Description of Work: Replaced Insinkerator. Everything was top notch, on time, friendly and knowledgable...I just choked on the price of the unit itself but did not feel like shopping around since the reviews were so good and service is so important to me.

Description of Work: I contacted Roselle Plumbing because we had several issues in our home that I was not sure could be fixed or that I would want to pay to have done. I used Roselle Plumbing a year ago to have a gas shut-off valve installed for a new dryer and the experience was very good. John replied promptly to my inquiry and made a timely date to come by the house. I hired him to install an external water spigot in the front of our house as there is only one in the backyard. John took the time to really evaluate the situation, make suggestions, draw up an estimate and really explain the process to me. I appreciated this because with no knowlege of plumbing there is always a concern that you could be sold services/labor that you don't need. I agreed to the discussed price and John was able to start working immediately. His work ethic is strong and he is extremely professional. He was always on task and kept the work area impecable. After the work was complete he took the time to explain to me what had been done, why and how. The final price was the price we discussed prior to the beginning of the job. John was also honest with me about a job involving our ice maker on our refrigerator in referring me to an appliance repairman rather than plumber. Roselle Plumbing has proven themselves reliable, affordable and professional on both occasions I have used them and I consider them "my" plumber for any future purposes. Trust Roselle Plumbing.

Description of Work: Plumber removed toilet and replaced seal. Quality repair service. If you don't mind paying what I believe is a high price to reseal and reset a toilet ($384.00 which includes a $39 trip charge), then call.. Since my family was very anxious to get repair done, I went with them. Despite their glowing report, I would definitely get a few estimates.

Description of Work: I noticed the toilet was leaking around its base. I had this happen once before on another toilet so I knew it had to be repaired immediately. I went on Angies List and decided to use Roselle Plumbing. It was a Sunday afternoon so I called them, expecting to have to schedule something for early in the week. Whwn they answered they said they could come out this afternoon. Boy was I ever surprised they could take care of it the same day. There was an extra charge for a Sunday afternoon repair however I expected that and felt the problem warranted a repair as soon as possible. They arranged to give me an approximate time and were kind enough to call 30 minutes ahead of time to let me know they were on the way. John was so very pleasent and professional. He explained what was causing the problem and kept me informed of what he was doing throughout the repair. I recommend this Company for any of your plumbing problems. I will definately use them in the future.

Description of Work: Leak under the sink. I thought it was related to the garbage disposal. They cam e out as promised and showed how the leak was from a leaking disposal. Sold me a new one and did it quite professionally. Also, answered my questions very thoroughly. I would use them again without doubt.
