Francisco and Carlos were very great to work with. They were prompt and were able to provide me information regarding the condition of the furnace. They cleaned the furnace and were very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.

They did a great job with a difficult replacement of our upstairs AC that is under the eaves of the house. There were complications and had been water leaking through our kitchen ceiling before they started, and United AC found and resolved everything.

Our air conditioning unit went out. They came out immediately. Unfortunately the unit needed to be replaced and they were able to take care of it the next day. Prompt and professional.

Francisco and his team were extremely helpful in getting my AC fixed with a few days of me looking for quotes. Francisco was out to my place the same day I put the request in and his team was out the same week to fix and replace everything. I am very happy with the service the whole team provided.

I would give this company zero stars if I could. They replaced my furnace but neglected to connect the condenser wiring to my thermostat. Somehow the wiring disappeared when they installed a new furnace, for which I paid them $5,000. I called and they immediately denied the issue, without any review of the wiring. They wanted to charge me $90. When they finally came out, they promised to send me an electrician to remediate the issue. Never heard from them again, even after calling to check on status. They put me in a bind, as I was selling my condo and needed it repaired immediately. Not to mention the heat. I got a second and third opinion, and they confirmed that United neglected to connect the condenser wiring to the thermostat. That wiring is now gone. I needed to get an electrician come out and drill holes in the walls because of their negligence. That cost me $1,600. Stay away from this company.

For $90, I do not feel like anything happened. I was told I needed a new furnace. Felt scammed. Lesson learned. At least they came out.

I highly recommend this company! We noticed a strong gas smell inside the house. We didnâ t know what to do! We called them and they came to check it out the same day. Told us the heat exchange was cracked. Francisco then explained our options and prices. We decided to Exchange the furnace and they came the next day! The temperature was below zero the day that all this happened. So I am grateful they work fast and got my furnace installed and running asap! I have little ones so this was super important to me. Thanks again!

Appreciated how quickly they were able to replace my furnace. And their ability to work in freezing temps. Was a bit disconcerted by the installers lack of parts for connecting the gas line and wires. (Reducer and 5â nipple) but they did run to a hardware store to get what was missing. Would have helped if the first tech had taken pictures to let them know what to expect. The junior installer kept messing up the electrical connections which took time to correct. Wish they had not made such a mess of my floors tracking wet foot prints all over they must have made 20 trips back to the van to get parts and tools. But the main thing is we have heat again.

Responded quickly, went right to work, provided some educated advice to prolong life of furnace, showed us the piece which needed correcting. Did not like paying cash with the promise receipt would be emailed tomorrow. Would have used credit card but they charge an extra 3% plus extra on a Sunday service call so I paid cash. Francisco was very nice and efficient. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

This was for a multi unit furnace and partial duct work installation. Martin was the installer and on both days arrived on time and did the work. He even came back to resolve a blinking code that was occurring after the installation was completed the day before. I wish Martin would get some more help since he seemed fatigued toward the end of the install. It clearly showed when he cut a bit more off off the drywall for the return pipe for the second floor tenant. Overall I'd recommend this company.

They had some trouble squeezing me into the schedule, although my service call was not an emergency. I am satisfied with the service provided.

I tried to hire multiple companies to address my HVAC issues. United was the only company that took the time to diagnose and solve the problem. It was a very tricky fix and they were up to the task.

Cleaned AC system inside and outside. Recharged refrigerant.

Maybe for a basic cleaning/ tune-up this company would be good, but for anything more serious they seemed like they were trying to rip me off. Initially I was really pleased with their responsiveness and customer service. My ac went out and I thought I might just need a tune-up. They did send a tech out the same day and he was able diagnose the issueâ apparently I needed a couple new parts. However, this is when things started to go downhill. For reference, my unit is only 4 years old and covered by a 10 yr warranty so the tech told me to find out what supplier the unit came from so he could get the parts. First of all, knowing my ac was out, they still took 2 days to get back to me about getting the parts and to give me an estimate for the labor once I provided the supplier and warranty info. Then he said the part was back ordered and Iâ d likely have to pay $900 out of pocket for the parts and kept reiterating that it might not be worth it because it may not fix the issueâ essentially trying to convince me to pay for an entirely new unit. At this point I called the supplier myself and they said the parts were in stock and covered by warranty. And even if they werenâ t covered the two parts I needed replaced would only cost around $240. Essentially, it felt to me that the tech saw a single woman who he could rip off and try to pressure to buy a new unit. In the end I did need one additional part, but with everything else covered by my warranty, I only needed to pay $30 out of pocket for parts. Iâ m confident that if I had continued to try and work with the tech he wouldâ ve tried to charge me $1000+ for parts alone. In short, not at all trustworthy, find a someone more reputable for your hvac repair.
