They were on-time and professional. I've also used them for my carpet cleaning and was pleased. They have done work in our condo building for years and I don't know of any complaints.

My bathroom blew up and they came out and cleaned it all up! They were fantastic! They gave me a free day of the humidifier use as well. The only issue I have is the cost was high and if I had shopped around I could have received better pricing. Overall they did a good job and I do trust them from previous work performed.

Guys showed up, got right to the job. Went on the roof of my condo building to clean the dryer vent, then went inside and worked on the dryer. whole job took about 20 minutes.

It went fine. The had a flat fee. All the other venders they do add on. It was what I expected.

I have used them numerous times for a range of services. We think they are excellent, their prices are very competitive, and once you have used them they continue to give you discounts and referral discounts. They are professional, knowledgeable, quick, on time, and good. I cannot recommend Mister Natural more highly because I have a rental unit, they done all the cleanup work in there, all the different services I think I’ve use. On every level I couldn’t recommend them more highly, would it be price, service, arrival time is right on the mark, they did extra effort if there is something more care, and always give you feedback. They are A+. Their prices have always been better. Every time they have done your house, they have a file. So they come and clean your house again, they know the footage and so on so forth. They keep a file on what they have done.

They came on time (a bit early actually). The two men were so nice, professional and kind. They steamed cleaned all the carpet in my duplex and the job done was fantastic!! They took the time to answer any questions, made sure we were happy before leaving and the bill was 30.00 less than quoted. You also get a member discount when you mention Angie's list. Do not hesitate to call. They are awesome!!

The work went well, everything was perfect.

Their service price was reasonable. They're really good about moving furniture. They were really good about giving me extra stuff to use after they left, so that I can extend the life of the cleaning. They're willing to help without upcharging you or asking you to buy anything else that would extend the life of your cleaning.

Showed up on time. The technician was very knowledgeable. Cleaned the carpet better than I anticipated.

They cleaned the furnace, the dryer vent, my wood blinds. They were amazinig.

The experience went very well. They came in, and explained what they would do, and they executed the work. It was an emergency and so it was good.

They were a backed up due to the massive storms of April 18 2013, but they got to us on Sunday. They dried the carpet, it out thoroughly, sanitized, and removed baseboard to allow proper drying. They suggested, but we declined, removing wet drywall as well. They then placed drying equipment to bring down the RH and encourage drying, and left us with the drying equipment for several days. They offered several additional services including regular dry checks but we declined to keep the cost down. We did feel the cost was high but generally emergency service comes at a price. The results were good; the basement was dry, there was no musty odor, and we were able to avoid extensive drywall work and carpet replacement.

Both workers were on time, efficient, and polite. All work was done with good results. I have used Mr. Natural before and will use them again.

I have used them several times. Everytime they come out they do an excellent job. I have never had any problems using them. I would highly recommend them.

They did everything I asked. They informed me of anything that they were doing. They were polite. They also put furniture on Styrofoam.

We were able to get service within 24 hours of calling. After work was done, there was no odor in the basement.

I remember when I called, they were very concise at talking to me about what the outcome would be, the appointment, the measuring and the whole thing. They were just really above and beyond. They arrived when they said they would, asked me about any special areas of concern I had (spills, pet stains etc) then performed the service extremely well. They used protectors on every piece of furniture to protect from stain transfering to wet carpet. The team was professional and knowledgeable.

I had Mr. Natural clean the carpets in an apartment I had rented to others. The new tenants complained about a strong chemical odor in the carpet. I called Mr. Natural and explained the circumstances and asked them if they could come and give the carpets another rinse. As many times I've used them many times in the past to clean carpets in my rental properties, I expected them to do it for free or at least offer a good discount for a rinse. They told me I would have to pay basically the full price for the service. So, I turned them down and used someone else to do the job. I was not pleased with their response and will look to others for future carpet cleaning.

My husband made an appointment for 1030am the week before. Then the day before, we received a courtesy call reminding us of the appointment. The day of the appt, we received a call asking if it would be okay if the guys were to come 2 hours earlier, which was great. They arrived on time, and quickly discussed with me what would happen and gave an estimate of a half hour. I wasn't sure what to expect because I live on the 2nd floor of a condo. They reassured me that it wouldn't be a problem and they had a truck mounted system that had long enough hoses to travel the distance from the parking lot to my unit. One guy manned the truck and hoses and the other guy did the steam cleaning. The guy who did the steam cleaning did all of the talking, while the other guy went outside. He was polite and answered all my questions professionally. Overall, the carpet looks great compared to how it had looked. We had construction type damages to the carpet, like bleaching from mold treatment and rusty splotches, which is less noticeable or gone now. There is only one complaint I have of their work, which was just that one of the guys had mud on their hand, which smeared all over the condo building's back door. Our cleaning guy wasn't happy. Other than that, my unit had no sign of mud or dirt. It was cleaned and I would use them again in the future for cleaning my carpet. What's funny is, I didn't even know the company was just across the street, 1 block from my condo. I saw them on Angie's List and contacted them because they were in Roselle. After we made the appointment, I looked up their address and saw they are within viewing distance of our parking lot.

Two young men arrived on time and were very clean (wore booties over their shoes) and thorough in their work. They recommended moving our runners to the basement linoleum floor for cleaning, to avoid risking any damage to hardwood floors, and helped me move the carpets. When finished, they walked me through the house so I could inspect. Unfortunately, after they left, I noticed two expensive tiles near our fireplace had been damaged. When I called Mister Natural, the service manager I spoke with was fantastic...he quickly came out to survey the damage and we discussed options for replacing the damaged tiles. They had to be made-to-order and shipped from the manufacturer out-of-state (an 8-week process). When the tiles arrived, I called the service manager, who reimbursed me for the tiles. Since Mr Natural also installs tiles, their own technician came out and installed them in under an hour. The tiles look beautiful - you'd never know there was any damage. Even though this was a challenging situation, Mr Natural's great service has kept us loyal, and we'd highly recommend them.

We were told that it usually takes about 3 days to have the rug cleaned. Since a week had passed, I called to inquire about the status of the cleaning process. I was told that they were not pleased with the first cleaning and had recleaned it, and the rug was drying. They told me that they would call as soon as it was ready. They called a day or so after that conversation. When I put the rug down, I was so impressed, I couldn't believe it. The stains were 5-10 years old and were left after I had tried to clean them with various products over the years. Some stains were from dog urine and some were from dog vomit. I truly did not expect them to be able to get them out of my light cream colored rug. After the cleaning, I see no stains and the rug looks brand new. It is amazing!

From the receptionist to the technicians the staff was pleasant, friendly and professional. We scheduled the appointment, and I received a call on the day of the appointment that the technicians could come earlier if I were available, and I indicated I was. The technicians were knowledgable, experienced and efficient. They measured the room to be cleaned, examined the carpeting and pieces to be cleaned and went over the quote with me. They proceeded to provide the services and then reviewed their work with me providing great handouts about care of carpeting and how to remove stains and spills on Scotchguard protected surfaces. I have had protection applied previously, and have never been provided this type of information with another service provider. The work was done in record time, and was excellent. I recommend Mister Natural Services, and don't think you'll be disappointed!
