I could not get my furnace to start, so I hired United Heating and Air Conditioning. They were able to get it started with no problem. I have no problems with the service they provided that day. While checking to make sure everything was working properly after starting the furnace, the technician informed me that my air conditioning was not working and that, once it got warmer, they would need to come back out to add freon. They asked me if I wanted to make the appointment for a month or so later and I said that I would call when I needed them to come back. I thought the air conditioner diagnosis was odd because it is only a year or two old. Well, hot weather has officially rolled around and the air conditioner is working 100% fine. Now, I am just left feeling that the company was trying to take advantage of me being a new homeowner and not knowing much about HVAC.

This company was beyond professional and accurate with locating then fixing the issue. Very knowledgeable on task and provided all possible issues with resolutions for each. Highly recommended!!!!

Fransico the owner was at our home for 20 min. Left with our 69.99 special money and a 4300.00 quote for a new ac unit. Said our compressor was shot and he does not carry the freon we needed. Today another company came out and had the Freon and said our compressor was not broken! Beware I think he wants to sell new units only.

I bought a new condo and knew that something would break that would lead me to needing a new HVAC system. As expected, I was told that I needed a full system replaced. I was a little overwhelmed as no there are no financing options with United. I trusted Fransisco and their diagnosis and went ahead with the replacement rather than call another team to diagnose the same problem (it was that obvious that the system should be replaced). The biggest problem I had with the service is that there was no consultation on options for HVAC replacements, any upgrades I wanted to make and exactly what products were being installed. Although my products have a 10 year warranty, I fear that my new system has low quality, generic products that I don't have a lot of confidence in. I can barely google the products I have as they are not very well known. If you do go with United, make sure you are presented with all of your options instead of them just matching your equipment with no consultation.

We called United Heating and Air Conditioning for an annual furnace inspection for our new home. They scheduled quickly and easily. We then had a conflict and they re-scheduled just as easily. When they inspected the furnace it turned out it was extremely old and no longer safely operable. We required an emergency replacement. This was in November and we didn't want to be without a furnace. United Heating and Air Conditioning was able to come the next day (!) and install a new furnace. They took care of the installation, confirmed it worked, and hauled away our old furnace. They were quick and professional and stuck exactly to the quote. We were extremely satisfied and will definitely be reaching out to them when it's time to check (and possibly replace!) our air conditioning unit. Highly recommend!
