The job went very well. Their service was excellent. They came when they said they would come. His name is John. He came out more than once to solve the issue. He didn't charge me extra when he came out. He was adamant that he was going to fix the problem. He kept coming until it was resolved. He didn't charge me extra after the initial payment that I made. They would say that it was the same toilet, but he just had to keep working to get it working right. I even told them that I didn't think there was anything that they could do, but he was determined and said that he was going to fix it. He said they were customer service and they were going to get it done. I would use them again in the future.

So far, it looks like it went well. I will have to see as we just put it in.

I live in a 2nd story coach home. My neighbor knocked on my door late last evening and told me that my water heater was leaking through my floor and down on to her ceiling. YIKES! There was a tiny amount of water in the tray that sits under the water heater, so I knew I'd better have someone check it out right away. I have used Roselle Plumbing in the past and was always beyond happy with the work. I immediately called John to the rescue. He found I had a "perfect storm" of a slow leak in the water heater, a crack in the back of the tray under the heater, and a slight slant in the floor beneath the unit. All the water that was dripping out was draining to the back of the pan, through the crack, and down into the unit below mine. Since this was a late evening call, John couldn't install a new unit right then, so he agreed to make an extra trip to my home early the next morning to turn the water off so that I could have a hot shower in the morning before I went to work. He returned right on time when I got home to begin the job. John always goes above and beyond for his customers. He wasn't happy with the way the old heater was installed that created the perfect strorm, so he built a wooden platform for the heater to sit on that was level and insured better drainage in the event of a future leak. There were some old capped off pipes by the water heater apparently from an old water softening system. He took all of that out as part of the job so the area would look nicer. John and Jared arrived on time (when they say 4:30, they don't mean 4:29 or 4:31 - it is 4:30). They put shoe covers on so as not to track any dirt into my home. The work area was picked up when the job was finished and they hauled the old heater away. I have never met anyone so happy in my life - it is such a pleasure to have workers in your home that clearly enjoy the job. I can never move away from their service area because no other plumbing service could possibly beat their service. I know that I could have picked up a water heater at a big box store, and have arranged for their contractor to do it. But that's what I did the last time and ended up with a cracked water heater tray that ended up causing damage to the unit below mine. I am totally satisfied paying a little bit more to Roselle plumbing because you totally get what you pay for!

My appointment was scheduled the same day I called for service. They were on time. They gave me an estimate for the work prior to starting the job. the work was done professionally and efficiently. The work looks great.

Replaced the blower on my hot water heater which did not fix the problem and it cost me $800. The blower replacement involved FOUR SCREWS and a PLUG. I found out the blower retails for about $400. That means $400 more for an extremely simple installment. Not happy with the price for work performed and I still don't have a water heater that works. They were very sorry to hear that I was disappointed with the service and graciously refunded all labor cost. They are a very professional company, but I will get more estimates next time

Our sump valve failed but we didn't know what the problem was. Water was being pumped out and falling back in. It was a very wet week and we called on an emergency basis. He responded the same night and fixed the problem quickly and professionally.

It was a pretty easy job to my eye. A clean area, out in the open, no drama or mystery. I easily could have done it myself, but I thought I would save the time and effort. Once I got the estimate I was a little surprised, as I thought about half the price that was charged would have been more than fair, but I am out of touch with what Plumber?s charge I guess. The workers (one leader, one trainee) were on site less than 2 hours, and they used less than $50 in materials (my estimate). Job was well done, the service persons were clean, polite, and accommodating. I?d use them again, but I?ll get other estimates next time.

He checked out the problem, gave me an estimate including a discount, and waived the trip charge! It took three trips to do all the repairs needed. He is professional, honest, and caring. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

John was great!!! The appointment was at noon. I was late. John was on time. Though I thought that his pricing was high, after watching John replace the toilet with a new one I bought, I believe the one time jobs like this are worth it. His knowledge and experience over all other plumbers is simply amazing and unmatched!

The first job went smoothly with John arriving promptly. He wore shoe covers and protected the floors with tarps. He cleaned up nicely and was finished in one day. This was my mother-in-laws house and she never used the shower. When we tried it the showere it would not drain so we called John thinking it to be a simple job. It was anything but! John had to come back three times because the clog consisted of dried muck the consistency of dried mud and was located far from the shower. He had to open a wall in the closet to get to the his auger into the main drain and then installed a clean out port. Up front he quoted a price for drain clean out - and charged nothing extra for all his work!!

John was extremely knowledgeable and also very nice. He wanted very much to please me and he did. I wanted a water heater with a 12 year warrantee and John found one for me. His work was excellent. The company was prompt in dealing with my problem and John was top notch. When I have need for a plumber aagain, I will call Roselle Plumbing. I also received the Angie's List discount of $75.00 without asking for it. This is an excellent company!

I called and spoke to Suzanne early on a Saturday morning. Roselle Plumbing was my second call. The first company charges overtime rates for Saturdays, not Roselle! Great start. John acme over within an hour of my call. John was very professional and thorough in explaining my problem and solutions. He quoted a flat rate inclusive of parts and labor. He completed the job and left the work area in spotless condition. Use Roselle Plumbing.

Excellent! My appointment was scheduled for a Saturday evening. I was called before the appointment to let me know the location of the plumber scheduled to come to my home and that he was running late. Shortly after that, I received another call that the plumber was on his way. When John arrived he was very pleasant and apologetic about being late. John quickly assessed my situation and explained that the wall would have to be opened up. I was given a verbal quote for the work and agreed for John to start work. He kept me apprised of the progress of the work. After completing the service performed (as described above), John saw the flexible gas pipe to the dryer and was not comfortable with it uncapped (it was turned off at the source). John went to the local hardware store, picked up a cap and put it on the pipe just in case the gas line was accidently turned back on! There was a slight price over run on the job completed, however John stated he would not go over his original quote!

Roselle Plumbing was fantastic. Very responsive, punctual, professional, polite and conscientious. We wanted to install a new dryer and when we went to do it ourselves we learned that there was no gas shut off for the basement. If we wanted to install it we would have to turn off the gas for the whole house. We weren't comfortable with this so I sought a plumber to help. John explained the work that needed to be done, how he would do it and how much it would cost up front. He completed the work promptly and then showed me what he had done, where the new valve was and how he hooked up the new dryer. He was very pleasant to deal with. I mentioned to him that I found his company through Angie's List and when it came time to pay he reminded me about an available coupon. I thought that was really cool of him to remind me of a discount. No one wants to have plumbing issues, but it's nice to know we have a resource for the future. I definitely recommend this company.

John was very nice on the phone. He heard all the different things I had issues with. We setup an appointment the same evening and he came to my house right on the agreed time. He was very detailed in explaining every option I had. He was thinking from a point of view of my convenience, cost and planning. He was very thoughtful of how to save me money than just getting the work done and charge me for more things. He did a wonderful job of educating me. He changed the sump pump and changed the valve. He did not charge me for the valve. I find his attitude to be nice and very pleasant to work with. I will definitely be calling him for fixing any more plumbing issues.

I started out with a leaky kitchen faucet and tried to change it out myself. After trying to get the old one out and not succeding and ending up with the p trap broken too I called Roselle plumbing. John came out and was on time and after giving me an estimate said this is not right but I will make it right. He then procedded to rip out all of the drain pipe from the sink to the wall. He then started to work on changing out the old faucet as it turned out the old faucet and sink were not installed completely correctly. This was because the counter top did not have a large enough hole for the sink cut out. So John had to drill out more wood around the holes for the faucet in order to take out the old one and install the new one. He also smoothed out the edges from the wood he had to remove. Then he put in the new faucet and reran the drain pipes correctly. When cleaning up he cleaned out my disposal that some staples had fallen down in to. John spent 3.5 hours on a simple job. He was pleasant and explained many things to me as I am a new home owner in my first house. I was also impressed that Roselle Plumbing took the time to call before the apointment to make sure that the time still worked for me. Over all I had a wonderful experience and would whole heartedly recomend Roselle Plumbing to anyone looking for a plumber.

John came right out and checked out my sump pump which had been beeping. Turned out, there really wasn't anything wrong--I just didn't understand how the pump/backup pumps worked. While I'm sure he had every reason to laugh at my naiivete, he never made me feel stupid...just talked me through it. He could have pulled the wool over my eyes and charged me a ton of money for something I didn't need. But he didn't. I will absolutely call John again whenever I need a trustworthy plumber in the future!

I spent about $700 on his service. John Katsiroubas is excellent. He is wonderful. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

Punctual,courteous,efficient,neat and clean. What more could one ask for?

John was extremely nice and told us what he was seeing as he figured out where the problem was located. He removed only as much ceiling as was needed to do the repair. He fully explained the repair that was needed, and gave us the cost of the repair before he started his work. He also put fabric shoe covers on to make sure he didn't track mud into the house from the outside. We really appreciated that John came out so quickly on a Sunday-we had so much water leaking that we were really worried about the cause of the problem. Without knowing the cause of the problem, we would have been too afraid to use any water in the house and probably would have felt the need to go to a hotel for a night.

Knocked off part of the cap with riding mower, but didn't realize. Told him saw water coming out of the pipe, and he confirmed that there was blockage and it was trouble waiting to happen. Probably put 4 1/2 to 5 hrs into it. He charges by a range of feet, and beyond some point he had to increase the price to the next level, which I understood beforehand, but he said he'd work for the quoted price as many hours as it would take to solve the problem. I was very impressed by him. He's totally trustworthy, very personable. He obviously understands the importance of going the extra mile. Suzanne, his office help, is very good too.

We had an excellent experience with Roselle Plumbing. John was very professional. Worked around our office hours and got the hot water fixed perfectly and in a timely manner. I would definately call him again. Flexibility, punctuality and timeliness is crucial anytime our office needs any kind of work done. This company accommodated us in every way, which is greatly appreciated.

Oh my gosh, I could not have been happier with John at Roselle Plumbing!!! I want to sell my condo, so wanted to spruce up the master bath with a new toilet. My experience in this condo (been here 10 years) is that if there is an oddity to be encountered when I'm repairing anything, it will be here. I could have hired any handyman to plop on a new commode, but since heaven only knew what I'd encounter when the old toilet was lifted, I wanted someone who could handle any problems that arose to do the job. John arrived on time to the minute! This is a small bathroom and I had some concerns about the distance between the wall and the toilet bolts, so John took a look first to see what would work best for me, then provided me with an estimate. Some friends had told me what they had paid other handymen to install toilets for them, and the price quoted was certainly reasonable. I knew pretty much which toilet I wanted and John said it would work, so he headed over the the home stuff store and picked up the toilet I wanted. Now, I've never seen a toilet installed, so I just had to hoover over his shoulder to watch and learn. What I learned is that John is a true professional, and takes great pride in his work. For example, the water pipe that comes out from the wall had been painted and was just gross looking. John took the extra care to clean that up so that that it is all bright and shiny now. The little flexible hose that comes out from that was not up to code for my town (stupid rule in my town), so John replaced that as well. What ever steps he took, he explained to me along the way so that I really could learn something. He kept the work area clean, and really, really, did everything top notch. It was clear from the first minute that John is very happy doing what he does, and he is very good at it. My appointment with John was at 4:30 on a Friday evening, and was just scheduled for him to look at my bathroom to see if a standard toilet would work. I almost fell over when he said he was willing to pick up and install a new toilet yet this evening. What super customer service! I would recommend Roselle Plumbing in a heartbeat. John's phone number will certainly be on my list to call for any future plumbing needs. He was prompt, pleasant, professional, reasonalby priced, and just a pleasure to have working in my home.
