The job was quoted and completed same day - saving us from considerable inconvenience. The installation labor was performed skillfully using quality parts.

Setting up the service call was very easy. The service man was on time. He checked both concerns we had and quoted us prices before any work was done. We had one repair completed and I believe he found more wrong as the job progressed but only charged us the amount he quoted. He kept the work area clean and was done in a reasonable amount of time. We would definitely call Roselle Plumbing again.

Would certainly use them in the future. This time around, was able to get my father in law to perform the minor plumbing work that was required.

He's very helpful with other things we thought were wrong. He inspected some pipes that were vibrating, and put a shim in to fix it at no extra cost. We will certainly call him in the future!

John did a great job and was a pleasure to work with. He is extremely tidy and conscientious of our home. John also explains everything he is doing in detail and has quite a few "tricks of the trade" from years of experience, to correct problems (and reduce costs to the customer). We're extremely happy with Roselle Plumbing and will continue to use them for future plumbing projects.

Roselle Plumbing sent someone out same day and was very friendly via phone. Called to confirm appointment eventhough, I had made it the same day and gave me a heads up that the plumber would be arriving near the end of my 2 hour estimated window of arrival (which was to me on time!) Felt this was very good customer service. The plumber, John, explained everything prior to doing the work. He worked of a set pricing sheet which gave me confidence that they have a set pricing structure and that my 10% coupon, really was a true savings. He took pride in his work and was a very skilled professional (3rd generation plumber and has been licences since '84). Very happy with this service.

Terrific company! Plumber was prompt and courteous. He repaired a leaking toilet and checked a shower that is 'screaming', providing a recommendation for a solution and an estimate for the work. Every step of the way he explained what he was doing and gave me lots of good information. Definitely will call Roselle Plumbing when I decide to fix the annoying shower.

Called in the morning and they came out same day. My husband was provided a quote which seemed to be a fair price. Job was done same day. Quality work. By the time I got home from work the job was completed and toilet was working!!

The plumber was very friendly. He explained everything he was doing. He reminded me about the Angie’s List coupon. He had a foot protector so he didn’t mess up the interiors. He was very neat and we liked his work too. He was on time and everything about him just seemed really good.

Outstanding. I called for service at 3 pm & the job was done by 6 pm. No messes left behind.

John was wonderful to work with. I had a leak that was coming out from under the basement slab and into the crawlspace of our split level home. He worked diligently to determine where the leak was coming from and to get it stopped. He them gave me quote to rerun part of the line in order to get the water fix it and said he would be back later to do the work after getting supplies. then received a call from Roselle plumbing that we was unable to get back in time to do the work and that there would be extra charge if I wanted him back that night. After agreeing to wait until the next day, John called back and said he would come do the work for no extra charge. I have a carpentry/do it yourself background, so I really liked that John allowed me to assist and explained most everything that he was doing. It was a pleasure working with him and would definitely use him again.

The man arrived on time, very professional and polite. He knew exactly what he was doing and had it done in a hour.

John was the plumber who did the work. He was professional, helpful, explained what he was doing, and was knowledgeable. He was clean and careful with our house, showed up early and was very friendly. He performed the work in just under three hours, and advised us on some other unrelated issues that we were having. There were no surcharges, the price quoted was the price billed. All that is great. Problem is, I just don't believe that the work is worth nearly $200 per hour. Roselle said that they don't quote on an hourly basis, that their work is guaranteed and follow ups would be no additional charge. But overall I don't feel like the pricing was fair and I have severe buyer's remorse that I hired them to do the work. I was eager to have the work completed. I also did not like the fact that - even though they have standard pricing for this kind of work, they would not even give me a hint of what even a minimum price would be prior to their arriving at my home. There is no question that the quality of the work and the service is 100%. So, if you don't care about the cost, or if you have an emergency, then maybe Roselle Plumbing would not be a bad choice. But if you can plan the work like I could, and the total value of the services performed is important to you, then I'd highly recommend getting multiple quotes on your project. Next time, I would try two or three other recommended companies from Angie's List. And I would look for companies that do not charge $39 just for the estimate, like Roselle Plumbing does.

They suggested that we may just want to replace the leaking valve at first. However, the heater was over 7 years old so we decided to just get it replaced. After 1/2 year there have been no problems.

I had unclogged the outlet line, but then I couldn't get the old PVC parts to stop leaking afterwards so I called this service provider. They had installed our hot water heater in the past. Joe pointed out that I had old parts that were on the verge of failing and noticed I had left out a required gasket. He also saw that the outlet pipe was sagging, causing the water to drain inefficiently making clogs more likely to occur. He changed the pitch of the outlet pipe so that it no longer sagged. I asked for a quote on a repair to a basement utility sink but even he thought it would be quite expensive for him to replace, so he gave some suggestions to fix it.

I am very grateful for and pleased with the outstanding service provided. John the service tech was both informative and caring, and very fair when it came to proposing alternatives. I was very impressed with his knowledge and ability to be both simplistic and concise when describing the problems and scenarios. I did not find their pricing expensive, as indicated in some other reviews, but industry standard. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

The work was excellent. He did a very professional job. I think the price was a little steep for problem we had.

The technician was able to provide good advice on the project and helped me complete the project in one day. He was very knowledgable and committed to the job.

The blocked drain flow job was more difficult than one would expect, but was performed successfully. Unfortunately when washing clothes the next day my wife found water leaking from a hole we had never seen before. This wasn't a huge problem, after we explained the hole had not been there previously. John came back out and fixed the pipe, and explained that we need to update the plumbing to create a proper up-to-code environment for future rodding jobs. Everything is working now, and the repair was done at no additional charge and in a timely manner. John's assistant consistently emphasized his honesty, and I am looking forward to working with him again because a dependable source of service is a valuable commodity.

The price was reasonable for what they did. They did a very thorough job. They explained what they were doing the whole time. They were really good. They were out the same day.

GREAT service. He came to our home twice and at both times when it was convenient for us. He was clean and tidy and explained everything he was doing. I thought perhaps a bit more expensive than others, but I would call him back to our home in an instant. You don't mind paying a little more when you feel you are getting great, responsive service. Roselle Plumbing will be our plumber from now on!
