I hired this company to come and clean all my ducts and returns in the whole house and he only cleaned some of the ducts and not even the returns. Then he damaged my ceiling in the bathroom trying to take the vent off, and was trying to hide it when I walked into the room. He didnâ t even have one of those big machines that the dirt gets blown into and I was never shown any of the dirt that he took out. He also lied and said he was the manager but in fact he was the owner. He had terrible customer service, did not even do the job right, and now we have to hire a different company to fix what they did. Stay far away from this company.

They were the first to call me after my search on home advisor. Within 2 hours they were at the house and diagnosed and repaired the problem in about 30 minutes. Professional and personable

Arrived late. Did not have the common parts on their truck. Had to leave to get them. I think I could have paid less using someone else but overall they did a decent job.

I spoke to Francisco and he was very nice and Knowledgeable they came did an awesome job cleaned upstairs and downstairs all my Vents and my dryer vent along with Inspecting my furnaces . I really recommend them.

Two young men were on time very professional and did the cleaning in a timely fashion.

Team was very nice and quick to respond. Came out immediately to look at my furnace which wouldn't turn on. Initial visit didn't resolve the issue entirely, but the team came back out immediately to take another look and fixed the issue the second time. There was no questioning or issues with returning to relook at their work which was great and much appreciated. Overall, team did a pretty good job resolving my heating issues in advance of winter.

Quick response, expensive

We had United Heating and Cooling of Romeoville clean our air ducts. Francisco was very prompt and professional. He took time explaining what to expect. Iâ d recommend United Heating and Cooling.

Professional and courteous. Inspected my furnace and were very efficient. I appreciated that they wore shoe coverings and masks. Definitely recommend them.

They were fast and efficient. Answered all questions/concerns professionally. A bit pricy but worth it.

Francisco came out. Supposedly did a diagnostic test, his results was my system was empty. I paid $399 and 2 weeks later I have a block of frozen ice around the line, spoke to Francisco, he stated to turn off the unit. He came out again 8/12 and ran another diagnostic test on the unit and stated that my system is empty and I could have a leak in coil. But never went and checked. He stated to fix it will be $125 an hour and it can take up to 3-4. My question is why wasnt the system and coil tested the first time? Im not happy at all.

Good work but too expensive just to install a compacitto part 40, at lowes he charged 120. the total was 219. it took less than twenty minutes

Francisco diagnosed the problem right away and got back for repair as soon as possible with the best deal he could. He and the other worker were timely, respectful, and did great work.
