Very nice person. Got to my home 15 minutes before he was scheduled, got to work right away and service was quick. Figured out what was wrong with my AC unit and replaced the part. AC works great now. I would recommend.

Francisco did a very professional and thorough job and is a credit to his profession , as opposed to the first contractor we had come out (not through Home Advisor), who tried to price gouge because they had us at the disadvantage of a broken furnace on a cold night. On the other hand Francisco completed the project as quickly as possible for a fair price, in spite of a delay in getting the repairs done immediately through no fault of his own (a part supply issue). But even in this he or his office kept us informed all along the way and made our furnace a priority job, as soon as the part was available. I would heartily recommend Francisco and his company, United Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone and will call him for all future heating and air conditioning service issues,

Francisco came and I explained my concern about the burners in the furnace, He assured me everything was fine and explained how the burners worked. He cleaned my furnace said it was pretty clean to begin with. As soon as I have the funds I will have them install a new furnace and a/c unit. My furnace is 30 years old.

I hired Francisco to change out my thermostat on a 6-unit property because I had problems with my stat cutting off a lot without heating the building. I expressed my concerns and he diagnosed the issue and promptly installed my thermostat in another area of the property. We used the ecobee pro for my steam boiler and everything works great now. So I appreciate the the upgrade in efficiency and professionalism. I will save this contact for any upcoming projects.

Great service but shady businessmen. I was given a quote over the phone before my trip. I had the service addressed when I returned and I asked once more for the price which nearly doubled. I addressed the inflated price and why it increased substantially from the quote and the technician immediately retracted and offered original price. Just left a bad taste in my mouth. They never change the filter and i feel they took advantage of me and my situation

Got here same day, completed the job quickly, didn t run any unnecessary test just fixed what needed to be fixed.
