I found Air Repair on Craigslist, I called on Friday to schedule an appointment for Tuesday. My furnace quit Sunday night. Kelly showed up on time, went right to work, explained everything to me, had me up and running in no time! Told me that the furnace was in good condition for it's age. I highly recommend Air Repair for all your heating and air conditioning needs!

They did an excellent job. The work was done quickly and the finished results are beautiful. Eveyone at Saturn made every efforrt to provide excellent service. This is the second tme I have used Saturn for electrical work in my home and I was completely satisfied both times.

George Schembari came out to provide a quote. I was also interested in upgrading the electrical panel in order to retrofit the house with A/C. He explained that the stand-by generator would allow me to move some circuits off the main panel and on to the side panel that would be run by the generator during an outage. He explained his choice of manufacturers and also asked me why I wanted to do this - perhaps to make sure he understood exactly what I was expecting from this generator - which was to run the well pump and the basement ejector pump during an outage so I could have water ... and any extra circuits would be great! I also wanted a "Whole - House" surge protector installed and we also discussed that equipment. He provided a quote with two different size options for the generator as well as the surge protector. I had him come back to discuss the installation with my contractor friend in order to try to figure out the best location and routing because my electric panel and natural gas lines are on opposite sides of the house (it figures ...). He took the time to make sure he had evaluated all the options and provided the final detailed quote - bottom line: $4935 for the generator and installation, $289 for the surge protector and installation. I received an installation checklist a couple days prior to the installation - complete with a time line of when the gas and electric service would be turned off and back on. On installation day, the crew arrived and George delivered the equipment and walked through the job with the crew. He took off and the guys took over - and completed ahead of schedule ... except the generator didn't want to run and they guys were frustrated. They said they were heading out but someone else would come and get it started. I don't remember his name, but he called to confirm that he was coming and showed up shortly afterward. It took him about 10 minutes to add a shim and run the generator through the start-up test. Then he gave a "tour" of the equipment, thoroughly reviewed the owner's manual with me, and answered all questions. All that was left was for my contractor friend to patch and paint the drywall by the electric panel. Five weeks later (I think that was my reminder to submit this report), we had a 10 hour power outage and everything worked perfectly!

Our initial call was replied to quickly and our appointment was made. Arrived 10 minutes earlier than scheduled time, which was a great start as far as we're concerned! The work was done quickly and efficiently and all was cleaned up. We are very happy with the service and will use them again if needed.

It went very well from start to finish with no issues. Saturn arrived promptly on time and provided a quote and completed the work all in about 2 hours.

George was very efficient, he came out for a quote and was able to complete the work in 1 day the next week. When he found out that the code for our area was different for some of the changes he made, he sent out an electrician right away to make the corrections before the village inspector came. Overall a great experience!

Every thing went extremely well. I asked the electrician how long the jobs would take, and he told me about how long, but he was finished a little sooner. Just the fact that they scheduled an appointed time and kept to it was great... not like some companies that tell you sometime between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. The appointment was for 8 a.m. and the electrician showed up at 8 a.m.! FANTASTIC people to work with.

Arrived on time for estimate as well as on actual service date. All work was completed in a timely fashion. Workers were very pleasant and explained things in an easy to understand manner. Will definitely call Saturn again when another electrical need comes up.

When we first used our new microwave/convection oven along with our regular microwave our circuits overloaded, tripped, and cut off all of our electricity. We did not know (until we read the electrical requirements in the owner's manual) that the new oven required a separate dedicated circuit. We obtained Saturn's name through Angie's List. From the first visit for the estimate through the date the actual work was done we were completely satisfied with every aspect of their work. They were prompt, professional, courteous and completey cleaned up after they finished. While Saturn charged me $325 for three items of work another electrician had previously given me a phone quote of "just under $500" for the oven work alone.

The whole experience was very professional and well done. They arrived on time, completed the work within an hour or so and they were very professional the whole time. We are thrilled with the work and all the lights and outlets work!!!

Great. I wish all contractors had the same work ethic and customer service philosophy as Saturn Electrical.

Allen came out to give us a quote. He was VERY thourough and confident that the project could be done easily. He took a variety of pictures and thought of a different way to get the job done. The quote was faxed over the following day and Allen called as a follow up. He was sure to schedule both his quote and the job to be done on our schedule. The two men arrived exactly when they said that they would. The knew exactly what needed to be done and got to work. They were in and out in no time, cleaned up everything that they used, and did a FANTASTIC job. I think that it needs to be said that I got 4 different quotes all from Angie's List companies and Saturn Electric charged 10% of what 2 companies said it would be and 33% of the other. I cannot reccomend them highly enough!!!!

Everything went very well. An appointment was scheduled for the next day and the work performed was professional, courteous and economical. The exact cost was given in writing before the work began. The electrician arrived on time and the area was very clean when he left.
