass their information along to people wanting stone work done!

From the beginning, David was interested in making sure we had exactly what we wanted. Initially, we wanted to re-use as much of the old stone as possible. Halfway through the project though, we realized that would be "penny wise but pound foolish". David and his crew were always willing to do anything to make us happy. His "we can do that" attitude made the whole process a pleasure. The crew was extremely professional, timely, and always cleaned up and protected the work site between visits. Communication about the work schedule was also excellent. The best thing about the crew that we loved, was their pride in the high quality of their work. If they thought of an improvement, a suggestion was made. We could decide, but without any pressure or sales tactics. Instead of a patio, we now have a gorgeous outdoor living area that we fondly refer to as the Terrace. I can't recommend them enough!
