John was on time and very professional. He was a nice guy too. He explained everything. He first pulled a big clog out of my garbage disposal, then proceed to unjam it. He then got it to work. He definately sprayed the area with disinfectant.

We had a toilet that kept clogging, periodically. We called Roselle Plumbing, and left a message. Within minutes they called back. We scheduled an appointment and were told that we would be contacted half an hour before John came. Sure enough, when we were called, John was here as promised. He reviewed what we had said was happening. He had a book which had a detailed book which had prices for all possible problems (and for solutions). Thus we were given possible prices for any of the possible solutions, so we knew what it would cost. He determined what was wrong (it was in the toilet, and not the pipes, and used a router to break up calcium deposits within the pipe. It was fixed. However after approximately a week, the problem returned. We called John and an appointment was scheduled for the next morning. He returned (again very punctual) and he augered the toilet again, after using a video device and was able to locate exactly where the problem was within the toilet itself. We are totally delighted with Roselle Plumbing and would not hesitate to use, or recommend, them again.

The service went well. I personally look for that quality of work with a good price. I will not use them again.

They came out a week before and provided estimate. We told them we wanted toilets installed ASAP as we were having guests over the first weekend in December. Once work approved, they scheduled work promptly upon receiving toilets from warehouse. Work was done efficiently and completed to complete satisfaction.

As good as can be at a time like this. I'm very happy with the outcome. I will, and already have, recommended him to others.

arrived on time ,surveyed job,quoted full price, recived ok from me, proceeded to remove toilet cleaned all contact parts , checcked flange and pipes, cleaned a calcium deposit in pipe, installed bolts and wax ring, replaced toilet . constantly keeping the work area clean as he went along .......was very professional. was a real pleasure to have knoledgable person doing great job

The service was great. John was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything so we felt very comfortable with the work being done.

Work was done efficiently and promptly. However the cost was extremely high. The actual cost of the pump alone could not be quoted but the entire job was over $929. After my senior discount and member discount my bill was a little over $800. I have done some research since then and found that the pump would not have cost more than about $300, so that means the labor alone was over $600. That is extremely high for about 90 minutes of labor. Therefore I would not use this company again for any services.

My plumbing problems always seem to manifest themselves on a holiday weekend. On Jan 1, our main sewer line from the house started to drain REAL SLOW, fesulting in some overflow water on my basement floor. I called a couple of other plumbers but couldn't even get a return call. I called Roselle and spoke with Suzanne. She was very pleasant and helpful . She scheduled my repair and promosed to call me 30 minutes before the plumber was to arrive. She did call back 30 minutes prior to the plumbers arrival. John arrived and was very professional and thorough. He expained what he did and why he did it. I appreciate the time he spent educating me. He did a great job and we're back in business.

Our water heater sprang a leak and needed replacement.

I picked Roselle Plumbing to fix the leak (from our Grohe faucet) from Angie's list because of its high rating and the favorable comments. I called on Thursday morning, but couldn't get through, so I sent a message through the website. They called back with an apology on Friday morning and said John could be here that morning. John came right on time, assessed the problem, and was able to use old parts that I had saved from a few years ago when other plumbers had fixed similar leaks. (These Grohe parts generally have to be special ordered and they come in pairs, so when they get replaced you usually are needlessly replacing 1 good part along with the bad one.) John found that one of the old parts was good, so he used it - saving me a bundle. He was great about explaining what he was doing and why, and giving me options. He took the time to work with me and get the job done in this one trip rather than having to come back for a second trip. As a bonus, he also fixed our leaky outdoor spigot before he left. John was happy to take the Angie's list coupon for 10% off, telling me that they love their Angie's List customers.

.My bath tub drain was broken (flooding the whole house). It required extensive diagnostics to determine the repair. John explained every repair required. I was given a quote and could then pursue a lower bid. We asked if we could expedite the repair and were accommodated that very day. I also had John quote a toilet that has been a problem. All repairs were done cleanly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this company for the expert knowledge, professionalism and expediency. The repairs were messy and I think the areas repaired were cleaner than when the job began. Thanks John!

Moved to a new house. Before purchase, home inspector said bathroom sink drained "a little slow". Apparently his definition of "a little slow" means you wash your hands and by the time you finish, the sink is filled with water! YIKES! I have used Roselle Plumbing for other jobs in the past and was very satisfied, so I called John for this probelm without hesitation. First of all, when you have an issue like a sink that wont drain (we're talking a drain that laughed at the WHOLE BOTTLE OF DRAINO that I put in the drain) you want it taken care of quicky. I was so happy that John was able to come out that afternoon. Before John arrived I was unpacking and wanted to use the little sprayer hose thingee in the kitchen sink to rinse off some little plastic storage bins. Right after the last rinse, the spray lever broke off the sprayer and I couldn't shut it off. Oopsie! I called Roselle plumbing and said "uh..... one job just became two!" John arrived on time and as always, was pleasant and professional. He had to route out the drain to remove the clog. Apparently, not only was the drain clogged, but the overflow as well. (No clue how the previous homeowner lived with that.) Just gross what John pulled out of there. The sink in the kitchen is not a common color, so John came prepared with a couple of sprayers so that he could get the job done. This is my first single family home (previous place was a condo), so I had a couple of plumbing related home maintenance questions. John took the time to answer all of them for me. Roselle plumbing will be my plumbing vendor of choice for a long time to come.

John arrived at the promised time and did a great job. He was friendly, professional, and very neat. I appreciate that I didn't have to wait to get an appointment. He came out on the date I selected. I will certainly use them again!!

ROSELLE PLUMBING Roselle Plumbing, was very good service. A little pricey, but Don, is the best plumber in the world. He showed me how to loosen up the item, to make it work. What he did to fix the shower was phenomenal, and saved me money.

Called and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. The service person, John, was professional and explained the work to be done, cost, and amount of time it would take. I would recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future if I have another plumbing problem.

He did great diagnostic work and was a very friendly person. He had to come back to replace a valve, but after that, there was no problem, what so ever. I liked his services and will continue to use the same in future.

The serviceman, John, was very knowledgable and professional. He replaced the soil pipe and repaired other fittings that had not been installed correctly. Everything went very smoothly.

Very pleasant experience speaking with the office to schedule. They called the day before to remind me and then called on the day of service 1/2 hour before arrival.
