We called them to repair the air conditioner. They (Francisco) came and did try to identify the problem. They said there was no freon gas. They said they filled up 6 lbs of Freon gas. Within a few hours, all the gas leaked again. So they did not identify the problem. wasted all our time. They charged us $740 for coming out, $120 (service call), $620 for Freon gas, and another part change. What a waste of money and time and a costly loss for our business for disruption of the business. We will not call them again! Beware.

Francisco is the kindest, sincerest technician I have ever met. He goes the extra Mile to please the customer. He is caring about the customer as well as the performance of his team. He is courteous & polite. He knows the technical details of his job extremely well. I would highly recommend him to everyone. Francisco is so fabulous I now took out a service contract with United. Office person called a day after making a request through Angi and was able to schedule the appointment within a week. Needed a new air conditioner, which they were able to install early the next week. The technician was responsive to phone calls and coordinating the service with my renter. I had to call the next day to find documents on the newly installed unit, which were left in the garage. Only the install documents were included, minimal documentation on the unit itself, and nothing from United Heating and Air Conditioning about a warranty. This is the only reason I'm rating the service 4 out of 5. The work seemed satisfactory and the service was fast. However, they used Square to accept payment over the phone, which added a surcharge.

Over $500.00 for hours work which consisted of some 420 refrigerants, a capacitor and trouble shooting yes it was 6:00pm but too expensive!

Good customer service. I was charged 49.99 for draining antifreeze from my unit. I am not complaining but If I ever need more antifreeze will they charge me?

misleading bait and switch, no product literature provide in advance. The name brand Carrier used prominently even on receipt. Yet on installation day, after tearing out my existing furnace. Suddenly a Keeprite furnace suddenly appears. Though Keeprite is made by the same parent company as Carrier (International comfort products) its an economy brand. searching online I found the particular model they installed retails for about $940 while a comparable Carrier model is 1500. so if ya do not mind ordering a cadillac and accepting delivery of a chevy,(theyre both made by GM anyway) by all means go ahead.

Francisco and his team (Ralph) did absolutely great work. If you are reading this review, book them. Your search for an HVAC contractor can stop here. I am a new home owner and had a lot of questions about my home. I am an engineer and wanted to understand the exact details of the repair.. They took the time to answer all of my questions, I had a few HVAC contractors estimate the work and they were the only ones that did not try to upsell. They explained the work to be done before and during the job. Afterwards they gave recommendations about future work that I plan to do. I would absolutely do business with them again and you should too. Note: I have no relation to them at all. I did not know the two of them before this job. I would absolutely do business with them again should their services be needed. It was a pleasure learning from them and they did quality work repairing the original issue they were contracted for. Additionally, they went above and beyond the contract to fix several other issues that occurred / were found during the job. This is the team you want to hire for your HVAC needs. They were fast, did quality work, were on time, had solid communication, and were reasonably priced. Francisco / Ralph, if you you ever need a referral, let me know. Again, great work guys. 10/10

The appointment was canceled twice. Fransisco showed up to work on the unit and could not fix it. Said he needed part. The left came back and said he could not find part would get it and come back. Waited two days with water running into my basement. Had to call 2 or 3 more times but he never returned, Finally, I got so frustrated I went to the hardware store and got the shut-off valve myself and replaced it. Water is no longer running into my basement which causes about $500 worth of damage but the unit is still not repaired or working.

They showed up at exactly the time they said they would. They were fast, efficient, and well worth the extra price paid in order to get the job done quickly.

The guys did good work and were friendly. The price seemed to be around what other people were quoting me as well.

Excellent Rafael did everything and explained the part he replaced, where as Four Seasons Quoted 7,900 for a new boiler. They lied.

Tech was friendly and showed up on time. He did work necessary and was very thorough. It did take much longer than I anticipated , was expecting 2-3 hrs and he was here for 5 1/2 hrs. Considering we have a very small home ( about 1000ft), I expected it to take more like 3 at most. He did v explain that the ducts were very dusty and he only had a smaller machine.

Very straight forward. Gets the job done.
