Very punctual, knowledgeable and professional. The gentleman took time to explain our plumbing problems and also was thorough with the explanation of the fees. A bit pricey (probably all plumbing repairs are!) but did an excellent job in repairing our problems.. Cleaned up after the work nicely. We will most definitely call Roselle Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

Our kitchen sink and disposal were jammed. I called them and they came out FAST I mean within 2 hours. They fixed the problem within a half hour! They were polite and very professional. John offered me his business card immediately when I opened the door. They were in uniform and their truck was a company marked van as well. John and his son Jared-truly a class act. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

They solved our plugged drain problem/ They did spend a good amount of time working on it. They left the area clean and completed the job. We were very happy with their workmanship and professionalism. They were upfront with an estimate and saved us money where they could. We felt that they were very honest and did a good job.

My landscaper was repairing my brick sidewalk and punctured the plastic pipes going to my pool filter. I called Roselle plumbing they came out. John and his helper found the leaks. They had to dig up the ground and repaired the pipes. I was quite happy that it could be fixed quickly and for a decent price. I have used Roselle plumbing many times it the past. They are dependable and give you a price up front. Sometimes the repair is fast and sometimes they takes more time. However, I don't have to worry about the "clock" or the workers wasting time because the charge is not by the hour it is by the job. Personally I like that.

I had a "plumber" install a toilet that worked fine for 3 weeks. It started leaking, so I called him back to tighten it up, and while he was working he told me that something had cracked. He said he was unable to fix it, so I called Roselle Plumbing. The lady in the office was very professional. She said exactly when the plumber would be there, accommodated my short notice, and said that she would call a half hour beforehand. John and his apprentice showed up exactly thirty minutes after the lady called me. He told me that the flange was broken from the handyman over-tightening the toilet. He replaced the flange and sealed the floor so that the water would never leak on my ceilings again. Roselle Plumbing charged me $580 to replace the flange. Reinstalling the toilet and sealing the floor was all included in the price of the job. They even gave me 10% off for being an Angie's customer. I liked that the job was priced from an actual book, which made me feel like I wasn't getting ripped off. The price was higher than what the handyman had charged me, but I think it is obvious that you get what you pay for. I fully recommend Roselle Plumbing, and I plan to use them again.

Two plumbers arrived. They provided a quote of $289.00 each to install replacement parts in the tank. The cost did not match the difficulty of the job. He said there is a $49.00 travel free which will be applied to the costs if they do the job. Because it is a rental property and they were expecting guests later that evening I could not take the time to to get additional quotes. If I had the time, it still would have cost at least $100 before any work was done.

They were reasonably, curtious and took care of all my issues. I have used them several times.

Plumber and apprentice were professional and courteous. They explained my options, including pricing for a check of my current disposal to see if it could be repaired and the cost of a new one. Given that the pricing of a new disposal was out of my price range at close to $700 installed, I decided to try for a fix of my current disposal. It turned out a clothespin clip used for closing a chip bag had jammed the disposal and was easily removed by the technician. The plumber also offered to tighten the disposal under the sink and a pipe while he was here. Until a year ago, I had been using a wonderful neighborhood handyman (who has since retired) for all my repairs so I am afraid I was not prepared for the cost of a union plumber for this repair.

Very congenial and knowledgable when servicing. I was finishing up a job for a customer as my sub- contractor was delaying. To make the customer happy, I found this listing on Angie's List and they were able to come out right away as this hook up meant getting the water back on as well. Roselle couldn't give an estimate on the phone as they have set prices for specific types of work and the job would have to be seen. Probably because I'm in the business this was $$$ shock but that had to be completed.

I needed to replace the seals on my kitchen faucet, which I've done myself before. But I couldn't turn off the water to do this because the hot water shutoff under the sink wouldn't work. I called Roselle Plumbing to have them come out and replace the shutoff valve. The lady said that they could come in a few days, because plumbers were off for several days of training on backflow prevention systems. My job wasn't an emergency, so that was fine, and hearing this was actually a plus for me, since it shows that they're all keeping up with their education. John arrived within the promised time range, calling first. He examined the valves and said that it would be better, and up to code, to have two valves for the hot water, one to shut off the flow to the sink, and one to shut off the flow to the dishwasher. He discussed several ways of doing this, with specific prices for each, some involving more or less work. I thought the price for the "ultimate" job involving pipe cutting seemed high, but he wasn't pushing it and he came up with a way to get the same effect with no pipe cutting and a reasonable price. He showed me the valves he would be using and how they would connect, and they were definitely higher quality than the existing valves, which I appreciated. I gave the go ahead and he shut off the main and then did the work, quickly, cleanly and carefully. John had an apprentice with him, and he talked through what he was doing with the apprentice as he worked. I was glad to know that Roselle Plumbing and he personally were trying to pass on all that knowledge - John said he was a 3rd generation plumber. While his apprentice was writing the paperwork, John told us a little about what he had just been studying at his training, and he was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about that topic. John turned the main back on and made sure everything was working fine. He explained there might be a little air in the pipes, but probably not a lot, just to run all the taps briefly and not to worry. I went with Roselle Plumbing because of their excellent ratings on Angie's List, and to me those high ratings were confirmed by my own experience. I would definitely use them again.

Within minutes, they were able to locate records and review the previous work. When it was determined that some one would have to inspect the problem firsthand, they provided an accurate date and time, as well as the potential costs depending on what actual problems they saw. It is always so easy to work this this company (we have used them 4 or 5 times now). We can always get an actual person on the phone. They have up-to-date schedules and can keep appointments with good accuracy on timing. When they do arrive, they are already briefed and get straight to work. Very professional in all aspects of the company.

I called Roselle Plumbing this morning, as water backed up in my bathtub, and one of my toilets overflowed. While I hoped someone could come out today, I knew chances were slim. When I called, I was informed that everyone was out on calls, but as soon as someone came back into the office, they would give me a call to let me know if they could come out today. I was indeed contacted, and informed that someone would be coming out in a couple of hours. I was then called again, shortly before John from Roselle Plumbing arrived. John walked through the bathroom, and then into the basement. He immediately diagnosed the problem. The pipes were full of water. He then took a walk outside to find that the sewer line was conveniently located close to the house. John quoted the job, and proceeded to perform the work. After removing roots from the sewer line, the clogged pipes were cleared of much of the blockage. John did an excellent job! I was extremely pleased with his hard work and dedication to resolving the problem. I have used Roselle Plumbing on other occasions, and after today's success, I'm sure they will be my first call for plumbing in the future.

Called Roselle at 4am during the rains last week. Our sump pump was out. They were very responsive and even though they didn't make it to our house the day I called, they came first thing the next morning. We did not have water in our basement, so there were people with true emergencies that took priority. Suzanne was great; she called me at least 5 or 6 times and kept me informed as to the status of the technician. The next day John showed up and replaced our sump pump. Very professional, great customer service!

John from Roselle Plumbing promptly arrived as scheduled and he examined all three faucets and showed us the price for replacement in advance of doing the work. He inspected our food/garbage disposal and explained that it was still working and did not need to be replaced quite yet. He was very professional and very thorough in his work. For our one bathroom faucet, the hot water valve also needed to be replaced as it was not working properly. John also let us know this before beginning work and quoted us a price beforehand. He did a fantastic job replacing the faucets and valve. He was extremely thorough, including making sure all parts were working and connected properly, and he cleaned the appropriate areas to ensure the faucets were installed properly on the sinks. After completing the kitchen faucet, he discovered that the new faucet aerator was defective from the manufacturer. He tried several washers to see if he could make it work properly, but when that didn't work, he explained what specifically was not working so I could call the manufacturer to explain and get a replacement part. John did a great job overall and we will definitely be contacting Roselle Plumbing for any future plumbing work.

I worked with John again and he was very professional. We discussed the work needed and he gave me the price up front. I was working in another part of the house and he just go the job done. When inspecting the work, I saw that the water pipes had some additional work on them and he indicated that he had a problem getting the water shut off all the way and decided to fix the valve at no charge rather than fight with it. He made similar adjustments to the gas line as well. I really appreciate someone that does the job right rather than just getting it done!

Fixing the garbage disposal is the best example of the quality of work done. Somehow some nails ended up in our garbage disposal. Not sure how the nails got in there, but he went above and beyond to get the nails out. Including making a "tool" to pull the pieces out. This took a significant amount of time. Having worked with several plumbers in the past, I would've expected the answer to be "buy a new disposal" after the first 20 minutes or so, if they even got as far as finding the pieces of the nails in the disposal.

.Called Roselle Plumbing and the phone was answered immediately by a very efficient receptionist who was able to schedule me for a service call the same day. Called at 2:30 pm and was scheduled for a 4:00 to 4:30 pm arrival. At 3:50 pm I received a call informing me that a technician was en route and was given his first name. Fifteen minutes later the technician arrived gave me his card and introduced himself. Oh yes as he was waiting for me to answer the door he actually walked back to my front sidewalk to retrieve my newspaper from the snow! He quickly assessed the problem, gave me a quote directly from a prepared binder and got to work. He completed the work, requested that I inspect the results and prepared the invoice. He accepts check and credit cards which he processes on a secure electronic handheld scanner which only reveals the last four digits of your credit card. He left my bathroom in spotless condition. He also shared his extensive credentials which show his registration with the state of IL and extensive years of experience. My household was returned to normal before 5 pm. I would give this company an exceptional rating and would be certain to call them for all future plumbing issues.

They were excellent. He was one of the service providers for our home warranty. I thought the price was fair because he does a good and thorough job. They responded right away and he came when he said he would. He explained what he needed to do and told me how much it would cost before he did it.

Called in the morning and John was here within an hour. We were being woken up at night with a strange loud noise in the pipes but had no idea what was causing it. As fate would have it, when he arrived the noise wasn't happening, but he seemed confident he would get to the bottom of it. After about 15 minutes of diagnosis the noise started up and within two minutes he determined the master bedroom toilet was the culprit. When we got the price quote it became clear we'd have to do it ourselves because we wouldn't afford to get it done professionally. The technician explained what needed to be done and recommended the best parts to us. He was pleasant, graceful, and treated us with respect ... and with a smile. We paid for the diagnosis and the trip and he left. The following day I purchased the parts at the hardware store, replaced all the innards of the toilet, and we are delighted with the result. John was helpful, communicative and was a delight to do business with. We will recommend them to anyone we know who needs plumbing help, and we will keep his card in case we ever need a plumber again. I absolutely recommend Roselle plumbing!
