Very professional. Franscico explained the issue and we decided to put in a new air conditioner. The compressor was shot. They put in the new unit and took the old one away. Thank you for a job well done.

After a bad experience with Sears Home Protection I was forced to call someone to fix my air conditioner immediately. Francisco contacted me within minutes after requesting a quote. He arrived soon after. Unfortunately, his inspection had me replacing my whole system. But he broke it down to me and gave me a quote that I couldn't argue with. We hired him and he got things moving for my installation within 48hrs. The install was quick and done well and professionally. Professional, honest and quick to respond

Professional , timely analysis of the problem and expert installation of a new A/C system. We were pleased with the price and outcome. We plan on using United Heating and A/C for a new furnace in the near future.

Although they ran into unexpected problems they were able to work through them to make the end result right and gave me a small discount for any inconvenience caused me.

I called a bunch of local places and no one could come out until tomorrow. United Heating and Air was booked too but they fit me in and drove an hour to get to us. Hi they not only fixed the AC but they were very friendly too.

They were really efficient.

Overall service was mediocre I guess I just expected more they hooked up Computer to check the freon level and that was pretty much it and charged me $99 they didn't wipe it down or take the casing off or clean it with any solution...very friendly however just expected more in the service part of it

I had a furnace and air conditioner replaced and was satisfied with the work done. The cost was reasonable. I would use United again if needed.

Misdiagnosis issue. Over charged for not fixing issue. I found a mouse in the compressor that corrected issue.
