Perfect. Work was done professionally. Very responsive. Price was fair. They've already been back to charge the air conditioner at no cost. We plan on using them now for all our HVAC needs, including replacing our 20 year old furnace when it goes.

Did a great job! Arrived at the time promised and completed the job in a timely manner. They explained in detail what they were doing and invited questions. They also correct several previously existing situations at no extra cost. Demonstrated how the system worked. Left the job site pristine. Very very professional.

Jerry came and installed a ceiling fan in my bedroom where there wasn?t any ceiling electrical access in place so he had to start from scratch. He completed the job in less time than estimated. He was neat, polite, and very considerate of my home. I was very pleased with the job he did. I am thinking about having this company provide me with more services. I highly recommend them!!!

George came at an earlier date to go over the details of the job. He is very professional. He came with the 2 electricians on Tuesday to make sure that the lights were properly located. The electricians were professional but the best thing is that there was no stress as they knew what they were doing. Very courteous. I would definitely use them again.

Great communication..George called the day before to confirm appoint and said technician jerry would arrive at my house at scheduled time of 8:00 am Jerry arrived on time,placed plastic booties over his shoes, although I informed him it was not necessary and immediately began working. He was very respectful of my house and patiently answered all questions I had about the project. I purchased panel replacement on Angies List but decided to have 2 additional outlets re-wired so they would be on there own circuit breaker. I was informed of the pricing prior to job being done. Saturn electric was extremely fair and reasonable with their pricing. All work performed looks awesome !! I would recommend Saturn electric to anyone would needs work done, I will definitely be calling them for all my future electric projects.. George thank you very much.. sincerely

Richard was very responsive to our needs and was also patient as it took us nearly a year to move on this project...he was competitive in pricing and quick to get things moving (permit/scheduled) once we agreed. We were very happy with this education he provided since we don't know much about generators, and I was sure of using Saturn vs the other few quotes we got due to how thorough Richard was in his guidance/questions/comments vs all the others that came out to quote the job. Sometimes comfort and quality are significantly more important that just cost! The scheduled job was done quickly and to perfection. We would absolutely recommend using Saturn for you generator needs...we plan to continue to use them for the periodic maint!

When was the last time you've seen a service company let alone an HVAC service company get all top marks on a consistent basis? Businesses take note, this is how you run a successful business. I called Tess a couple days ago about getting both our AC units checked and cleaned and that we were having an issue with one of them not cooling. Although not an emergency, Tess managed to get someone out on a Saturday. Let me just say all the reviews here about the technician Kelly are true. Kelly let us know that one of the units had a leak and therefore low on freon. He suspected the leak was outside where the technician attach their gauges but could not guarantee that so I was gambling on 3 pounds of freon at $95/lbs. He was pretty sure that would work and I could avoid replacing the units at least for another year maybe two. Well, it seems to have worked and hopefully there is not another smaller leak somewhere else. Kelly explained that we would eventually need new ACs and explained the differences between some models. It is obvious Kelly is passionate about his work and really enjoys helping people. I also got the same impression from Tess at the office that she goes out of her way to accommodate customers and is very good at communicating quickly with customers. Five stars guys! You are the best!

This team did an outstanding job. We got a call, while on vacation, that the A/C in our rental property was not functioning properly. Not only did they talk us through checks we could do on our own, they didn't try to sell us things we didn't need. Mind you, the unit is at least 17 years old and they told us a replacement isn't necessary right now. They showed up on time and communicated with us every step of the way. We trusted them so much we let them service our unit without us present. They are a very honest and knowledgeable service team. Their rates are very reasonable. I will definitely use them again. Rich the sales manager gave us great impression from first contact. There were actually quite a bit of pre-installation work to do and the team helped us navigate thru it. The installation crew was professional and very efficient. We thought it was going to be a rough day, but they made a difficult job looked really easy. Rich also followed up after the installation. Installed a Generac whole-home generator. They did a great job, from the initial contact all the way through the install.

This is the second time I've called Air Repair for a service call. In the summer of 2012, they repaired my A/C that 2 other companies had looked at, but couldn't repair. On that visit, Kelly also showed me some tips on how I could maintain my A/C a little on my own, which I thought was really nice. Today I woke up to a chilly house with the furnace not working. Kelly came out and diagnosed the problem quickly. He gave me options for the repair. I picked one and he ran out for the motor. When he returned, I was happy to hear the part was a little cheaper than he first thought. The challenge on this repair was the really small and awkward angle of the space for getting access to the furnace. Kelly was good natured about it and figured it out somehow! I hope I don't have to call anyone anytime soon for HVAC repair, but if I do it will be these guys.

On both occasions I called to set up service. They contacted me back in a timely manner and were courteous. Saturn worked with the village to get the required permit. The electrician was on time and installed the outlet as requested. A few months earlier, a technician serviced the generator and did a fine job. They charged a fair price for the work performed.
